Background:Hepato-pancreatico-biliary(HPB)patients experience significant risk of preoperative frailty.Studies assessing preventative prehabilitation in HPB populations are limited.This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates outcomes for HPB patients treated with exercise prehabilitation.Data sources:A comprehensive search of MEDLINE(via Ovid),Embase(Ovid),Scopus,Web of Science Core Collection,Cochrane Library(Wiley),Pro Quest Dissertations,Theses Global,and Google Scholar was conducted with review and extraction following PRISMA guidelines.Included studies evaluated more than 5 adult HPB patients undergoing≥7-day exercise prehabilitation.The primary outcome was postoperative length of stay(LOS);secondary outcomes included complications,mortality,physical performance,and quality of life.Results:We evaluated 1778 titles and abstracts and selected 6(randomized controlled trial,n=3;prospective cohort,n=1;retrospective cohort,n=2)that included 957 patients.Of those,536 patients(56.0%)underwent exercise prehabilitation and 421(44.0%)received standard care.Patients in both groups were similar with regards to important demographic factors.Prehabilitation was associated with a 5.20-day LOS reduction(P=0.03);when outliers were removed,LOS reduction decreased to 1.85 days and was non-statistically significant(P=0.34).Postoperative complications(OR=0.70;95%CI:0.39 to 1.26;P=0.23),major complications(OR=0.83;95%CI:0.60 to 1.14;P=0.24),and mortality(OR=0.67;95%CI:0.17 to 2.70;P=0.57)were similar.Prehabilitation was associated with improved strength,cardiopulmonary function,quality of life,and alleviated sarcopenia.Conclusions:Exercise prehabilitation may reduce LOS and morbidity following HPB surgery.Studies with well-defined exercise regimens are needed to optimize exercise prehabilitation outcomes. 展开更多

<strong>Background:</strong> Advancing the science of nursing education through technology into teaching and learning is essential to prepare nurses for the changing healthcare environment. <strong>O... <strong>Background:</strong> Advancing the science of nursing education through technology into teaching and learning is essential to prepare nurses for the changing healthcare environment. <strong>Objective:</strong> To synthesise evidence in nursing students’ competency in the clinical setting immediately after completion of training with simulation compared with lectures. <strong>Methods:</strong> Databases were sourced electronically from CINAHL and PubMed using keywords Simulation, lecture, clinical competency and new graduates. Study Eligibility Criteria, Participants and Interventions: Published articles addressing the research objectives, written in English, spaning between September 2010 and March 2019 directly answer the PSCOT question with results applicable to the population specific-nursing students, simulation was utilized. Study Appraisal and Synthesis Methods: Extracted data from sorted studies were analysed and assessed for quality using the John Hopkins Evidence-Based Appraisal Tools. <strong>Results:</strong> The two-database yielded 520 articles, 10 met the eligibility criteria. Findings documented three important themes: 1) Clinical competence among nurses;2) Medical residents’ clinical competence and 3) Was about the competence of anaesthesiology residents. <strong>Limitations: </strong>The identified studies used small sample sizes ranging from 20 to 98 participants in the single research studies.<strong> Conclusions: </strong>The review of the literature found that the active teaching strategy of simulation was more effective in promoting clinical competency in nursing students compared with the lecture method. The evidence-based teaching project proposes the use of simulation as the primary teaching method to improve the clinical competency abilities of registered general nursing (RGN) diploma students. 展开更多

For English education primary school,English vocabulary teaching should be attach importance to because in the traditional class of English vocabulary teaching,teachers just fill young minds with knowledge points of each word in a 35-minute class yet fail to lay emphasis of learners’meaningful learning and autonomic learning as well as their very limited attention spans.To support traditional English vocabulary teaching classes,the research proposes the theme-based English vocabulary micro-lectures designed on the basis of experiential learning theory and constructivist learning theory as well as the analyses of target users of high-level students in the primary school.After application of the micro-lectures into practice,the research assesses the effect of the micro-lectures on the learners and then makes suggestions for design principles of theme-based vocabulary micro-lectures about selection of contents and vocabulary themes,supplementary teaching activities and teacher interaction in the micro-lectures for high-level students in the primary school.Also,the designers should make multi-level English vocabulary micro-lectures according to learners’English proficiency and increase repetition rates of vocabularies in the micro-lectures. 展开更多

微课联合翻转课堂在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训教学活动中的应用

目的探索微课联合翻转课堂教学模式在超声医学科专业基地住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学活动中的应用效果。方法以2024年7月—2025年3月在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院超声医学科进行住培的超声医学科专业及临床各专业住院医师共4... 目的探索微课联合翻转课堂教学模式在超声医学科专业基地住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学活动中的应用效果。方法以2024年7月—2025年3月在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院超声医学科进行住培的超声医学科专业及临床各专业住院医师共45人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组25人,采用微课联合翻转课堂的新型教学模式进行授课;对照组20人,接受传统的超声医学教学模式;比较两组住院医师的出科考核成绩及对教学方法的满意度评分。结果观察组的理论知识考核成绩和病例分析考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组住院医师对课程内容的总体满意度、激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高理论水平、提高临床思维能力和实践能力等方面的评分均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论该研究初步建立了微课联合翻转课堂的教学模式,在超声医学科住培的教学活动中取得了较满意的教学效果。该模式有利于提升住院医师岗位胜任力。 展开更多

目的分析传统授课模式(LBL)结合“基于案例”教学法(CBL)双轨模式在肾脏内科实习教学的应用效果,以期为肾脏内科实习教学提供指导。方法选取2024年5月—2025年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院院肾脏内科实习的临床医学生80例作为研究对... 目的分析传统授课模式(LBL)结合“基于案例”教学法(CBL)双轨模式在肾脏内科实习教学的应用效果,以期为肾脏内科实习教学提供指导。方法选取2024年5月—2025年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院院肾脏内科实习的临床医学生80例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组,每组各40例。常规组临床医学生给予LBL教学模式,观察组临床医学生给予基于LBL结合CBL双轨教学模式。比较两组医学生的考核成绩、批判思维能力、满意率。结果观察组医学生的各项考核成绩明显高于常规组;观察组批判思维能力各项评分明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对带教方式的总满意率为92.50%,高于常规组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.646,P<0.05)。结论LBL结合CBL双轨模式既强化基础理论,又培养临床思维与实践能力,提升学习效率。LBL结合CBL双轨模式在肾脏内科实习教学中的应用效果确切,值得临床借鉴运用。 展开更多

目的:探索通过多元讲座式教学模式提升研究生新生实验技能与科研素养的可行性,从而解决“双一流”中医药院校因资源限制难以快速提升研究生新生科研能力的问题。方法:通过多元讲座式教学模式应用于研究生免疫学相关实验教学,以高效且经... 目的:探索通过多元讲座式教学模式提升研究生新生实验技能与科研素养的可行性,从而解决“双一流”中医药院校因资源限制难以快速提升研究生新生科研能力的问题。方法:通过多元讲座式教学模式应用于研究生免疫学相关实验教学,以高效且经济的方式提升研究生的实验技术和科研素养。该讲座式教学围绕免疫学技术应用及基础医学研究选择9个相关实验技术,以线上、线下两种形式开展授课,并比较同学对线上和线下模式的反馈。结果:通过问卷调查进行教学反馈和评价,结果表明,多元讲座式教学模式有助于研究生新生快速了解基础医学研究中的常用免疫学实验技术、实验设计及前沿应用。在9个实验中,蛋白免疫印迹和流式细胞术是大多数研究生新生最希望了解和学习的免疫学实验技术。此外,与线下教学相比,线上教学能够提升课堂规模,最多可容纳500人同时在线听课,吸引了更多的校内外教职员工参与听课。线下教学则更有助于授课教师掌控课堂节奏并及时获得课堂反馈。结论:多元讲座式教学模式有望以更经济、更高效的形式为广大研究生新生提供系统学习免疫学相关实验技术的机会,从而提升中医院校研究生的科学素养,使其熟悉常用的实验技术,充分利用新技术、新方法推进中医药现代化研究。 展开更多

数智时代下,知识迭代速率加快、学习需求更趋个性化,讲授法被质疑难以适配时代教育诉求,深陷价值论争漩涡。为此,研究围绕知识观、学习观、教学观、学生观、教师观五个维度,对讲授法的时代价值展开全面重估,旨在厘清其核心价值并优化应... 数智时代下,知识迭代速率加快、学习需求更趋个性化,讲授法被质疑难以适配时代教育诉求,深陷价值论争漩涡。为此,研究围绕知识观、学习观、教学观、学生观、教师观五个维度,对讲授法的时代价值展开全面重估,旨在厘清其核心价值并优化应用路径。研究首先梳理了讲授法面临的质疑,包括忽视生成性知识、阻碍主动学习建构、与个性化培养冲突、导致学生主体地位旁落及面临教师能力短板挑战;继而通过逻辑分析,论证数智时代讲授法在确定性知识传递、引导学生主动学习、兼顾个性化教学、强调深度学习参与及重塑教师角色等方面仍具备不可替代的价值。为进一步提升数智时代讲授法的价值,研究建议教师要融合数智技术,强化动态引导,激发主动参与,加强互动协作,关注层次差异和形成学习伙伴,借此优化数智时代不可或缺的讲授法,进而通过提升讲授法质量促进教育质量提升,推动传统教学法现代价值的实现。 展开更多
