Photoswitchable fluorescent polymeric nanoparticles were widely concerned because of their excellent features including the flexible design,easy preparation and functionalization,and thus exhibited great application potential in information encryption,anti-counterfeiting,but remained challenging in improving the security.Herein,we described a self-erased time-resolved information encryption via using photoswitchable dual-color fluorescent polymeric nanoparticles(PDFPNs)containing two fluorescence dyes(blue and red)and photochromic spiroxazine derivatives.In view of the different thermo-induced isomerization rates of photochromic spiroxazine derivatives in different flexible substrates,the decoloration rate of PDFPNs can be programmatically tuned by regulating ratio between rigid polymer and flexible polymer.Therefore,after ultraviolet light(UV)irradiation,correct information could only be recognized in preestablished time during the self-erased process.Our results indicated that PDFPNs exhibited fast photo-responsibility(2 min),high fluorescence contrast,well-pleasing photo-reversibility(>20 times),and programmable thermo-responsiveness(24 s-6 h).We thus demonstrated their application in the selferased time-resolved information encryption and anti-counterfeiting with high security. 展开更多

A long-/long-wave dual-color detector with N-M-π-B-π-M-N structure was developed based on a type-ⅡInAs/GaSb superlattice.The saturated responsivity was achieved under low bias voltage for both channels.The device could be operated as a single detector for sequential detection and showed high quantum efficiencies.The peak quantum efficiencies of long-wavelength infrared band-1(blue channel)and long-wavelength infrared band-2(red channel)were 44%at 6.3μm under 20 mV and 57%at 9.1μm under-60 mV,respectively.The optical performance for each channel was achieved using a 2μm thickness absorber.Due to the high QE,the specific detectivities of the blue and red channels reached5.0×10^(11)cm·Hz^(1/2)/W at 6.8μm and 3.1×10^(11)cm·Hz1^(1/2)/W at 9.1μm,respectively,at 77 K. 展开更多

An ultraviolet-infrared dual-color detector is proposed and realized based on the vertical integration of single-layer graphene and a 4 H-SiC layer by semiconductor micro-fabrication technology. The spectral response characteristics of the detector are analyzed. The ultraviolet response range is 208—356 nm with a responsivity larger than 0.4 mA/W and the infrared response range is 1.016—1.17 μm with a responsivity larger than 0.4 mA/W at room temperature and 5 V bias voltage. The peak responsivity of the graphene in the ultraviolet-C band at 232 nm is 0.73 mA/W and in the near infrared band at 1.148 μm is 0.64 mA/W. The peak responsivity of SiC layer in the ultraviolet-B band at 312 nm is 2.27 mA/W. Besides, the responsivity increases with the bias voltage. 展开更多

Dual-color(blue and green) InGaN/GaN nanorod light-emitting diodes(LEDs) with three different nanorod diameters are fabricated. Enhancement of luminescence intensity per area is observed in blue and green wells,to varying degrees. When the diameter is 40 nm, it sharply decreases, which could be explained by the sidewall nonradiative recombination. Time-resolved photoluminescence is conducted to study the carrier lifetime. High recombination rate is observed in nanorod arrays, and is an order of magnitude less than that of the planar LED.When the diameter is 40 nm, the nonradiative lifetime decreases, and this explains the decrease of intensity. The3 D-FDTD simulations show the enhancement of light extraction out of geometry structure by calculating the transmittance of the nanorod arrays. 展开更多

Cascading reactions in fluorophores accompanied by the replacement of different fluorescence wavelengths can be used to develop luminescent materials and reactive fluorescent probes.Based on multiple signal channels,the selectivity of probes can be improved and the range of response to vip molecule recognition can be expanded.By regulating the position,number,and activity of active sites in fluorophores,fluorescent probes that successively react with thiol and amino groups in cysteine(Cys),homocysteine(Hcy)have been developed,which can only react with the thiol group of GSH,In this paper,we report the first probe capable of cascading nucleophilic substitution reaction with the thiol group and amino group of GSH at a single reaction site,and showed the dual-color recognition of GSH,which improved the selectivity of GSH also was an extension of GSH probes.The probe Rho-DEA was based on a TICS fluorophore,and the intramolecular cascade nucleophilic substitution reaction occurs with Cys/Hcy.The thiol substitution of the first step reaction with Cys/Hcy was quenched due to intersystem crossing to triplet state,so GSH can be selectively recognized from the fluorescence signal.Rho-DEA has the ability of mitochondrial localization,and finally realized in situ dual-color fluorescence recognition of GSH in mitochondria. 展开更多

Clathrin-and caveolae-mediated endocytosis are the most commonly used pathways for the internalization of cell membrane receptors.However,due to their dimensions are within the diffraction limit,traditional fluorescence microscopy cannot distinguish them and little is known about their interactions underneath cell membrane.In this study,we proposed the line-switching scanning imaging mode for dual-color triplet-state relaxation(T-Rex)stimulated emission depletion(STED)super-resolution microscopy.With this line-switching mode,the cross-talk between the two channels,the side effects from pulse picker and image drift in frame scanning mode can be effectively eliminated.The dual-color super-resolution imaging results in mixed fluorescent beads validated the excellent performance.With this super-resolution microscope,not only the ring-shaped structure of clathrin and caveolae endocytic vesicles,but also their semi-fused structures underneath the cell membrane were distinguished clearly.The resultant infor-mation will greatly facilitate the study of clathrin-and caveolae-mediated receptor endocytosis and signaling process and also our home-built dual-color T-Rex STED microscope with this line-switching imaging mode provides a precise and convenient way to study subcellular-scale protein interactions. 展开更多

The coherent control of field-free molecular orientation of CO with combined femtosecond single- and dual-color laser pulses has been theoretically studied. The effect of the delay time between the femtosecond single- and dual-color laser pulses is discussed, and the physical mechanism of the enhancement of molecular orientation with pre-alignment of the molecule is investigated. It is found that the basic mechanism is based on the creation of a rotational wave packet by the femtosecond single-color laser pulse. Furthermore, we investigate the interference between multiple rotational excitation pathways following pre-alignment with femtosecond single-color laser pulse. It is shown that such interference can lead to an enhancement of the orientation of CO molecule by a factor of 1.6. 展开更多

Mn-doped all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots (QDs) provide prominent applications in the fields of low-cost light source or display,because of their remarkable properties including dual-color emission and reduced lead content,as well as high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) and high stability.However,the existing synthesis approaches usually require hash conditions,such as high temperature and nitrogen protection,which is a major hurdler for the practical manufacturing.In addition,the significantly high Mn substitution ratio in CsPbX3 QDs is still challenging.The real dual-color emission with two strong emission peaks in the Mn-doped all-inorganic perovskite QDs has attracted great interest.Here we present a gram-scale approach to synthesize both CsPbxMn1-xCI3 and CsPb1-xMnxClyBr3-y QDs at 100 ℃ in the air with high Mn substitution ratio,up to 55.64% atomically.The as-prepared CsPb1-xMnxClyBr3-y QDs exhibit high PLQYs of 62.41% and dual-color emission with two strong emission peaks around at 400-450 nm and 600 nm,respectively.The enhanced peak at 400-450 nm is a result of the hybrid halides in CsPbBrxCl3-x host.Furthermore,the unique advantage of the optical emission and high PLQYs properties of the CsPbxMn1-xCl3 QDs has been demonstrated as invisible ink for encryption applications and polymer composites.Our gram-scale synthesis approach for Mn-doped all-inorganic perovskite QDs may boost the future research and practical applications of QDs-based white LED,spintronics,and molecular barcoding. 展开更多

A monolithic integrated ultraviolet-infrared(UV-IR) dual-color photodetector based on graphene/GaN heterojunction was fabricated by vertically integrating a GaN nanowire array on a silicon substrate with monolayer graphene. The device detects UV and IR lights by different mechanisms. The UV detection is accomplished by the forbidden band absorption of GaN, and the IR detection is realized by the free electron absorption of graphene. At peak wavelengths of 360 nm and 1540 nm, the detector has responsivities up to 6.93 A/W and 0.11 A/W, detection efficiencies of 1.23 × 1012 cm·Hz1/2·W-1 and 1.88 × 1010 cm·Hz1/2·W-1, respectively,and a short response time of less than 3 ms. 展开更多

Herein,we presented a brand-new concept to construct the Forster resonance energy transfer(FRET)based cassette by integrating a vibration-induced emission(VIE)chromophore as the donor.Different from traditional donors only with a single emission,the VIE donor possessed well-separated dual emission bands by altering the excited state molecular configuration from the bent state to the planar state.By linking an acceptor such as a cyanine dye(Cy5),a novel VIE-FRET cassette(PPCy5)was prepared.The planar emission profile of the VIE donor moiety could fully cover the absorption of Cy5,and thus the complete FRET process enabled the excellent bimodal spectra difference of 142 nm and ultra-large pseudo-Stokes shift of up to 300 nm.Benefiting from the viscosity-dependent characteristic of the VIE donor,PPCy5 could clearly and intuitively reveal the different viscosity regions in vivo by dual-color and high-resolution imaging.The VIE-FRET paradigm provides an optional platform for developing donor-acceptor-based dual-color fluorescent probes with high-resolution imaging ability. 展开更多

小麦优质亚基7^(OE)在优质小麦培育方面具有重要作用,虽然针对该优质亚基已开发了高通量的KASP标记,但与由SNP开发的KASP标记不同,仍存在无法有效区分纯合与杂合的问题。为明确7^(OE)亚基是否纯合的问题,以含有7^(OE)亚基的津强6号(含7^... 小麦优质亚基7^(OE)在优质小麦培育方面具有重要作用,虽然针对该优质亚基已开发了高通量的KASP标记,但与由SNP开发的KASP标记不同,仍存在无法有效区分纯合与杂合的问题。为明确7^(OE)亚基是否纯合的问题,以含有7^(OE)亚基的津强6号(含7^(OE)+8*亚基)和不含7^(OE)亚基的科农199(含7+9亚基)及其杂交后代为材料,把小麦的Waxy-D1基因作为内参基因,利用KASP标记中使用的通用双色荧光,通过定量PCR检测7^(OE)基因相对内参基因的相对拷贝数来确定7^(OE)基因是否存在以及是否纯合,并用相关分子标记对检测结果进行验证。结果表明,含7^(OE)基因的亲本津强6号相对拷贝数最高,不含7^(OE)基因的亲本科农199相对拷贝数为0,其杂交F1相对拷贝数居中,3种类型很容易分开。在其F2分离群体,7^(OE)基因的相对拷贝数也很容易分为高、中和03种类型,对其中检测为7^(OE)基因纯合与杂合的基因型进一步用9亚基的PCR标记(能同时检测分别与7亚基和7^(OE)亚基紧密连锁的9亚基和8*亚基)进行检测,检测结果完全一致。建立的高通量7^(OE)通用双色荧光定量PCR标记能准确区分7^(OE)亚基是否存在以及是否纯合,对促进优质亚基7^(OE)的分子标记辅助选择具有积极作用。 展开更多

基于时序演变粒子群算法的双色注射产品翘曲工艺优化

以某轿车精密仪表板双色注射成型为研究对象,通过优化双色注射成型工艺参数,降低产品翘曲变形,从而提高产品质量。鉴于双色注射工艺参数与产品翘曲变形之间呈现高维度、非线性、波动性等特征且多工序耦合严重,极易导致传统优化方法陷入... 以某轿车精密仪表板双色注射成型为研究对象,通过优化双色注射成型工艺参数,降低产品翘曲变形,从而提高产品质量。鉴于双色注射工艺参数与产品翘曲变形之间呈现高维度、非线性、波动性等特征且多工序耦合严重,极易导致传统优化方法陷入局部最优,造成优化困难等问题,提出了一种基于时序演变的粒子群优化算法(TEPSO),利用正交膨胀空间均衡散布的优点提高粒子群的搜索能力和效率,并采用Q-Learning思想,通过粒子与环境的不断交互探索,开发基于时序演变的学习策略以确定粒子正交空间的膨胀因子。在某轿车仪表板优化设计中,与初始试验方案相比,采用TEPSO算法优化后仪表板Z向翘曲从4.698 mm降低到2.194 mm,优化效果达到53.3%,证实了TEPSO算法的有效性和实用性。 展开更多

目的 采用UPLC双波长法测定不同产地、花色和干燥方法红花中脱水红花黄色素B、羟基红花黄色素A、6-羟基-山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷、芦丁、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷等黄酮类成分的含量。方法 采用Agilent Poroshell 120色谱柱(100 mm×4.6 mm... 目的 采用UPLC双波长法测定不同产地、花色和干燥方法红花中脱水红花黄色素B、羟基红花黄色素A、6-羟基-山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷、芦丁、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷等黄酮类成分的含量。方法 采用Agilent Poroshell 120色谱柱(100 mm×4.6 mm, 2.7μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长254、403 nm,进样量2μL。测定23批红花样品中5种黄酮类成分的含量,并进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果 不同产地的红花样品有区别,四川与河南产地优于云南与山东产地;红花的花色越深,所含主成分的含量就越高;40℃烘干条件下的红花样品的质量优于其他干燥条件。结论 四川和河南产红花的质量较优,四川产红色红花较黄色、白色红花的质量更佳;40℃条件下烘干的红花样品中主成分的含量较高。所用方法操作简便、重复性和稳定性良好,可同时测定红花药材中5种黄酮类成分的含量,为红花药材的质量评价提供了方法。 展开更多

为了解决用多尺度top-hat分解法融合双色中波红外图像时经常存在对比度提升有限、边缘区域失真较重的问题,提出了基于支持度变换和top-hat分解相结合的融合方法。先用支持度变换法将双色中波图像分解为低频图像和支持度图像序列;再从最... 为了解决用多尺度top-hat分解法融合双色中波红外图像时经常存在对比度提升有限、边缘区域失真较重的问题,提出了基于支持度变换和top-hat分解相结合的融合方法。先用支持度变换法将双色中波图像分解为低频图像和支持度图像序列;再从最后一层低频图像中用多尺度top-hat分解法提取各自的亮信息和暗信息;用灰度值取大法分别融合亮信息和暗信息;通过灰度值归一化和高斯滤波分别增强亮、暗信息融合图像;然后融合两低频图像和亮、暗信息增强图像;将融合图像作为新的低频图像和用灰度值取大法融合得到的支持度融合图像序列进行支持度逆变换,得到最终融合图像。该方法的实验结果同采用单一的支持度变换法融合和多尺度top-hat分解法融合相比,融合图像的对比度提升了11.69%,失真度降低了63.42%,局部粗糙度提高了38.12%。说明提出的从低频图像提取亮暗信息,并经过分别融合、增强,再与低频图像进行融合,能有效破解红外融合图像对比度提升和边缘区域失真度降低之间的矛盾,为提高图像融合质量提供了新方法。 展开更多

快速消解法测定镍盐中总磷和总氮

采用氢氧化钠沉淀镍盐溶液的有色金属镍离子,取滤液进行分析测试,消解方式采用双温区消解仪对总磷、总氮同时消解,再采用紫外可见智能型多参数水质测定仪测试总磷、总氮。现行的国家标准《水质总磷的测定钼酸铵分光光度法》(GB/T 11893... 采用氢氧化钠沉淀镍盐溶液的有色金属镍离子,取滤液进行分析测试,消解方式采用双温区消解仪对总磷、总氮同时消解,再采用紫外可见智能型多参数水质测定仪测试总磷、总氮。现行的国家标准《水质总磷的测定钼酸铵分光光度法》(GB/T 11893—1989)和《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》(HJ 636—2012),测定总氮、总磷的消解方式是把溶液放在高压釜内升温消解,这种消解方法将耗费大量时间,是提升分析效率的一道瓶颈工序。本文采用双温区消解仪替代高压釜消解,该方法与标准方法相比,具有快速、安全、可靠等优点,而且测试步骤简单、分析速度快、精密度高,相对标准偏差为4.43%~6.09%,回收率为83.8%~107.6%。 展开更多

Physical unclonable functions(PUFs)offer a promising defensive measure against the escalating challenges posed by the increasingly rampant counterfeit products.Conventional PUF materials with a singular physical property encounter limitations in encoding flexibility and capacity.Here,we propose a dual-color center diamond-based PUF(D-PUF)ink that exploits four diverse optical characteristics of dual-color center in diamond to design a concealable multi-level cryptographic authentication protocol.Through simple writing,stamping,or spraying,intricate covert random patterns can be directly generated on the objects,which are imperceptible under visible light.When challenged by a 532 nm laser,the D-PUF exhibits four distinct optical responses,including Raman,zero phonon line(ZPL)of germanium vacancies(GeV),ZPL of silicon vacancies(SiV),and the intensity ratios of these ZPLs.These responses were harvested simultaneously to construct the four-level separate encodable matrices.Furthermore,M-ary encoding algorithms were implemented to encrypt PUFs with flexibility.The resulting multi-level PUF system attains notable uniqueness,repeatability,extensive encoding capacity(>1048164/(100 pixels)2),and ultra-high information entropy(6 bits/pixel).This study inspires designing new generations of multi-level PUFs with enhanced coding flexibility and holds significant promise for applications in print security. 展开更多
