BACKGROUND The exercise of limb function is the most economical and safe method to promote the maturation of arteriovenous fistula(AVF).However,due to the lack of a uni-fied exercise standard in China,many patients ha...BACKGROUND The exercise of limb function is the most economical and safe method to promote the maturation of arteriovenous fistula(AVF).However,due to the lack of a uni-fied exercise standard in China,many patients have insufficient awareness of the importance of AVF,leading to poor effectiveness of limb function exercise.The self-management education model can effectively promote patients to take pro-active health-related actions.This study focuses on the characteristics of patients during the peri-AVF period and conducts a phased limb function exercise under the guidance of the self-management education model to observe changes in fac-tors such as the maturity of AVF.AIM To assess the impact of stage-specific limb function exercises,directed by a self-management education model,on the maturation status of AVFs.METHODS This study is a randomized controlled trial involving 74 patients with forearm AVFs from the Nephrology Department of a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province,China.Patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method.The observation group underwent tailored stage-specific limb func-tion exercises,informed by a self-management education model which took into account the unique features of AVF at various stages,in conjunction with routine care.Conversely,the control group was given standard limb function exercises along with routine care.The assessment involves the maturity of AVFs post-intervention,post-operative complications,and the self-management level of the fistula in both groups patients.Analyses were conducted using SPSS version 23.0.Count data were represented by frequency and percentage and subjected to chi-square test comparisons.Measurement data adhering to a normal distribution were presented as mean±SD.The independent samples t-test was utilized for inter-group comparisons,while the paired t-test was used for intra-group comparisons.For measurement data not fitting a normal distribution,the median and interquartile range were presented and analyzed using the Wilcoxon rank sum test.RESULTS At the 8-wk postoperative mark,the observation group demonstrated significantly higher scores in AVF symptom recognition,symptom prevention,and self-management compared to the control group(P<0.05).However,the variance in symptom management scores between the observation and control groups lacked statistical signi-ficance(P>0.05).At 4 wk after the operation,the observation group displayed a superior vessel diameter and depth from the skin of the drainage vessels in comparison to the control group(P<0.05).While the observation group did manifest elevated blood flow rates in the drainage vessels relative to the control group,this distinction was not statistically significant(P>0.05).By the 8-wk postoperative interval,the observation group outperformed the control group with notable enhancements in blood flow rates,vessel diameter,and depth from the skin of drainage vessels(P<0.01).Seven days following the procedure,the observation group manifested significantly diminished limb swelling and an overall reduced complication rate in contrast to the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of infection,thrombosis,embolism,arterial aneurysm stenosis,and incision bleeding showed no notable differences between the two groups(P>0.05).By the 4-wk postoperative juncture,complications between the observation and control groups were statistically indistinguishable(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Stage-specific limb function exercises,under the guidance of a self-management education model,amplify the capacity of AVF patients to discern and prevent symptoms.Additionally,they expedite AVF maturation and miti-gate postoperative limb edema,underscoring their efficacy as a valuable method for the care and upkeep of AVF in hemodialysis patients.展开更多

Objective:To observe the status quo of patients’psychological distress,and to explore the effect of Internet+health education model(IHEM)on patients who experienced psychological distress during their first hemodialy...Objective:To observe the status quo of patients’psychological distress,and to explore the effect of Internet+health education model(IHEM)on patients who experienced psychological distress during their first hemodialysis treatment,with the goal of reducing their psychological distress and improving their quality of life.Methods:IHEM was conducted on 120 first-time hemodialysis patients for 3 months while a distress thermometer and a list of questionnaires were used to screen patients and provide corresponding psychological intervention.The incidence rate of psychological distress was analyzed statistically to explore the difference in psychological distress at various periods.Results:The incidence rate(score≥4)of psychological distress in first-time hemodialysis patients was 46.67%,and their distress was mainly rooted in physical,emotional,practical problems(economy,time,and energy),etc.Through IHEM,the psychological distress scores of the patients decreased to 3.29±1.02 at one month after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 32.14%;the psychological distress scores of the patients were 2.29±1.02 at 3 months after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 21.14%.The difference before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A psychological distress thermometer can timely detect the degree and causes of psychological distress among first-time hemodialysis patients,and the use of IHEM may significantly alleviate the psychological distress among hemodialysis patients.展开更多

Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children wit...Objective: To analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) health education model on the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures. Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of implementing a precise education model on the nursing care of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization room.Methods:We selected 70 patients who were g...Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of implementing a precise education model on the nursing care of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization room.Methods:We selected 70 patients who were going to undergo surgical intervention in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2022 as the subjects for this study through random sampling.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given precise patient education.The nursing effects of both groups were observed.Results:After the intervention,all compliance indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Besides,the incidence of complications in the observation group(2.86%)was lower than that of the control group(17.14%)with P<0.05.Furthermore,the patient satisfaction of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(82.86%),with P<0.05.Conclusion:A precise propaganda and education model facilitates the nursing of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization room.Therefore,this practice should be popularized.展开更多

文摘Speeding up the promotion of the basic course "Curriculum Ideological and Political Theory" is a kind of teaching idea and practical innovation to implement the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the main and difficult problems existing in the current teaching reform of "course ideological and political theory" in basic courses, and combines with the teaching practice of "basic courses" in our school to promote the course ideological and political theory, digs deep into the ideological and political elements contained in basic courses, and constructs two "five in one" ideological and political education modes.
文摘This study explores a novel educational model of generative AI-empowered interdisciplinary project-based learning(PBL).By analyzing the current applications of generative AI technology in information technology curricula,it elucidates its advantages and operational mechanisms in interdisciplinary PBL.Combining case studies and empirical research,the investigation proposes implementation pathways and strategies for the generative AI-enhanced interdisciplinary PBL model,detailing specific applications across three phases:project preparation,implementation,and evaluation.The research demonstrates that generative AI-enabled interdisciplinary project-based learning can effectively enhance students’learning motivation,interdisciplinary thinking capabilities,and innovative competencies,providing new conceptual frameworks and practical approaches for educational model innovation.

文摘Objective: To analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) health education model on the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures. Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
文摘This paper examines the Finnish basic education model,renowned for its student-centric approach and high performance in international assessments.The study explores the model’s core principles,including equity,teacher autonomy,and minimal standardized testing,and their impact on student happiness and motivation.Through case studies,interviews,and surveys with students,teachers,and parents,the paper provides an in-depth analysis of the Finnish model’s effectiveness.Challenges such as adaptability to diverse cultural contexts,integration of immigrant students,and sustainability in the face of global educational trends are also discussed.The paper concludes with recommendations for the continued evolution of the Finnish model,emphasizing the need for adaptability,inclusivity,and a focus on sustainability and technology integration.

文摘This article studies the educational mode connecting vocational education and undergraduate education in finance and accounting majors,in response to the weak cultural foundation and poor course integration faced by current vocational school graduates after entering vocational undergraduate education.By adopting empirical research methods and selecting vocational college students majoring in finance and accounting and ordinary high school students as research objects,this study implements a series of teaching reform measures and conducts tracking surveys on the short-term and long-term effects of educational reforms.As a result,it was found that in the final survey of graduation destinations,34 vocational and technical college students were engaged in related work in their majors,accounting for 45.9%of all vocational and technical college students.This proves that the proposed transitional education model can effectively enhance the cultural foundation of vocational college students and provide new ideas for the cultivation of talents in finance and accounting majors.

文摘Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of implementing a precise education model on the nursing care of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization room.Methods:We selected 70 patients who were going to undergo surgical intervention in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2022 as the subjects for this study through random sampling.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given precise patient education.The nursing effects of both groups were observed.Results:After the intervention,all compliance indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Besides,the incidence of complications in the observation group(2.86%)was lower than that of the control group(17.14%)with P<0.05.Furthermore,the patient satisfaction of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(82.86%),with P<0.05.Conclusion:A precise propaganda and education model facilitates the nursing of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization room.Therefore,this practice should be popularized.

文摘In order to find an effective way to improve the quality of school management,finding valuable information from students' original data and providing feedback for student management are necessary. Firstly,some new and successful educational data mining models were analyzed and compared. These models have better performance than traditional models( such as Knowledge Tracing Model) in efficiency,comprehensiveness,ease of use,stability and so on. Then,the neural network algorithm was conducted to explore the feasibility of the application of educational data mining in student management,and the results show that it has enough predictive accuracy and reliability to be put into practice. In the end,the possibility and prospect of the application of educational data mining in teaching management system for university students was assessed.

文摘This study highlights the critical need for geoethics integration into higher education curricula across the Latin America and the Caribbean region,grappling with issues like sustainable development,responsible mining,adaptation to climate change,and biodiversity conservation.Geoethics is essential for students to develop a holistic understanding of resources and ecosystems,promoting ethical attitudes and environmental responsibility.The proposed educational model includes geoethical principles,values,and case studies in geoscience courses,facing socio-economic-environmental impacts,sustainable resource management,and disaster risk reduction.The study identifies challenges in geoethics education,such as the lack of awareness of educators,insufficient resources,and fragmented efforts to develop the topic.Overcoming these obstacles requires a collaborative approach among educators,researchers,and professional bodies to develop educational materials,provide training,and facilitate knowledge exchange.The proposal of this study underscores the importance of collaborative initiatives among geoscience stakeholders in the region to ensure the successful incorporation of geoethics into educational frameworks.Education in geoethics is crucial for fostering informed and ethically conscious future geoscientists to better address the region's unique challenges.

文摘This study is dedicated to exploring the role of scientific research team construction and collaborative management mechanisms in applied undergraduate universities in promoting diversified talent training and collaborative innovation models.By forming an interdisciplinary scientific research team and recording in detail the team’s performance,problems encountered,and solutions during the collaborative innovation process,the study found that interdisciplinary team construction significantly improved scientific research timeliness,which was 29.33%higher than that of traditional single-disciplinary teams.Therefore,the construction of interdisciplinary scientific research teams and collaborative management mechanisms are effective ways for applied undergraduate universities to promote diversified talent training and collaborative innovation.
