The intelligent control system for sheet metal deep drawing consists of four fundamental factors: real time measurement, identification, prediction and control. Real time identification of material properties and friction coefficient is the most important factor in the whole system. An artificial neural network model for identification of the material properties and friction coefficient was established according to deep drawing characteristics and more automation. Rectifying control of wire diameter during dieless drawing by a deformation measuring method of interframe displacement

A deformation measurement method of interframe displacement was proposed in this paper. By online monitoring the shape di- mensions of both the deformation zone and its adjacent zone by machine vision, the initial and terminative positions of deformation were dynamically identified during dieless drawing, and the global monitoring and online closed-loop control of the deformation zone were achieved. The dieless drawing process was systematically carried out on NiTi shape memory alloy wires. It is shown that the deformation measurement method of interframe displacement can track the axial displacement of the wires, but this cannot be achieved by traditional machine vision. The initial and terminative positions of deformation can be accurately identified by this method. The proposed rectifying control technology can effectively decrease the wire diameter fluctuation during dieless drawing, that is, the standard deviation of the wire diameter fluctuation could be decreased fi'om 0.30 to 0.08 mm after three passes of dieless drawing, indicating that the control system has a good rectifying ability. 展开更多

Forecasting vulnerability of deep extraction level excavations to drawinduced cave loads 被引量:3

Block and panel caving methods are increasingly used for mining of large and strong orebodies at large depths below the ground surface (>1 km). This paper focuses on the production phase of caving when the extraction level is fully developed and subjected to the weight of overlying caved material. A limit equilibrium solution for estimation of cave loads is critically reviewed and combined with existing empirical tools in order to forecast extraction level performance under cave loading. The analysis results, presented in nomogram form, suggest that the risk of severe squeezing of extraction level tunnels does not increase with cave depths below 500-1000 m due to the beneficial effects of arching. Under normal extraction ratios (ER = ~50%), severe squeezing experienced from cave loads in deep mines appears to be unlikely in all but the weakest rock masses (σcm < 5 MPa, where σcm is the rock mass global strength), even with poor draw control or low drawpoint availability. The likelihood of severe squeezing is greater when large draw areas (HR = 50-75 m, where HR is the hydraulic radius) are combined with low drawpoint availability or poor draw control and locally higher extraction ratios (ER = ~75%), even in better quality rock (σcm = 5-10 MPa). The analysis results are back-analyzed with the extraction level performance before and after a doubling production of rate and draw area at the deep ore zone (DOZ) mine in Indonesia. The extraction level conditions predicted by the nomograms correlate well with the experience at the DOZ, in which extraction level damage increases significantly over the production rampup, accompanied by a significant drop in drawpoint availability. 展开更多

The scheme adjusts the output timing among multiple terminals and keeps the interactivity high. It outputs position information by predicting the future position later than the position included in the last-received information by a fixed amount of time. It also advances the output time of position information at each local terminal by the same amount of time. We deal with two different types of work using haptic media so as to demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme. We assess the output quality of haptic media for the two types of work subjectively and objectively by Quality of Experience (QoE) assessment. We further clarify the relationship between subjective and objective assessment results. 展开更多

图像识别智能放煤是实现智能化综放开采的重要技术之一,其核心在于通过监测煤流含矸率控制放煤口开闭。而井下低照度环境、煤岩块体的不规则形状及堆积叠压等因素是制约煤流含矸率预测的主要难题。针对煤流表面含矸率,构建了不同照度条... 图像识别智能放煤是实现智能化综放开采的重要技术之一,其核心在于通过监测煤流含矸率控制放煤口开闭。而井下低照度环境、煤岩块体的不规则形状及堆积叠压等因素是制约煤流含矸率预测的主要难题。针对煤流表面含矸率,构建了不同照度条件下的煤岩图像数据库,研究了照度及煤岩种类对图像分割性能的影响,开发了综放开采“放-运”全过程高仿真实验平台,提出了基于多照度融合与光流场优化的复杂场景下煤流表面投影面积含矸率高精度识别方法。其次,探讨了不同投影角度和投影方式对煤岩块体二维形态学特征提取的影响,明确了不同维度形态学特征之间的量化关系,构建了“尺寸+形状”特征融合的煤岩块体体积预测模型,用于合理预测煤流表面体积含矸率。最后,结合实验室和现场数据验证了所提方法的有效性。研究表明:随着照度的增大,2种煤岩组合形式的识别精度均先增大后稳定,并略有下降。通过合理设置照度(比如17730 lx),煤+泥岩复杂组合的mAP@0.5由88.7%(3180 lx)提升至92.3%。通过引入多照度融合和光流场分析,可进一步提升复杂场景下的煤流表面投影面积含矸率识别精度和算法适应性。合理选择光源波长,可以放大煤岩块体相对漫反射率差异,增加煤岩块体图像特征区分度。合理的图像投影方式也有利于不规则形状煤岩块体投影面积预测,预测偏差由60%降低至10%以下。通过引入形状特征辅助体积预测模型,体积预测精度显著提高,决定系数由仅考虑尺寸特征模型的0.9416提升至0.9692。 展开更多

针对ER50-6气保焊丝盘条在拉拔过程中出现的断丝率过高问题,通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、CCT曲线热模拟测定等研究方法,分析了盘条微观组织、断口形貌及相转变规律。研究结果表明,盘条微观组织均匀性差,存在轻微混晶及少量贝氏... 针对ER50-6气保焊丝盘条在拉拔过程中出现的断丝率过高问题,通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、CCT曲线热模拟测定等研究方法,分析了盘条微观组织、断口形貌及相转变规律。研究结果表明,盘条微观组织均匀性差,存在轻微混晶及少量贝氏体组织,致使焊丝拉拔过程中变形能力不协调,是拉拔断裂的主要原因。基于此,结合产线装备能力,对焊丝钢控轧控冷工艺进行优化,将精轧开轧温度由(880±20)℃提高至(920±20)℃,风冷辊道冷却速度不高于0.5℃/s。工艺优化后,轧材组织混晶问题得到了解决,同时避免了贝氏体组织的大量产生,拉拔断丝率由大于1.2次/t降低至小于0.6次/t,极大提升了产品市场竞争力。 展开更多
