Methods: the period from May 2018 to May 2020 was selected as the research period and 106 patients with acute gastroenteritis in our hospital during this period were selected for study. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was given compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and the treatment group was given compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric coated tablets. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the overall curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the clinical symptom score of the treatment group was lower (P < 0.05), and the overall efficacy was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Omeprazole enteric coated tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis can effectively relieve symptoms and acute inflammatory reaction, with definite curative effect and good feasible value.展开更多
