This study investigated the application and the application value of intelligent emergency in emergency management in the big data environment.It addresses the neglect of the application value(performance)measurement ...This study investigated the application and the application value of intelligent emergency in emergency management in the big data environment.It addresses the neglect of the application value(performance)measurement of intelligent emergency,further improving the effectiveness of intelligent emergency management.First,approximately 3,900 documents from the intelligent emergency field are analyzed to determine the future research trend in intelligent emergency management.The socio-technical theory concerning technical and social systems is introduced.The emergency management system concepts of“technology enabling”and“enabling value creation”are defined according to bibliometric analysis and socio-technical theory.Second,a research framework that includes technology enabling and enabling value creation for the decision-making paradigm in emergency management according to the big data environment is constructed.A detailed analysis approach from intelligent emergency technology enabling to enabling value creation in emergency management is proposed.Finally,earthquake disasters are taken as examples,and specific analyses of the intelligent emergency enabling and enabling value creation are explored;enabling value creation is discussed based on measurable indicators.The clear concept of emergency management system technology enabling and enabling value creation,as well as the detailed analysis approach from intelligent emergency technology enabling to enabling value creation,provide a theoretical bases for scholars and practitioners to evaluate the value(performance)of intelligent emergency for the first time.展开更多
Road infrastructure is facing significant digitalization challenges within the context of new infrastructure construction in China and worldwide.Among the advanced digital technologies,digital twin(DT)has gained promi...Road infrastructure is facing significant digitalization challenges within the context of new infrastructure construction in China and worldwide.Among the advanced digital technologies,digital twin(DT)has gained prominence across various engineering sectors,including the manufacturing and construction industries.Specifically,road engineering has demonstrated a growing interest in DT and has achieved promising results in DT-related applications over the past several years.This paper systematically introduces the development of DT and examines its current state in road engineering by reviewing research articles on DT-enabling technologies,such as model creation,condition sensing,data processing,and interaction,as well as its applications throughout the lifecycle of road infrastructure.The findings indicate that research has primarily focused on data perception and virtual model creation,while realtime data processing and interaction between physical and virtual models remain underexplored.DT in road engineering has been predominantly applied during the operation and maintenance phases,with limited attention given to the construction and demolition phases.Future efforts should focus on establishing uniform standards,developing innovative perception and data interaction techniques,optimizing development costs,and expanding the scope of lifecycle applications to facilitate the digital transformation of road engineering.This review provides a comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art advancements in this field and paves the way for leveraging DT in road infrastructure lifecycle management.展开更多

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)-aided and ship-borne BSs can also be exploited to serve as relaying nodes in maritime mesh/ad-hoc networks. Despite all these approaches, there are still open issues towards the establishment of an agile maritime communication network (MCN). Different from terrestrial communications for urban or suburban coverage, the MCN faces several challenges due to the complicated electromagnetic propagation environment, the limited geometrically available BS sites, and rigorous service demands from mission-critical applications. To address all these challenges, conventional communications and networking theories and methods need to be tailored for maritime application scenarios or new ones should be explored. Open innovation has become a dominant innovation paradigm.However,the actual adoption of open innovation organizational designs and practices remains elusive,and ongoing examples of large companies practicing open inn...Open innovation has become a dominant innovation paradigm.However,the actual adoption of open innovation organizational designs and practices remains elusive,and ongoing examples of large companies practicing open innovation in mature industries or beyond R&D activities are rare.Despite the continuing interest in open innovation and the surging research on the topic,not much is documented about how,in particular,large companies interpret and implement open innovation or develop and sustain an innovation‐enabling culture.This paper reports on a study of Haier’s adoption of six radical innovations as it implements an open innovation organization over a period of seven years.The study is unique in that the cases reveal how open innovation is enabled by the socially enabling mechanisms developed under Chairman Ruimin Zhang’s leadership.These varied enabling mechanisms open the organization to serendipity at every level,from the bottom up to suppliers.Most importantly,the mechanisms imprint and sustain an open innovation culture recognized as important—yet often left unarticulated in terms of how it is practiced—in the prior literature.The paper contributes to and highlights the centrality of socially enabling mechanisms underlying an organization’s innovation absorptive capacity.展开更多

In this experiment, we used mouse oocytectomized complexes (OOX), which were incapable of CEEF production, to assess the secretion of CEEF by evacuated zona, oocytes of different quality and somatic cells in the porcine follicles. The results showed that: (i) Evacuated zonae from both porcine and mouse oocytes did not produce CEEF. (ii) Porcine oocytes of A, B and C types from 3-6 mm follicles were not significantly different in both production and activity of CEEF. Structured light manipulation based on plasmonic metasurfaces, reflection-enhanced plasmonic metasurfaces, metasurfaces on fiber facets, dielectric metasurfaces, and sub-wavelength structures on silicon are presented, showing impressive performance.Future trends, challenges, perspectives, and opportunities are also discussed.

文摘Open innovation has become a dominant innovation paradigm.However,the actual adoption of open innovation organizational designs and practices remains elusive,and ongoing examples of large companies practicing open innovation in mature industries or beyond R&D activities are rare.Despite the continuing interest in open innovation and the surging research on the topic,not much is documented about how,in particular,large companies interpret and implement open innovation or develop and sustain an innovation‐enabling culture.This paper reports on a study of Haier’s adoption of six radical innovations as it implements an open innovation organization over a period of seven years.The study is unique in that the cases reveal how open innovation is enabled by the socially enabling mechanisms developed under Chairman Ruimin Zhang’s leadership.These varied enabling mechanisms open the organization to serendipity at every level,from the bottom up to suppliers.Most importantly,the mechanisms imprint and sustain an open innovation culture recognized as important—yet often left unarticulated in terms of how it is practiced—in the prior literature.The paper contributes to and highlights the centrality of socially enabling mechanisms underlying an organization’s innovation absorptive capacity.

文摘Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)has a rapid development over the last decade.However,an increasing number of severe flight collision events caused by explosive growth of UAV have drawn widespread concern.It is an important issue to investigate safety management approaches of UAVs to ensure safe and efficient operation.In this paper,we present a comprehensive overview of safety management approaches in large,middle and small scales.In large-scale safety management,path-planning problem is a crucial issue to ensure safety and ordered operation of UAVs globally.In middle-scale safety management,it is an important issue to study the conflict detection and resolution methods.And in small-scale safety management,real-time collision avoidance is the last line of ensuring safety.Moreover,a UAV can be regarded as a terminal device connected through communication and information network.Therefore,the enabling technologies,such as sensing,command and control communication,and collaborative decision-making control technology,have been studied in the last.

文摘It was shown that expansion of porcine cumulus did not depend on oocyte-secreted factor(s), and it is therefore presumed that porcine CEEF may not be produced exclusively by the oocyte. In this experiment, we used mouse oocytectomized complexes (OOX), which were incapable of CEEF production, to assess the secretion of CEEF by evacuated zona, oocytes of different quality and somatic cells in the porcine follicles. The results showed that: (i) Evacuated zonae from both porcine and mouse oocytes did not produce CEEF. (ii) Porcine oocytes of A, B and C types from 3-6 mm follicles were not significantly different in both production and activity of CEEF. (iii) Both porcine OOX from 3-6 mm follicles and granulose cells from 【 1 mm follicles secreted CEEF in a large quantity, independent of gonadotro-pins; mural granulose cells from 3-6 mm follicles, however, produced neglectable amount of CEEF. (iv) The follicular fluid from 3-6 mm porcine follicles contained CEEF activity that was concentration-dependent,
