Lecturer’s capacity has been evaluated using different parameters in Assosa University, Ethiopia. Mandatorily, lecturers are evaluated using printed check list. For the last few years we observed that, the lecturer efficiency score is found on the shelf and not checked by anyone to know the gaps and to establish follow-up system. The use of intranet based web system is better to use lecturer’s efficiency result to monitor their performance and to establish follow-up mechanism. In this study, a prototype of web based yearbook efficiency management system for evaluating and monitoring the performance of lecturers was designed and developed. The evaluation process in the system was presented according to the university evaluation format. The scale of higher vocational education in China is expanding,and the problem of education quality has become the focus of general concern in all aspects of society.Promoting the improvement of education quality with...The scale of higher vocational education in China is expanding,and the problem of education quality has become the focus of general concern in all aspects of society.Promoting the improvement of education quality within higher vocational colleges and universities is an important way to realise the high-quality development of higher vocational education.Based on the stakeholder theory,we constructed afive-dimensional conceptual model of the factors influencing the improvement of the quality of education within higher vocational colleges,and used SPSS27.0 software to conduct an empirical study on the teacher groups and student groups within 13 higher vocational colleges in Hainan Province.The results show that there are different degrees of differences in the dimensions of governance level,education and teaching,industry-education integration,student development and policy protection among groups of teachers of different genders,titles,ages,academic qualifications and subject disciplines,and among groups of students of different genders and admission modes;teacher groups and student groups have different degrees of perceived differences in the effect of internal education quality improvement.In order to promote the improvement of internal education quality in higher vocational colleges and universities,it is necessary to improve the construction of modern university system to raise the level of gover-nance,deepen the industry-education integration in order to innovate the mode of education and training of talents,promote the development of the whole chain of education to improve the overall quality of students,strengthen the construction of teachers to deepen the reform of education and teaching,and innovate the internal education policies and systems in order to regulate the order of management.展开更多

文摘This paper discusses the optimization strategy of education and teaching quality assurance systems in applied colleges and universities under the background of digital intelligence.It first summarizes the relevant theories of digital intelligence transformation and analyzes the impact of digital intelligence transformation on higher education.Secondly,this paper puts forward the principles of constructing the quality assurance system of applied colleges,including strengthening the quality assurance consciousness,improving teachers’digital literacy,and implementing digital intelligence governance.From the practical perspective,this paper expounds on strategies such as optimizing educational teaching resource allocation,constructing a diversified evaluation system of teaching quality,strengthening the construction and training of teaching staff,and innovating teaching management methods.Specific optimization measures are put forward,such as improving policies,regulations,and system guarantees,strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises,integrating industry,school,and research,building an educational information platform,and improving the monitoring and feedback mechanism of educational quality.

文摘There are obvious differences in teaching form and content between kindergarten education and primary education in our country. In order to make the children in the kindergarten stage better adapt to the primary school life, the development of the kindergarten-primary education in the new era is of great significance. It serves as a connecting link between the preceding and the following for the psychological construction of young children and the formation of good habits. The suitable connection between the young and the young can avoid the "primary school" of the kindergarten, help the children to realize a smooth transition from the kindergarten to the primary school stage, and lay a solid foundation for the childrens follow-up learning and development.
