The virtual enterprise leader raises market a daptability and group cooperation ability through its dynamic management. Thus t he validity and efficiency of leader’s dynamic management determines the efficie ncy of the virtual enterprise operation, and the validity of the information flo w is one of the main factors. In this paper, the validity of the information flo w in the course of the leader’s dynamic management in the virtual enterprise is analyzed by using the economic searching theory and the information theory, and the possible ways to improve the validity and efficiency of leader’s dynamic man agement are indicated. Firstly, the basic concepts such as leader’s dynamic management, virtual enterpr ise, and its leader are defined. The dynamic management procedure for the virtua l enterprise leader is analyzed with the dynamic theory raised by Mowshowitz. Secondly, the model for the dynamic management of the virtual enterprise leader is constructed using multi-goal selection. The information flow validity for th e leader during the stages of the identification and the establishment is analyz ed with the economic searching theory and the information theory. Meanwhile, the value of the dynamic management policy is discussed with the information va lue theory. Finally, two ways to improve the validity of the information flow are obtained. The first way is to process the various kinds of information of the existing mem bers in the virtual enterprise for the future cooperative usage and to extend th e selective objects for the leader, and to make the detailed and clear mechanism of the object evaluation and selection (the market chance and the cooperative partner). The other way is to build the system of the effective transfer and process of the feedback information flow during the operation of the virtual ent erprise based on the information technology.展开更多

Firstly, a dynamic upd...To solve the problem of delayed update of spectrum information(SI) in the database assisted dynamic spectrum management(DB-DSM), this paper studies a novel dynamic update scheme of SI in DB-DSM. Firstly, a dynamic update mechanism of SI based on spectrum opportunity incentive is established, in which spectrum users are encouraged to actively assist the database to update SI in real time. Secondly, the information update contribution(IUC) of spectrum opportunity is defined to describe the cost of accessing spectrum opportunity for heterogeneous spectrum users, and the profit of SI update obtained by the database from spectrum allocation. The process that the database determines the IUC of spectrum opportunity and spectrum user selects spectrum opportunity is mapped to a Hotelling model. Thirdly, the process of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities is further modelled as a Stackelberg game by establishing multiple virtual spectrum resource providers(VSRPs) in the database. It is proved that there is a Nash Equilibrium in the game of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities by VSRPs. Finally, an algorithm of determining the IUC based on a genetic algorithm is designed to achieve the optimal IUC. The-oretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly find the optimal solution of the IUC, and ensure that the spectrum resource provider can obtain the optimal profit of SI update.展开更多

Two phases are included in rapid mesh generation: the initial mesh generation and the mesh pre-treatment. In the second step (pre-treatment), the connectivity of those cells is generated by a new algorithm added to the KIVA-3V code after the initial mesh generated. In dynamic mesh management phase, a new rezoning algorithm is developed and the basic principle is that the rezoning starts from the moving part. The movement of the adjustment is treated as an "earth quake wave" propagating to the surrounding vertexes. The amount of coordinate adjustment of the surrounding vertexes is determined by the movement of the epicenter and the distance between the vertexes and the "epicenter". Finally, a real IC engine mesh is generated and managed aceording to the new method. It gives a new theory and a new method for creating and managing the mesh in IC engine.展开更多

Time-varying frequency selective attenuation and colored noises are unfavorable characteristics of power line communication(PLC) channels of the low voltage networks.To overcome these disadvantages,a novel real-time d...Time-varying frequency selective attenuation and colored noises are unfavorable characteristics of power line communication(PLC) channels of the low voltage networks.To overcome these disadvantages,a novel real-time dynamic spectrum management(DSM) algorithm in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)-based high-speed narrow-band power line communication(HNPLC) systems is proposed,and the corresponding FPGA circuit is designed and realized.Performance of the proposed DSM is validated with a large amount of network experiments under practical PLC circumstance.As the noise in each narrow subcarrier is approximately Gaussian,the proposed DSM adopts the BER/SER expression formulized via the AWGN channel to provide a handy and universal strategy for power allocation.The real-time requirement is guaranteed by choosing subcarriers in group and employing the same modulation scheme within each transmission.These measures are suitable for any modulation scheme no matter the system criterion is to maximize data rate or minimize power/BER.Algorithm design and hardware implementation of the proposed DSM are given with some flexible and efficient conversions.The DSM circuit is carried out with Xilinx KC705.Simulation and practical experiments validate that the proposed real-time DSM significantly improves system performance.展开更多

This study focused on the wa...Water scarcity is a challenge in many arid and semi-arid regions; this may lead to a series of environmental problems and could be stressed even further by the effects from climate change. This study focused on the water resource management in Shanshan County, an inland arid region located in northwestern China with a long history of groundwater overexploitation. A model of the supply and demand system in the study area from 2006 to2030, including effects from global climate change,was developed using a system dynamics(SD)modeling tool. This SD model was used to 1) explore the best water-resource management options by testing system responses under various scenarios and2) identify the principal factors affecting the responses, aiming for a balance of the groundwater system and sustainable socio-economic development.Three causes were identified as primarily responsible for water issues in Shanshan: low water-use efficiency low water reuse, and increase in industrial waterdemand. To address these causes, a combined scenario was designed and simulated, which was able to keep the water deficiency under 5% by 2030. The model provided some insights into the dynamic interrelations that generate system behavior and the key factors in the system that govern water demand and supply. The model as well as the study results may be useful in water resources management in Shanshan and may be applied, with appropriate modifications, to other regions facing similar water management challenges.展开更多

To improve the frequency utilization rate in WSN, a spectrum management system for WSN combined with cloud computing technology should be considered. From the optimization point of view, the study of dynamic spectrum management can be divided into three kinds of methods, including Nash equilibrium, social utility maximization, and competitive economy equilibrium. In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithm based approach to allocate the power spectrum dynamically. The objective is to maximize the sum of individual Shannon utilities with the background interference and crosstalk consideration. 文摘Rapid population growth in recent decades has intensified both the global energy crisis and the challenges posed by climate change,including global warming.Currently,the increased frequency of extreme weather events and large fluctuations in ambient temperature disrupt thermal comfort and negatively impact health,driving a growing dependence on cooling and heating energy sources.Consequently,efficient thermal management has become a central focus of energy research.Traditional thermal management systems consume substantial energy,further contributing to greenhouse gas emissions.In contrast,emergent radiant thermal management technologies that rely on renewable energy have been proposed as sustainable alternatives.However,achieving year-round thermal management without additional energy input remains a formidable challenge.Recently,dynamic radiative thermal management technologies have emerged as the most promising solution,offering the potential for energy-efficient adaptation across seasonal variations.This review systematically presents recent advancements in dynamic radiative thermal management,covering fundamental principles,switching mechanisms,primary materials,and application areas.Additionally,the key challenges hindering the broader adoption of dynamic radiative thermal management technologies are discussed.By highlighting their transformative potential,this review provides insights into the design and industrial scalability of these innovations,with the ultimate aim of promoting renewable energy integration in thermal management applications.
文摘Against the backdrop of the increasingly complex construction market environment,the whole-process cost management of agency-built projects faces issues such as cost overruns and insufficient management efficiency due to the numerous stages and high technical requirements involved.This paper focuses on the key stages of whole-process cost management in agency-built projects,including project initiation,design,construction,and completion.It proposes strategies to optimize the cost management process and enhance management efficiency,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the whole-process cost management under the agency-built model.
文摘To solve the problem of delayed update of spectrum information(SI) in the database assisted dynamic spectrum management(DB-DSM), this paper studies a novel dynamic update scheme of SI in DB-DSM. Firstly, a dynamic update mechanism of SI based on spectrum opportunity incentive is established, in which spectrum users are encouraged to actively assist the database to update SI in real time. Secondly, the information update contribution(IUC) of spectrum opportunity is defined to describe the cost of accessing spectrum opportunity for heterogeneous spectrum users, and the profit of SI update obtained by the database from spectrum allocation. The process that the database determines the IUC of spectrum opportunity and spectrum user selects spectrum opportunity is mapped to a Hotelling model. Thirdly, the process of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities is further modelled as a Stackelberg game by establishing multiple virtual spectrum resource providers(VSRPs) in the database. It is proved that there is a Nash Equilibrium in the game of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities by VSRPs. Finally, an algorithm of determining the IUC based on a genetic algorithm is designed to achieve the optimal IUC. The-oretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly find the optimal solution of the IUC, and ensure that the spectrum resource provider can obtain the optimal profit of SI update.

文摘To improve mesh quality for KIVA-3V a method has been developed for rapid mesh generation and dynamic mesh management with moving valves for internal combustion engines. Two phases are included in rapid mesh generation: the initial mesh generation and the mesh pre-treatment. In the second step (pre-treatment), the connectivity of those cells is generated by a new algorithm added to the KIVA-3V code after the initial mesh generated. In dynamic mesh management phase, a new rezoning algorithm is developed and the basic principle is that the rezoning starts from the moving part. The movement of the adjustment is treated as an "earth quake wave" propagating to the surrounding vertexes. The amount of coordinate adjustment of the surrounding vertexes is determined by the movement of the epicenter and the distance between the vertexes and the "epicenter". Finally, a real IC engine mesh is generated and managed aceording to the new method. It gives a new theory and a new method for creating and managing the mesh in IC engine.

文摘In mobile cloud computing(MCC) systems,both the mobile access network and the cloud computing network are heterogeneous,implying the diverse configurations of hardware,software,architecture,resource,etc.In such heterogeneous mobile cloud(HMC) networks,both radio and cloud resources could become the system bottleneck,thus designing the schemes that separately and independently manage the resources may severely hinder the system performance.In this paper,we aim to design the network as the integration of the mobile access part and the cloud computing part,utilizing the inherent heterogeneity to meet the diverse quality of service(QoS)requirements of tenants.Furthermore,we propose a novel cross-network radio and cloud resource management scheme for HMC networks,which is QoS-aware,with the objective of maximizing the tenant revenue while satisfying the QoS requirements.The proposed scheme is formulated as a restless bandits problem,whose "indexability" feature guarantees the low complexity with scalable and distributed characteristics.Extensive simulation results are presented to demonstrate the significant performance improvement of the proposed scheme compared to the existing ones.

文摘Time-varying frequency selective attenuation and colored noises are unfavorable characteristics of power line communication(PLC) channels of the low voltage networks.To overcome these disadvantages,a novel real-time dynamic spectrum management(DSM) algorithm in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)-based high-speed narrow-band power line communication(HNPLC) systems is proposed,and the corresponding FPGA circuit is designed and realized.Performance of the proposed DSM is validated with a large amount of network experiments under practical PLC circumstance.As the noise in each narrow subcarrier is approximately Gaussian,the proposed DSM adopts the BER/SER expression formulized via the AWGN channel to provide a handy and universal strategy for power allocation.The real-time requirement is guaranteed by choosing subcarriers in group and employing the same modulation scheme within each transmission.These measures are suitable for any modulation scheme no matter the system criterion is to maximize data rate or minimize power/BER.Algorithm design and hardware implementation of the proposed DSM are given with some flexible and efficient conversions.The DSM circuit is carried out with Xilinx KC705.Simulation and practical experiments validate that the proposed real-time DSM significantly improves system performance.
文摘Water scarcity is a challenge in many arid and semi-arid regions; this may lead to a series of environmental problems and could be stressed even further by the effects from climate change. This study focused on the water resource management in Shanshan County, an inland arid region located in northwestern China with a long history of groundwater overexploitation. A model of the supply and demand system in the study area from 2006 to2030, including effects from global climate change,was developed using a system dynamics(SD)modeling tool. This SD model was used to 1) explore the best water-resource management options by testing system responses under various scenarios and2) identify the principal factors affecting the responses, aiming for a balance of the groundwater system and sustainable socio-economic development.Three causes were identified as primarily responsible for water issues in Shanshan: low water-use efficiency low water reuse, and increase in industrial waterdemand. To address these causes, a combined scenario was designed and simulated, which was able to keep the water deficiency under 5% by 2030. The model provided some insights into the dynamic interrelations that generate system behavior and the key factors in the system that govern water demand and supply. The model as well as the study results may be useful in water resources management in Shanshan and may be applied, with appropriate modifications, to other regions facing similar water management challenges.
文摘With the rapid development of wireless sensor network (WSN), the demands of limited radio frequency spectrum rise sharply, thereby dealing with the frequency assignment of WSN scientifically and efficiently becomes a popular topic. To improve the frequency utilization rate in WSN, a spectrum management system for WSN combined with cloud computing technology should be considered. From the optimization point of view, the study of dynamic spectrum management can be divided into three kinds of methods, including Nash equilibrium, social utility maximization, and competitive economy equilibrium. In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithm based approach to allocate the power spectrum dynamically. The objective is to maximize the sum of individual Shannon utilities with the background interference and crosstalk consideration. Compared to the approach in [1], the experimental result shows better balance between efficiency and effectiveness of our approach.
