The study focuses on the research performance of Double First-Class(DFC)universities in China.A theoretical framework based on economic theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method for a novel evaluation model is proposed.The model is performed on a sample of 41 participant DFC universities in China.Using data collected from these universities,it was found that there is no consistency between performance ranking,input ranking,and output ranking,with the best ranked universities far from the most efficient.These findings provide empirical evidence of DFC universities’research performance situation and suggest strategies that the government can use to propel their sustainable development. 展开更多

Research on the Application of Virtual Medical Technology in Internet+ under the Background of "Double First-Class" Universities

Objective: to explore the application effect of virtual medical technology in reproductive teaching under the background of "two-class" universities. Methods: the subjects of the study were the undergraduate... Objective: to explore the application effect of virtual medical technology in reproductive teaching under the background of "two-class" universities. Methods: the subjects of the study were the undergraduate students of clinical medicine in Anhui Medical University. The number is about 80. They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 people in each group. There was no significant difference in learning achievement and intelligence test scores between the two groups. The teaching time and place of the two groups of students are basically the same. All students are required to preview the teaching contents in advance. The traditional teaching group was the control group, while the virtual medical technology teaching group was the research group (P<0.05). Results: after comparison, the study group's students' academic performance was higher than that of the control group, and the study group's students' satisfaction with the teaching methods was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the effect of applying virtual medical technology in reproductive teaching is better than that of traditional teaching method. The students' test scores are ideal and they have high recognition of virtual medical technology. 展开更多

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries. 展开更多

Research on Angular Output Velocity of a Drive Shaft with Double Cross Universal Joints

The study object is the angular output velocity of the drive shaft which is made up of two series-wound cross universal joints. We have deduced the function relation between the angular output velocity and initiative input angle of the drive shaft with double cross universal joints that is based on the calculation formula of the angular output velocity of a single cross universal joint, and by analyzing the relation between the two input angles. By using this function relation, the constant velocity condition of the drive shaft with double cross universal joints" is verified. The step-by-step searching algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal phase angle that leads to the minimum fluctuate index of the angular output velocity in the vary velocity condition. At the same time, we worked out the maximal and minimum value of the angular output velocity, and their initiative input angle. The correctness of the function of the angular output velocity and the step-by-step search algorithm are verified by an ADAMS simulation example. 展开更多

Adequate funding is identified as a crucial factor in ensuring the success of these universities,impacting talent cultivation,scientific research,and social services.Since the 1990s,China has launched several key projects to enhance the development of its first universities and aimed at elevating these institutions to world-class status.Using data from 34 first-class universities in China from 2014 to 2022,this study analyzes the characteristics and differences in expenditure.It employs an independent sample t-test model to compare the C9 League universities with other first-class universities.The findings reveal significant gaps in total expenditure and varying priorities in expenditure categories,with education being the dominant expenditure item.The study concludes with suggestions for optimizing the efficiency of fund utilization to support the development of world-class universities in China. 展开更多

目的探讨螺旋式上升模型在“双一流”高校教师教学培训中的应用效果,评估其对教师教学能力和综合素质提升的作用。方法通过问卷、访谈、教学质量数据分析,对某“双一流”高校869名医学教师需求进行调研,设计并实施以螺旋式上升模型为指... 目的探讨螺旋式上升模型在“双一流”高校教师教学培训中的应用效果,评估其对教师教学能力和综合素质提升的作用。方法通过问卷、访谈、教学质量数据分析,对某“双一流”高校869名医学教师需求进行调研,设计并实施以螺旋式上升模型为指导、涵盖多模块的教学培训体系,培训后通过问卷评估效果。结果调研显示,教师培训核心需求已从传统的教学技法转为教学理念更新。培训后,教师满意度达97.60%,83.90%的教师认为培训帮助非常大。培训精准回应并满足教师的深层需求,使得教师对更新教学理念及提升数字化应用能力重要性的认知进一步提高;教师更加偏好教学研讨交流等互动性强的培训形式,教学角色认同感亦得到增强。结论螺旋式上升模型以其系统的循环递进与反思机制,有效促进“双一流”高校教师教学能力提升、教学理念更新,激发其参与培训的主动性与积极性,是优化高校教师培训体系、提升培训实效的有效模式。 展开更多
