Measurement of shipborne radar sea echo is instrumental in collecting the sea clutter data in open sea areas.However,the ship movement would introduce an extra Doppler component into the spectrum of the sea clutter,so the sea clutter inherent spectrum must be estimated prior to investigating the sea clutter Doppler characteristics from the shipborne radar sea echo.In this paper we show some results about a shipborne sea clutter measurement experiment that was conducted in the South China Sea in a period between 2017 and 2018;abundant clutter data have been collected by using a shipborne S-band clutter measurement radar.To obtain the sea clutter inherent Doppler spectrum from these data,an estimation method,based on the mapping relationship between the shipborne clutter spectrum and the inherent clutter spectrum,is proposed.This method is validated by shipborne clutter data sets under the same measuring conditions except for the ship speed.Using this method,the characteristics of the Doppler spectrum lineshapes in the South China Sea are calculated and analyzed according to different sea states,wave directions,and radar resolutions,which can be instrumental in designing the radar target detection algorithms. 展开更多

With similar low radar cross sections(RCSs), velocities, and heights, drones are usually difficult to be distinguished from birds in radar measurements. In this paper, we propose to exploit different periodical motions of birds and drones from highresolution Doppler spectrum sequences(DSSs) for classification.This paper presents an elaborate feature vector representing the periodic fluctuations of RCS and micro kinematics. Fed by the Doppler spectrum and feature sequence, the long to short-time memory(LSTM) is used to solve the time series classification.Different classification schemes to exploit the Doppler spectrum series are validated and compared by extensive real-data experiments, which confirms the effectiveness and superiorities of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

Microwave remote sensing is one of the most useful methods for observing the ocean parameters. The Doppler frequency or interferometric phase of the radar echoes can be used for an ocean surface current speed retrieval,which is widely used in spaceborne and airborne radars. While the effect of the ocean currents and waves is interactional. It is impossible to retrieve the ocean surface current speed from Doppler frequency shift directly. In order to study the relationship between the ocean surface current speed and the Doppler frequency shift, a numerical ocean surface Doppler spectrum model is established and validated with a reference. The input parameters of ocean Doppler spectrum include an ocean wave elevation model, a directional distribution function, and wind speed and direction. The suitable ocean wave elevation spectrum and the directional distribution function are selected by comparing the ocean Doppler spectrum in C band with an empirical geophysical model function(CDOP). What is more, the error sensitivities of ocean surface current speed to the wind speed and direction are analyzed. All these simulations are in Ku band. The simulation results show that the ocean surface current speed error is sensitive to the wind speed and direction errors. With VV polarization, the ocean surface current speed error is about 0.15 m/s when the wind speed error is 2 m/s, and the ocean surface current speed error is smaller than 0.3 m/s when the wind direction error is within 20° in the cross wind direction. 展开更多

Doppler Spectrum Analysis of Time-Evolving Sea Surface Covered by Oil Spills 被引量:1

Based on the model of a contaminated sea surface that was proposed by Lombardini et al., the influence of the damping effect of oil films on the sea surface roughness spectrum and the geometrical structure of the sea surface is examined in detail by comparing with a clean sea surface. Fhrthermore, based on a quasi-stationary algorithm, a time series of backscattered echoes from a time-evolving sea surface covered by oil slicks is obtained by utilizing the frequency-domain numerical method of the parallel fast multiple method. Then, the Doppler spectrum is evaluated by performing a standard spectral estimation technique. Finally, the influence of the oil film damping effect on the Doppler spectrum of the backscattered echoes from time-evolving sea surface is investigated in detail by making a comparison of the Doppler spectrum of an oil-covered sea surface with the Doppler spectrum of a dean sea surface. The numerical simulations show that the damping effect of oil films has an influence on the Doppler spectrum signature for both horizontal-to-horizontal and vertical-to-vertical polarizations. 展开更多

To study the Doppler (DP) spectrum of a flying target above the dynamic oceanic surface, a two-level quasi-stationary algorithm (TLQSA) of the finite element method (FEM) with domain decomposition (DDM) is developed. The DP spectrum of a fast-moving target requires a small time-sampling rate. At most time steps, scattering from the flying target is solved by the FEM solution in only one sub-domain; meanwhile the interactions between the target and rough sea surface in other sub-domains are obtained by solving the global DDM coupling matrices. The slowly moving sea surface is evolved at a larger time step and the DP of oceanic clutter is obtained through all-subdomain FEM calculation. Numerical simulations of the DP spectrum from a target flying above the dynamic oceanic surface with and without a ship presence are obtained. The functional dependence of the DP spectrum in both the time and frequency domains upon the sea surface wind speed, target altitude, observation angle etc. are demon- strated and discussed. 展开更多

The backscattering field of the time-evolving sea surface was calculated by using Kirchhoff Approximation. Meanwhile,by taking the ad-vantage of a newly developed technique that utilizes the reciprocity theorem,the difficulty in formulating the secondary coupling scattering fields from the spherical target above the sea surface was reduced. The dependence of the secondary cou-pling backscattering field on the size and the position of the spherical target was discussed,and the characteristic of the Doppler spectrum of the composite back-scattering field with different incident angles was analyzed in detail. 展开更多

流场多普勒的定标和定量化测量是实现流场观测的基础和前提,是需要解决的关键核心问题.建立地面散射回波仿真模型,对潜在可用于多普勒散射计外定标的自然地面扩展目标的多普勒谱特性进行仿真分析,比较其在不同平台的运动速度、入射角、... 流场多普勒的定标和定量化测量是实现流场观测的基础和前提,是需要解决的关键核心问题.建立地面散射回波仿真模型,对潜在可用于多普勒散射计外定标的自然地面扩展目标的多普勒谱特性进行仿真分析,比较其在不同平台的运动速度、入射角、方位角下的变化特征.结果表明,平台运动速度是影响多普勒谱特性的主要因素,入射角和方位角的变化也对多普勒谱特性有明显影响.对不同高度起伏的地面扩展目标的多普勒谱特性仿真结果表明,高度起伏越大的目标其多普勒谱偏移越大,同时中心高度的变化对于多普勒谱特性的影响则不明显.因此在定标目标的选择中,应选择较为平坦的扩展目标.最后对地面回波多普勒频偏进行了分析,并使用DEM模型进行验证.研究结论将为多普勒散射计定标的后续研究提供支持. 展开更多

Microwave Doppler spectra of sea return at small incidence angles:specular point scattering contribution

It is well known that the sea return echo contains contributions from at least two scattering mechanisms. In addition to the resonant Bragg scattering, the specular point scattering plays an important role as the incidence angle becomes smaller (≥ 20°). Here, in combination with the Kirchhoff integral equation of scattering field and the stationary phase approximation, analytical expressions for Doppler shift and spectral bandwidth of specular point scattering, which are insensitive to the polarization state, are derived theoretically. For comparison, the simulated results related to the two-scale method (TSM) and the method of moment (MOM) are also presented. It is found that the Doppler shift and the spectral bandwidth given by TSM are insufficient at small incidence angles. However, a comparison between the analytical results and the numerical simulations by MOM in the backscatter configuration shows that our proposed formulas are valid for the specular point scattering case. In this work, the dependences of the predicted results on incidence angle, radar frequency, and wind speed are also discussed. The obtained conclusions seem promising for a better understanding of the Doppler spectra of the specular point scattering fields from time-varying sea surfaces. 展开更多

在处理微动运动频率相对较高的微多普勒信号时,现有的模态分解算法存在因交错信号性质和算法依赖经验参数的限制而性能骤减的问题。文章利用微多普勒信号可以表示为多个正弦调频模态的物理性质,结合非线性调频分解算法和高精度时频谱技... 在处理微动运动频率相对较高的微多普勒信号时,现有的模态分解算法存在因交错信号性质和算法依赖经验参数的限制而性能骤减的问题。文章利用微多普勒信号可以表示为多个正弦调频模态的物理性质,结合非线性调频分解算法和高精度时频谱技术,提出了针对此类信号的正弦调频模态分解算法。基于微多普勒信号微动频率稀疏性,所提算法构建了包含微动频率估计的分数阶三角函数基,从而提高了多分量微多普勒信号瞬时频率特征估计精度。仿真实验的结果表明,所提正弦调频模态分解算法较传统本征模态分解算法,在输出信噪比上提高了3 dB,同时针对不同微动频率的目标具有更强的适用性。 展开更多

目的:探讨胎儿心脏畸形筛查中应用四腔心与三血管气管切面联合彩超血流频谱参数的价值。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月于平顶山市妇幼保健院行早孕期(11~13+6周)超声检查的280例孕妇的临床资料。所有孕妇均采取四腔心切面、三血管气... 目的:探讨胎儿心脏畸形筛查中应用四腔心与三血管气管切面联合彩超血流频谱参数的价值。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月于平顶山市妇幼保健院行早孕期(11~13+6周)超声检查的280例孕妇的临床资料。所有孕妇均采取四腔心切面、三血管气管切面、彩超血流频谱参数进行筛查,以产后随访结果为标准,分析其单独应用与联合应用的筛查价值。结果:280例孕妇确诊胎儿心脏畸形9例,心脏正常271例。心脏畸形胎儿的心房收缩期峰值速度(A)、心室舒张期峰值速度(D)、心室收缩期速度(S)、A波最大速度(Tamax)低于心脏正常胎儿,搏动指数(PI)、静脉前负荷指数(PLI)、静脉峰值流速指数(PVIV)较心脏正常胎儿高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合筛查的诊断准确性较单项筛查明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胎儿心脏畸形筛查中应用四腔心与三血管气管切面联合彩超血流频谱参数能提高诊断效能。 展开更多

A correction considering the effects of atmospheric temperature, pressure, and Mie contamination must be performed for wind retrieval from a Rayleigh Doppler lidar(RDL), since the so-called Rayleigh response is directly related to the convolution of the optical transmission of the frequency discriminator and the Rayleigh–Brillouin spectrum of the molecular backscattering. Thus, real-time and on-site profiles of atmospheric pressure, temperature, and aerosols should be provided as inputs to the wind retrieval. Firstly, temperature profiles under 35 km and above the altitude are retrieved, respectively,from a high spectral resolution lidar(HSRL) and a Rayleigh integration lidar(RIL) incorporating to the RDL. Secondly,the pressure profile is taken from the European Center for Medium range Weather Forecast(ECMWF) analysis, while radiosonde data are not available. Thirdly, the Klett–Fernald algorithms are adopted to estimate the Mie and Rayleigh components in the atmospheric backscattering. After that, the backscattering ratio is finally determined in a nonlinear fitting of the transmission of the atmospheric backscattering through the Fabry–Perot interferometer(FPI) to a proposed model.In the validation experiments, wind profiles from the lidar show good agreement with the radiosonde in the overlapping altitude. Finally, a continuous wind observation shows the stability of the correction scheme. 展开更多

目的分析接受频谱多普勒超声检查的中孕期至晚孕期生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)胎儿脐动脉(umbilical artery,UA)及大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)声像图参数(血流动力学参数)变化趋势。方法选取产前超声检查疑似FG... 目的分析接受频谱多普勒超声检查的中孕期至晚孕期生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)胎儿脐动脉(umbilical artery,UA)及大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)声像图参数(血流动力学参数)变化趋势。方法选取产前超声检查疑似FGR、出生后临床确诊为FGR的胎儿62例(FGR组),产前超声检查预测体质量正常且出生后体质量在正常范围内正常妊娠的胎儿100例(对照组)。分别于孕21~27周、28~33周、34~40周,应用多普勒超声检测胎儿UA及MCA的搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)、收缩期峰值流速与舒张末期流速比值(S/D)及MCA的收缩期峰值血流速度(peak systolic velocity,PSV),并计算脑胎盘比(cerebroplacental ratio,CPR),比较两组上述指标的变化趋势。结果两组UA的PI、RI、S/D均与孕周呈线性相关,随孕周增加而降低。两组MCA的PI、RI、S/D均与孕周呈曲线相关,在孕21~28周时随孕周的增加而升高,孕29~31周时达高峰,孕32周以后随孕周的增加而降低;MCA的PSV与孕周呈线性相关,随孕周增加而升高;CPR与孕周呈曲线相关,在孕21~30周时随孕周的增加而升高,孕31~34周时达高峰,孕35周以后随孕周的增加而降低。孕32周后,与对照组比较,FGR组胎儿UA的PI、RI、S/D变化趋势线均高(P均>0.05);FGR组胎儿MCA的PI、RI、S/D变化趋势线均低,PSV变化趋势线高(P均>0.05);CPR变化趋势线低,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕32周后FGR胎儿UA及MCA血流动力学参数与正常妊娠胎儿存在差异,UA的PI、RI、S/D变化趋势线均高;MCA的PI、RI、S/D变化趋势线均低,PSV变化趋势线高;CPR变化趋势线均低。 展开更多

针对高频地波雷达(High frequency surface wave radar,HFSWR)在探测中产生的回波数据,传统的人工识别和分类方法存在工作量大、效率低和主观性强等问题,本研究在分析一阶海杂波、电离层杂波和射频干扰的回波数据特性的基础上,创新性地... 针对高频地波雷达(High frequency surface wave radar,HFSWR)在探测中产生的回波数据,传统的人工识别和分类方法存在工作量大、效率低和主观性强等问题,本研究在分析一阶海杂波、电离层杂波和射频干扰的回波数据特性的基础上,创新性地提出了基于YOLOv5识别模型的HFSWR杂波和干扰识别分类方法。该方法旨在帮助研究人员在海量实验数据中快速筛选出符合其科学研究需求的数据集,从而提高研究效率和数据准确性。在具体实施过程中,通过采用批量实测距离-多普勒(Range-Doppler,RD)谱数据对所提出模型进行训练和分析,使该方法能够在频域范围内对杂波和干扰进行有效识别。本研究以该识别分类算法为核心,进一步基于Python语言设计了一款地波雷达智能杂波和干扰识别分类软件。经过严格的批量实测数据测试验证,该软件能够满足设计需求,具有良好的可靠性,极大地提高了研究人员筛选有效实测数据的工作效率,为科学研究工作提供了有力的技术支撑。 展开更多

CDUS联合TCCS检查对椎动脉发育不良患者血流频谱形态异常的诊断价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)联合经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCS)检查对椎动脉发育不良(VAH)患者血流频谱形态异常的诊断价值。方法 选取经CDUS联合TCCS筛查的单侧VAH患者437例,根据VAH侧椎动脉(VA)血流频谱形态是否正常,分为频谱形态正常... 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)联合经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCS)检查对椎动脉发育不良(VAH)患者血流频谱形态异常的诊断价值。方法 选取经CDUS联合TCCS筛查的单侧VAH患者437例,根据VAH侧椎动脉(VA)血流频谱形态是否正常,分为频谱形态正常组295例和异常组142例。收集相关资料,包括性别、年龄、VAH的侧别、两侧VA椎间隙段内径、颅内及颅外段收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、颅外段的血管阻力指数(RI)、颅内段的血管搏动指数(PI),计算两侧VA内径的差值。采用Logistic回归分析筛选VAH患者血流频谱形态异常的危险因素,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血流动力学参数对VAH患者血流频谱形态异常的诊断效能。结果 VAH患者的性别、颅外段双侧VA内径及其差值,VAH侧PSV、EDV,双侧RI以及颅内段VAH侧PSV、EDV与AV血流频谱形态异常有关(P<0.01)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示双侧VA内径的差值、VAH侧VA内径,颅内段及颅外段PSV、EDV是VAH患者血流频谱形态异常的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析显示VAH患者VAH侧VA血流频谱形态异常评估颅外段EDV的曲线下面积(AUC)最大。双侧VA内径差值≥1.20 mm,或VAH侧VA内径≤2.05 mm,或颅外段PSV≤40.85 cm/s、EDV≤12.20 cm/s,或颅内段PSV≤40.85 cm/s、EDV≤15.95 cm/s时,诊断VAH患者VA血流频谱形态发生异常的灵敏度和特异度最高。结论 VAH患者双侧VA内径的差值、VAH侧VA内径,颅内段及颅外段PSV、EDV与血流频谱形态异常相关,对VAH血流频谱形态异常具有一定的诊断价值。 展开更多

高频地波雷达(HFSWR)工作波段的电磁环境极其复杂,包含无线电干扰、海杂波和电离层杂波在内的噪声会严重影响船只目标识别准确度。为解决这个问题,本文提出一种改进的前馈去噪卷积神经网络(DnCNN)抑制HFSWR海洋回波信号中的噪声。根据HF... 高频地波雷达(HFSWR)工作波段的电磁环境极其复杂,包含无线电干扰、海杂波和电离层杂波在内的噪声会严重影响船只目标识别准确度。为解决这个问题,本文提出一种改进的前馈去噪卷积神经网络(DnCNN)抑制HFSWR海洋回波信号中的噪声。根据HFSWR海洋回波信号中噪声的特点,从图像块(patch)大小、卷积核大小、网络深度等方面对原始DnCNN进行修改,使其适合HFSWR去噪任务。基于HFSWR海试数据生成了包含10000对距离-多普勒(RD)谱的数据集,并将其平均划分为训练集和测试集。对测试集中3组RD谱(分别以海杂波、射频干扰和电离层杂波为主要噪声)的去噪结果分析表明,改进DnCNN模型在噪声抑制和船只目标信号幅度方面保持性能上均显著优于原始DnCNN。此外,对整个测试集的统计结果显示,改进DnCNN去噪指标峰值信噪比平均为44.13 dB,显著高于原始DnCNN的35.58 dB。综上所述,改进DnCNN在抑制HFSWR海洋回波噪声的同时很好地保持了船只目标信号的幅值。 展开更多
