Wire arc additive manufacture(WAAM) is a new technique to fabricate large-scale complex aluminum alloy components.However, the performance of the parts is critically influenced by residual stresses and deformation. A sequentially thermal-mechanical coupled model of residual stress and deformation for aluminum alloy WAAM parts was established based on commercial FE software ABAQUS. The temperature field was calculated by the moving heat source(MHS) method. The temperature function was obtained according to the distribution of the peak temperature. Furthermore, the MHS method and segmented temperature function(STF) method were used to calculate the residual stress and deformation. The results show that the STF method satisfies both the efficiency and accuracy requirements. 1-segment, 3-segment, and 5-segment STF methods can shorten the time for mechanical analysis by 91%, 79%, 63%, respectively.The error of the residual stress and deformation are all less than 20%. STF method provides an effective way to predict the residual stress and deformation of large-scale WAAM parts. 展开更多

In response to the complex characteristics of actual low-permeability tight reservoirs,this study develops a meshless-based numerical simulation method for oil-water two-phase flow in these reservoirs,considering complex boundary shapes.Utilizing radial basis function point interpolation,the method approximates shape functions for unknown functions within the nodal influence domain.The shape functions constructed by the aforementioned meshless interpolation method haveδ-function properties,which facilitate the handling of essential aspects like the controlled bottom-hole flow pressure in horizontal wells.Moreover,the meshless method offers greater flexibility and freedom compared to grid cell discretization,making it simpler to discretize complex geometries.A variational principle for the flow control equation group is introduced using a weighted least squares meshless method,and the pressure distribution is solved implicitly.Example results demonstrate that the computational outcomes of the meshless point cloud model,which has a relatively small degree of freedom,are in close agreement with those of the Discrete Fracture Model(DFM)employing refined grid partitioning,with pressure calculation accuracy exceeding 98.2%.Compared to high-resolution grid-based computational methods,the meshless method can achieve a better balance between computational efficiency and accuracy.Additionally,the impact of fracture half-length on the productivity of horizontal wells is discussed.The results indicate that increasing the fracture half-length is an effective strategy for enhancing production from the perspective of cumulative oil production. 展开更多

A numerical model for determining fishing net configuration and load is developed, based on the lumped masses method. The model is used to analyze the influences on the net of gravity sea cage by different sinker weights in uniform flow. The net of gravity sea cage is simulated under different current velocities and sinker weights. In order to verify the validity of the numerical results, model test results made by Lader and Enerhaug are cited and compared with the numerical ones. The results of numerical simulation agree well with the experimental ones and the agreement is within an error range of 13% under different velocities and sinker weights. The numerical results indicate that increasing the sinker weight can effectively reduce the net deformation, but the total drag force on the net will increase accordingly. Results will give references for better knowledge of the hydrodynamic behavior of gravity sea cage. 展开更多

In order to simulate field distribution rules,mathematical models for 3-D air flows and gas transfer in the goaf of the coal mining are established,based on theories of permeability and dynamic dispersion through porous media. A gas dispersion equation in a 3-D field is calculated by use of numerical method on a weighted upstream multi-element balance. Based on data of an example with a U type ventilation mode,surface charts of air pressure distribution and gas concentration are drawn by Graphtool software. Finally,a comparison between actually measured results in the model test and the numerical simulation results is made to proves the numerical implementation feasible. 展开更多

The solution was obtained by using the finite element method based on the basic equation of a traditional two-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter. The two-dimensional distribution of the weight function of the electromagnetic flowmeter obtained was verified by the analytical solution. Three-dimensional distribution of the weight function was also presented in the paper. It can be employed to analyze the sensitivity and linearity of the electromagnetic flowmeter with non-uniform magnetic field, and even to assist the design of the excitation coil pair. 展开更多

Due to the difficulties associated with preprocessing activities and poor grid convergence when simulating shale reservoirs in the context of traditional grid methods,in this study an innovative two-phase oil-water seepage model is elaborated.The modes is based on the radial basis meshless approach and is used to determine the pressure and water saturation in a sample reservoir.Two-dimensional examples demonstrate that,when compared to the finite difference method,the radial basis function method produces less errors and is more accurate in predicting daily oil production.The radial basis function and finite difference methods provide errors of 5.78 percent and 7.5 percent,respectively,when estimating the daily oil production data for a sample well.A sensitivity analysis of the key parameters that affect the radial basis function’s computation outcomes is also presented. 展开更多

Sensor management plays an important role in data fusion system, and this paper presents an algorithm of sensor management that can be used in target detection, identification and tracking. First, the basic concept, rule, range and function of sensor management are introduced. Then, the quantifying problems of target priority and sensor (or combination)-target pairing in multisensor management are discussed and the efficiency and waste functions are established based on the functions of target priority and sensor-target pairing. On this basis, a distribution algorithm of multi-sensor resources is given, which is optimized by the principle of maximum synthesis efficiency in the multisensor system and constrained by sensor maximum tracking power and what target must be scanned. In addition, the waste measure of sensor resources is introduced to improve the algorithm. Finally, a tactical task that includes three sensors and ten targets is set, and the simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective. 展开更多

An improved method for calculating the surface tension based on the level set approach is proposed, in which the contribution of not only the center node but also the rest area of a control volume to the calculation of surface tension is considered in a balanced manner. The weighted integration method (WIM) is more consistent with the concept of a banded interface in the level set method. It is applied to the temporal evolution of a two-dimensional neutrally buoyant liquid drop and a buoyancy driven deformable bubble in an immiscible fluid for the validation of WIM. The results show that the parasitic flows are evidently suppressed by the weighted integration method. The weight factors for WIM in 3-D cases are also suggested. 展开更多

The element-free method is a new numerical technique presented in recent years.It uses the moving least square(MLS) approximation as its shape function,and it is determined by the basic function and weight function.The weight function is the mainly determining factor,so it greatly affects the accuracy of the computational results.The element-free Galerkin method(EFGM) was applied for the solution to plastic large deformation.The simulation of metal rheological forming was successfully done by programming and its results were visualized by using the plotting and data analyses software Tecplot.Then plastic strain under different stages during rheological forming and the three principal stresses at the last deformation were obtained.The example shows the feasibility of EFGM used for metal rheological forming and provides a new method for numerical simulation of rheological forming of complex parts. 展开更多

Two computational cases that have analytic solutions are employed for studying the adaptive grid tech-nique based on the variational principle. The results show that for the computational case of traveling shock waves the weight function, with the 2nd-order derivation terms taken into consideration, can more effectively reduce the error than one with gradient terms. For the case of cyclonic frontogenesis, weight func-tions only related to the gradient are unable to enhance the computational accuracy while ones with the wind field and frontogenesis function taken into consideration can more reasonably arrange the grid. Com-pared with analytic solutions, the adaptive grid technique suggested in this paper can improve computational accuracy and it displays the prominent advantage of saving memory. 展开更多

In this paper,a simple direct space-time semi-analytical meshless scheme is proposed for the numerical approximation of the coupled Burgers'equations.During the whole solution procedure,two different schemes are considered in terms of radial and non-radial basis functions.The time-dependent variable in the first radial scheme is directly considered as the normal space variables to formulate an"isotropic"space-time radial basis function.The second non-radial scheme considered relationship between time-dependent and spacedependent variables.Under such circumstance,we can get a one-step space-time meshless scheme.The numerical findings demonstrate that the proposed meshless schemes are precise,user-friendly,and effective in solving the coupled Burgers'equations. 展开更多

基于地应力场反演的地下厂房开挖方案比选研究

地下厂房作为抽水蓄能电站工程的核心枢纽,围岩稳定性直接关系工程安全与全生命周期效益,其开挖控制是抽水蓄能电站安全高效建设的关键挑战。为保障厂区安全开挖以及合理支护,文章设计3种不同顺序的开挖方案,利用熵权-Topsis法综合比选... 地下厂房作为抽水蓄能电站工程的核心枢纽,围岩稳定性直接关系工程安全与全生命周期效益,其开挖控制是抽水蓄能电站安全高效建设的关键挑战。为保障厂区安全开挖以及合理支护,文章设计3种不同顺序的开挖方案,利用熵权-Topsis法综合比选,所得结果对地下厂房开挖方案设计以及优化提供了理论参考。文章依据地质勘察及地下厂房设计资料,建立三维地质模型,通过反演初始地应力场得到地应力平衡;设计3种开挖顺序,模拟开挖过程,观察主应力、位移、塑性区3个主要方面的围岩力学响应;基于开挖模拟得到的比选指标原始数据,应用熵权法赋予主应力、位移、塑性区分布3个主要方面的指标权重,客观评价围岩稳定性,再用Topsis评价体系计算各方案相对贴近度,选出最优开挖顺序方案。对大雅河抽水蓄能电站开展研究,对比3种开挖方案,方案1整体开挖效果要比另外2种方案效果好:围岩所受压应力较小且不容易发生受拉破坏,围岩整体应力分布较均匀;位移量控制效果最佳,且具有明显的位移变化规律;塑性区发育范围最小,表现出较好的围岩自稳能力。计算相对贴近度,方案1(0.82)大于方案2(0.36)、方案3(0.41),比选其为最优开挖方案。由应力、位移和塑性区分布的熵权权重可以看出,位移因素尤其是水平方向位移在施工过程中占据着较大比重。在后续支护以及开挖优化时应细化设计,保障施工期间围岩稳定性。通过熵权-Topsis法计算各方案综合效果评分,可以减小某一单一指标带来的经验类比误差,更直观地得出比选结果,评价结果的优劣与模拟开挖时围岩力学响应相符合。为后续的支护设计和施工开挖提供了依据,也为类似复杂地质条件下厂区开挖方案设计提供了重要的理论参考和实践案例。 展开更多

The concrete way of it is: the time-dependent integral series of the model is decomposed through empirical orthogonal functions (EOFs), therefore the small number of the degrees of freedom supporting the attractor set of GCM can be formed, and then a simplified model can be derived when the EOFs are used as basis. 为了合理评估氨煤掺烧锅炉的整体能效,本文在数值模拟结果的基础上,分析了氨煤掺烧锅炉能效评价的关键指标,并利用熵权法获得了指标的权重,随后,基于相对劣化度和模糊矩阵,通过多级模糊综合评判模型对锅炉的整体能效进行了评估。结果表... 为了合理评估氨煤掺烧锅炉的整体能效,本文在数值模拟结果的基础上,分析了氨煤掺烧锅炉能效评价的关键指标,并利用熵权法获得了指标的权重,随后,基于相对劣化度和模糊矩阵,通过多级模糊综合评判模型对锅炉的整体能效进行了评估。结果表明,燃烧指标可通过煤粉燃尽率(0.4721)和炉膛出口烟温变化量(0.5279)来体现,环保指标可通过CO_(2)排放减少量(0.5319)和NO排放量(0.4681)来体现,经济指标则由燃料成本(0.5309)和㶲效率(0.4691)共同体现,括号内为各二级指标在一级指标中的权重。随着掺氨比的上升,环保指标显著改善,但是燃烧指标的评语会有下降趋势,主要原因是掺氨燃烧后,炉膛出口烟温与纯煤燃烧工况相比有较大差异。另外,由于绿氨价格较高,大比例掺氨燃烧时的经济性有待提升,探索成本更低的绿氨制备方法,开发更加高效的氨煤掺烧技术是未来工作的重点。 展开更多
