Zeolite synthesis in contemporary chemical industries is predominantly conducted using organic structure‐directing agents(OSDAs),which are chronically hazardous to humans and the environment.It is a growing trend to ...Zeolite synthesis in contemporary chemical industries is predominantly conducted using organic structure‐directing agents(OSDAs),which are chronically hazardous to humans and the environment.It is a growing trend to develop an eco‐friendly and nuisanceless OSDA for zeolite synthesis.Herein,choline is employed as a non‐toxic and green OSDA to synthesize high silica Y zeolite with SiO2/Al2O3 ratios of 6.5–6.8.The prepared Y zeolite samples exhibited outstanding(hydro)thermal stability at ultrahigh temperature owing to the higher SiO2/Al2O3 ratio.The XRF,SEM,29Si‐NMR and 13Na+results suggested that choline plays a structure‐directing role in the synthesis of Y zeolite,while the feed molar fraction of Na+is a crucial determinant for the framework SiO2/Al2O3 ratio and the crystal morphology.展开更多

Influence of different Cr2O3 additions on crystallization structure and properties of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics has been discussed so as to select optimum additions. DTA is employed to determine optimum crystallization and nucleation temperatures; XRD and SEM are used to characterize microstructure of each sample; and performance indexes, such as water absorption, bulk density, flexural strength and so on, are also determined. Experimental results show that when 3wt% Cr2O3 is introduced, fine glass-ceramics with diopside as the main crystal and Ca-Fe diopside as the second-crystal is obtained, and its corresponding performance indexes are as follows: water absorption 0.12%, bulk density 2.56 g/cm^3, and flexural strength 70.01 Mpa.展开更多

In order to improve the red luminescent properties,Sr_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)was selected as a blue persistent luminescent donor phosphor,while light conversion agent was utilized to tune the persistent lumin...In order to improve the red luminescent properties,Sr_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)was selected as a blue persistent luminescent donor phosphor,while light conversion agent was utilized to tune the persistent luminescent spectra from blue to red.Composite red luminescent material Sr_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)/light conversion agent(SMED/LCA)was fabricated with light conversion agent and Sr_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)at a certain mass ratio.SiO_(2)(Al2 O_(3) or MgF2)were coated on the surface of SMED/LCA through heterogeneous deposition method.The structural and optical characteristics of the resulting samples were launched in terms of X-ray diffraction and emission spectrum as well as afterglow brightness.The results demonstrate that the emission spectrum exhibits two emission bands,and the peaks are located at around 470 and 615 nm.SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3) and MgF_(2) are coated on the surface of SMED/LCA like a protective shell to maintain its stability and luminescent properties,the afterglow initial brightness is still up to 0.37 cd/m^(2) and the afterglow color purity calculated from CIE color coordinates is basically unchanged.展开更多

A wide range of prescription drugs tar...The physiology of the central and enteric nervous systems and gastric muscle contributes to the complexities encountered in the research and clinical management of gastroparesis. A wide range of prescription drugs target the underlying neurotransmitter imbalances and adjust nucleotide levels in appropriate tissues, but treatment is unsatisfactory, as our understanding of the condition is far from complete. In this study, computational software is used to focus on the adenine nucleotide, ATP, as a comparative template for the structures of drugs used in gastroparesis treatment. The results demonstrate that muscarinic, dopamine, serotonin (5-HT) and histamine receptor ligand classes relate structurally and differentially to the molecular structure of ATP. In these neurotransmitter classes, compounds do not target cell membrane receptor G-protein signal transduction in a manner that provides a single mechanism for improving gastroparesis symptoms. The exploration of alternative nucleotide-based deficiencies of KATP channels, Na+/K+ATPases and guanine nucleotide directed nitrergic mechanisms should enhance our experimental approach to understanding this condition.展开更多

We propose a new LLM Agent-based intelligent data extraction, transformation, and load (IntelligentETL) pipeline that not only ingests PDFs and detects inputs within it but also addresses the extraction of structured and unstructured data by developing tools that most efficiently and securely deal with respective data types. We study the efficiency of our proposed pipeline and compare it with enterprise solutions that also utilize LLMs. We establish the supremacy in timely and accurate data extraction and transformation capabilities of our approach for analyzing the data from varied sources based on nested and/or interlinked input constraints.展开更多
In this study,a novel Ce-based metal-organic framework(Ce-OFDC)was synthesized via the hydrothermal method.To enhance its photocatalytic antimicrobial properties,polymeric carbon nitride(PCN)was incorporated into the ...In this study,a novel Ce-based metal-organic framework(Ce-OFDC)was synthesized via the hydrothermal method.To enhance its photocatalytic antimicrobial properties,polymeric carbon nitride(PCN)was incorporated into the Ce-OFDC matrix,forming a CeOFDC/PCN composite material.Antibacterial assays demonstrated that Ce-OFDC/PCN had significant inhibitory effects on both Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus),achieving inhibition rates of 99.5%and 94.3%,respectively.Notably,the antibacterial performance of Ce-OFDC/PCN was superior to that of Ce-OFDC or PCN alone.Furthermore,photocurrent and electrical impedance scanning measurements demonstrated that the Ce-OFDC/PCN composites showed improved photocurrent response and superior efficiency in separating photogenerated electrons and holes.The photocurrent density of Ce-OFDC/PCN reached 120μA cm^(-2),which was 1.5 times higher than that of PCN(80μA cm^(-2))and 12 times higher than that of Ce-OFDC(10μA cm^(-2)).Electron paramagnetic resonance analysis indicated that reactive oxygen species played a crucial role in the antimicrobial process,with super oxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-))and hydroxyl radical(·OH)showing the most prominent influence.We conducted reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging experiments to further confirm this view.After adding glutathione(GSH)to remove all ROS,the antibacterial efficiency of Ce-OFDC/PCN decreased by about 40%.Adding D-mannitol to remove·OH reduced the inhibition rate to 54.7%,and adding superoxide dismutase(SOD)to remove·O_(2)^(-)reduced the inhibition rate to 65.4%.The Ce-OFDC/PCN heterostructure increased the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes,producing increased reactive oxygen species.That,in turn,contributed to the observed superior photocatalytic antibacterial performance.This research significantly advanced the development of metal-organic framework(MOF)-based materials and provided valuable insights into the design of antimicrobial photocatalysts.展开更多

In view of the requirements for high-performance epoxy resin(EP)enamelled wire insulating varnish in the rapidly developments of new energy vehicle drive motors,the problems of localised electric field concentration d...In view of the requirements for high-performance epoxy resin(EP)enamelled wire insulating varnish in the rapidly developments of new energy vehicle drive motors,the problems of localised electric field concentration due to the unevenness electric field distribution has to be solved.In this paper,to enhance the corona resistance,insulation,and mechanical properties of EP insulating varnish,the function dielectric gradient structure consists of hyperbranched polyester(HBP)inner layer and silane coupling agent(KH-550)modified graphene oxide(GO)nonlinear layer are proposed.The results show that the introduction of HBP not only adjusts the dielectric constant of the insulating varnish but also increases the breakdown field strength significantly,and with the increase of K-GO,the nonlinear conductivity of K-GO/EP insulating varnish becomes more prominent.Simulation results show that the highest field strength of the structural insulating varnish with different dielectric constant gradients is reduced to 16.7 kV/mm,and the field strength difference of the inner layer is reduced to 0.3 kV/mm,which further reduces the electric field aberration of the neighbouring interfaces as compared to the pure EP insulating varnish.This work provides a new strategy for constructing the dielectric gradient structure to meet the high corona resistance and insulating varnish requirements of high-voltage motor enamelled wire insulating varnish in actual industrial production.展开更多

Cracks easily generate in concrete at early age owing to the shrinkage deformation.CaO-based expansion agent(CEA)and superabsorbent polymers(SAP)have been extensively used for the mitigation of concrete shrinkage.The ...Cracks easily generate in concrete at early age owing to the shrinkage deformation.CaO-based expansion agent(CEA)and superabsorbent polymers(SAP)have been extensively used for the mitigation of concrete shrinkage.The macroscopic properties of concrete are highly determined by the microstructure.In this study,the influence of CEA and SAP addition on the pore structure evolution of cement paste under different curing temperatures was evaluated via low-field nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Test results indicated that,in cement paste,a higher CEA content led to a higher porosity and a larger most probable pore diameter(MPPD).Meanwhile,SAP addition increased the porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste at early age but decreased them after 7 d,and a higher SAP content always brought a higher porosity and MPPD.Furthermore,the addition of SAP led to a lower porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste than that of plain cement paste after 14 d.Moreover,the porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste decreased first and subsequently increased as the curing temperature raised.展开更多

According to the differences of chain sections, functional groups, eic, polyacrylic acid superplasticizer could be divided into A, B, C three parts. Among them, A chain section included sulfonic acid groups, B chain section carboxyl groups, C chain section polyester. Polyacrylic acid superplasticizers with different matching of A, B, C chain sections, different length of C chain section and different molecular weights were synthesized by acrylic acid, polyethylene glycol, sodium methyl allylsulfonate; the relation between the molecular structure and perfolxnance was also studied. The expetimental results indicate that the water-reduction ratio increases obviously with the increment of the proportion of sodium methyl allylsulfonate chain section in the molecular; the slump retention increases greatly with the increment of the proportion of acrylic acid chain section; the dispersion of cement particles increases with the increment of the chain length of polyethylene glycol; when the molecular weight is in the range of 5000, the dispersion and slump retentibity increase with the increment of the average molecular weight of polymers.展开更多

And the rheological characteristics of the dispersed systems prepared from the above glass fibers combined with unsaturated polyester resin (UP) are discussed. The results show that the rigidity of the internal layers of silane coupling agent absorbed by glass surfaces is greater than the one of the external layers; while the effect of the titanate coupling agents on the rheolo- gical characteristics of the system is approximately the same in each structural layer, that is due to the fact that both the internal and external layers of titanates on glass surfaces have the similar flexible structures.展开更多

Human Notum(hNotum)inhibitors could be used for treating Wnt signalling-associated diseases including colorectal cancer.Herein,two series of chalcone derivatives were designed and synthesized aiming to find selective ...Human Notum(hNotum)inhibitors could be used for treating Wnt signalling-associated diseases including colorectal cancer.Herein,two series of chalcone derivatives were designed and synthesized aiming to find selective and potent hNotum inhibitors.Structure–activity relationship(SAR)studies showed that 2-methoxyl and 5-bromine substitutions on A-ring significantly enhanced anti-hNotum effect,while 4’-ethoxyl and 3’-alkyl substitutions on B-ring were beneficial for hNotum inhibition.Among all tested chalcones,B11 displayed the most potent anti-Notum effect(IC_(50)=3.6 nmol/L),good selectivity,excellent chemical stability and suitable metabolic stability.Further investigations showed that B11 acted as a competitive inhibitor of hNotum,while this agent(5μmol/L)significantly weaken the migration abilities of colorectal cancer cells.Collectively,this study deciphers the SARs of chalcones as hNotum inhibitors and reports a novel and potent hNotum inhibitor with the anti-migration effect on colorectal cancer cells,which offers a promising lead compound to develop novel anti-cancer agents.展开更多

We study the efficiency of our proposed pipeline and compare it with enterprise solutions that also utilize LLMs. We establish the supremacy in timely and accurate data extraction and transformation capabilities of our approach for analyzing the data from varied sources based on nested and/or interlinked input constraints.

文摘In this study,a novel Ce-based metal-organic framework(Ce-OFDC)was synthesized via the hydrothermal method.To enhance its photocatalytic antimicrobial properties,polymeric carbon nitride(PCN)was incorporated into the Ce-OFDC matrix,forming a CeOFDC/PCN composite material.Antibacterial assays demonstrated that Ce-OFDC/PCN had significant inhibitory effects on both Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus),achieving inhibition rates of 99.5%and 94.3%,respectively.Notably,the antibacterial performance of Ce-OFDC/PCN was superior to that of Ce-OFDC or PCN alone.Furthermore,photocurrent and electrical impedance scanning measurements demonstrated that the Ce-OFDC/PCN composites showed improved photocurrent response and superior efficiency in separating photogenerated electrons and holes.The photocurrent density of Ce-OFDC/PCN reached 120μA cm^(-2),which was 1.5 times higher than that of PCN(80μA cm^(-2))and 12 times higher than that of Ce-OFDC(10μA cm^(-2)).Electron paramagnetic resonance analysis indicated that reactive oxygen species played a crucial role in the antimicrobial process,with super oxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-))and hydroxyl radical(·OH)showing the most prominent influence.We conducted reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging experiments to further confirm this view.After adding glutathione(GSH)to remove all ROS,the antibacterial efficiency of Ce-OFDC/PCN decreased by about 40%.Adding D-mannitol to remove·OH reduced the inhibition rate to 54.7%,and adding superoxide dismutase(SOD)to remove·O_(2)^(-)reduced the inhibition rate to 65.4%.The Ce-OFDC/PCN heterostructure increased the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes,producing increased reactive oxygen species.That,in turn,contributed to the observed superior photocatalytic antibacterial performance.This research significantly advanced the development of metal-organic framework(MOF)-based materials and provided valuable insights into the design of antimicrobial photocatalysts.

文摘The health monitoring for large-scale structures need to resolve a large number of difficulties,such as the data transmission and distributing information handling.To solve these problems,the technology of multi-agent is a good candidate to be used in the field of structural health monitoring.A structural health monitoring system architecture based on multi-agent technology is proposed.The measurement system for aircraft airfoil is designed with FBG,strain gage,and corresponding signal processing circuit.The experiment to determine the location of the concentrate loading on the structure is carried on with the system combined with technologies of pattern recognition and multi-agent.The results show that the system can locate the concentrate loading of the aircraft airfoil at the accuracy of 91.2%.

文摘In view of the requirements for high-performance epoxy resin(EP)enamelled wire insulating varnish in the rapidly developments of new energy vehicle drive motors,the problems of localised electric field concentration due to the unevenness electric field distribution has to be solved.In this paper,to enhance the corona resistance,insulation,and mechanical properties of EP insulating varnish,the function dielectric gradient structure consists of hyperbranched polyester(HBP)inner layer and silane coupling agent(KH-550)modified graphene oxide(GO)nonlinear layer are proposed.The results show that the introduction of HBP not only adjusts the dielectric constant of the insulating varnish but also increases the breakdown field strength significantly,and with the increase of K-GO,the nonlinear conductivity of K-GO/EP insulating varnish becomes more prominent.Simulation results show that the highest field strength of the structural insulating varnish with different dielectric constant gradients is reduced to 16.7 kV/mm,and the field strength difference of the inner layer is reduced to 0.3 kV/mm,which further reduces the electric field aberration of the neighbouring interfaces as compared to the pure EP insulating varnish.This work provides a new strategy for constructing the dielectric gradient structure to meet the high corona resistance and insulating varnish requirements of high-voltage motor enamelled wire insulating varnish in actual industrial production.

文摘Porous SnO2 nanocrystalline thin films were successfully electrodeposited from an oxygen-saturated acid aqueous solution of SnCl2 containing different concentrations of butyl-rhodamine B(BRhB) at 70℃.BRhB with substitute of amidocyanogen can be dissolved in the acid deposition solution,where HCl was added to suppress hydrolysis of SnCl2.So it was used as a structure-directing agent to promote the crystal growth of SnO_2.The formed porous morphology and tetragonal rutile crystalline structure of the electrodeposited thin films were controlled by the addition of BRhB with different amounts.

文摘Cracks easily generate in concrete at early age owing to the shrinkage deformation.CaO-based expansion agent(CEA)and superabsorbent polymers(SAP)have been extensively used for the mitigation of concrete shrinkage.The macroscopic properties of concrete are highly determined by the microstructure.In this study,the influence of CEA and SAP addition on the pore structure evolution of cement paste under different curing temperatures was evaluated via low-field nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Test results indicated that,in cement paste,a higher CEA content led to a higher porosity and a larger most probable pore diameter(MPPD).Meanwhile,SAP addition increased the porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste at early age but decreased them after 7 d,and a higher SAP content always brought a higher porosity and MPPD.Furthermore,the addition of SAP led to a lower porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste than that of plain cement paste after 14 d.Moreover,the porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste decreased first and subsequently increased as the curing temperature raised.

文摘Optimizing the structure of agricultural insurance subsidies is of great significance to increasing the supply of agricultural insurance and strengthening the effects of agricultural insurance policies.This paper optimized the structure of agricultural insurance subsidies.It decomposed insurance activities into three parts:underwriting,claim settlement,and agricultural services.Next,it incorporated adverse selection risks,moral hazards,agricultural production and operation risks,insurance company's behavioral decisions and its risk attitudes into the multi-task principal agent analysis framework.Finally,it discussed how the government designs a subsidy mechanism and adjusts the subsidy structure to increase the insurance supply.

文摘The effects of structure parameters, such as molecular structure, segment kinds, molecular weight, and organic functional groups, on the performance of polyacrylic acid superplasticizer were discussed. According to the differences of chain sections, functional groups, eic, polyacrylic acid superplasticizer could be divided into A, B, C three parts. Among them, A chain section included sulfonic acid groups, B chain section carboxyl groups, C chain section polyester. Polyacrylic acid superplasticizers with different matching of A, B, C chain sections, different length of C chain section and different molecular weights were synthesized by acrylic acid, polyethylene glycol, sodium methyl allylsulfonate; the relation between the molecular structure and perfolxnance was also studied. The expetimental results indicate that the water-reduction ratio increases obviously with the increment of the proportion of sodium methyl allylsulfonate chain section in the molecular; the slump retention increases greatly with the increment of the proportion of acrylic acid chain section; the dispersion of cement particles increases with the increment of the chain length of polyethylene glycol; when the molecular weight is in the range of 5000, the dispersion and slump retentibity increase with the increment of the average molecular weight of polymers.
文摘The coupling agents content and thickness on glass fiber (GF) surfaces which have been treated with silanes and titanates under different conditions are tested by means of XRF (X-Ray Fluorescent spectrometry). And the rheological characteristics of the dispersed systems prepared from the above glass fibers combined with unsaturated polyester resin (UP) are discussed. The results show that the rigidity of the internal layers of silane coupling agent absorbed by glass surfaces is greater than the one of the external layers; while the effect of the titanate coupling agents on the rheolo- gical characteristics of the system is approximately the same in each structural layer, that is due to the fact that both the internal and external layers of titanates on glass surfaces have the similar flexible structures.

文摘Human Notum(hNotum)inhibitors could be used for treating Wnt signalling-associated diseases including colorectal cancer.Herein,two series of chalcone derivatives were designed and synthesized aiming to find selective and potent hNotum inhibitors.Structure–activity relationship(SAR)studies showed that 2-methoxyl and 5-bromine substitutions on A-ring significantly enhanced anti-hNotum effect,while 4’-ethoxyl and 3’-alkyl substitutions on B-ring were beneficial for hNotum inhibition.Among all tested chalcones,B11 displayed the most potent anti-Notum effect(IC_(50)=3.6 nmol/L),good selectivity,excellent chemical stability and suitable metabolic stability.Further investigations showed that B11 acted as a competitive inhibitor of hNotum,while this agent(5μmol/L)significantly weaken the migration abilities of colorectal cancer cells.Collectively,this study deciphers the SARs of chalcones as hNotum inhibitors and reports a novel and potent hNotum inhibitor with the anti-migration effect on colorectal cancer cells,which offers a promising lead compound to develop novel anti-cancer agents.
