The characteristics and displacement mechanisms of the system were investigated via core flow tests and visual simulation experiments. The SHC flooding system composed of DPG particles and surfactants was suitable for the reservoirs with the temperature of 80-110 °C and the salinity of 1×10~4-10×10~4 mg/L. The system presented good characteristics: low viscosity, weak negatively charged, temperature and salinity resistance, particles aggregation capacity, wettability alteration on oil wet surface, wettability weaken on water wet surface, and interfacial tension(IFT) still less than 1×10^(-1) mN/m after aging at high temperature. The SHC flooding system achieved the micro-profile control by entering formations deeply and the better performance was found in the formation with the higher permeability difference existing between the layers, which suggested that the flooding system was superior to the surfactants, DPG particles, and polymer/surfactant compound flooding systems. The system could effectively enhance the micro-profile control in porous media through four behaviors, including direct plugging, bridging, adsorption, and retention. Moreover, the surfactant in the system magnified the deep migration capability and oil displacement capacity of the SHC flooding system, and the impact was strengthened through the mechanisms of improved displacement capacity, synergistic emulsification, enhanced wettability alteration ability and coalescence of oil belts. The synergistic effect of the two components of SHC flooding system improved oil displacement efficiency and subsequently enhanced oil recovery.展开更多

In responding to the new pro duction mode of VMCE, a dispersed networked CAD/CAM system (DNCADMS) of motorcyc le products should be developed. The objective of this paper is to investigate a new design and manufacturing mode and technical environment of motorcycle produ ction based on the concept of the DNDM for the small and meddle sized motorcycle enterprises. Because there are various CAx software systems, including differen t kinds of isolated CD, CAD, CAE, CAPP, CAM, PDM, and so on, are used at differe nt stages of the life period of motorcycle products under heterogeneous environm ents, to build a DNCADMS of motorcycle with high performance, some key issues, n amely the architecture of the DNCADMS, the integration of the isolated CAx softw are systems (CAxs), the data communication and exchange between these isolated s ystems and the data share problem under the dispersed heterogeneous database env ironment, should be solved well. For this, the idea we propose is the combinatio n of Web, CORBA, STEP and Java, which provides an effective mechanism to support the integration of isolated CAxs, and support communication and interoperabilit y among CAx systems. Each isolated CAx has been encapsulated respectively by a c ontainer, which is implemented by the ORBs and the IDL of the COBRA technology s tandard, and managed by the application index server. Each container is connecte d with the others by a local network or intranet/Extranet/internet and communica tes through network. For exchanging design and manufacturing information and kno wledge via a local network or the Internet, a commmerical product data translato r has been employed as a product data translating server to complete product dat a communication and exchange between the isolated CAx systems. And for solving t he data share problem under the dispersed networked heterogeneous database envir onment, the idea we propose is to build a meta-database for the native database s, which is a dispersed database, and links various native databases into a whol e logical database. For managing the meta-database, the database index server, a Java-based integrating mechanism, has been also put forward in this paper. Th e application and database index servers have been implemented with Java lan guage. Moreover, the native data base and knowledge base related to each isolate d CAx are be integrated into a dispersed database system by a meta-base.展开更多

New manufacturing strategy pays more at tention to the management of the total value chain and therefore puts emphasis o n outsourcing. In fact, outsourcing is an efficient way of utilizing available r esources and has become one key aspect of the manufacturing strategy. Improved d ecision and organization on outsourcing will result in cost production and short er lead-times. However, most concepts and practice of traditional outsourcing do not adapt to t he changing environment and meet increasing performance requirements. The generalized constitutive relation of the Bingham fluid is applied to the dispersed phase with the analysis oj physical mechanism of dense two-phase flow. The shearing stress of dispersed phase at a wall is used to give a boundary condition. Then a mathematical model for dense two-phase flow is obtained. In addition, the expressions of shearing stress of dispersed phase at a wall is derived according to the fundamental model of the friclional collision between dispersed-plutse particles and the wall.展开更多

The technique is based on measurement of electrochemical impedance of the compacts. A possibility is shown for using the technique to study the processes of structure formation in nanopowder dispersed systems. It is shown that the technique is quite sensitive to detect subtle effects due to the chemical composition of the reactants from which the dispersed phase has been synthesized and external electromagnetic fields. In particular, it has been determined that the powders produced by chemical deposition possess conductiv-ity by nanoparticle volume which is several order of magnitude lower than that for powders obtained from the chloride feedstock. It has been revealed that exposure to weak (H = 105 A/m - 106 A/m) pulsed magnetic fields leads to a redistribution of free charge carriers between volume and surface of the nanoparticles.展开更多

The SHC flooding system achieved the micro-profile control by entering formations deeply and the better performance was found in the formation with the higher permeability difference existing between the layers, which suggested that the flooding system was superior to the surfactants, DPG particles, and polymer/surfactant compound flooding systems. Moreover, the native data base and knowledge base related to each isolate d CAx are be integrated into a dispersed database system by a meta-base.
文摘In this paper, immobilized laccase enzyme on nano zinc ferrite was used in order to decolorize disperse dyes from single and binary systems. In this case, disperse dyes such as Disperse red 60 (DR60), Disperse blue 56 (DB56) and Disperse yellow 54 (DY54) were selected as model dyes. Several parameters such as enzyme concentration, pH and dye concentration and their effect on decolorization of dyes from single and binary systems were studied. According to the experimental results, the optimized immobilized laccase enzyme concentration, reaction time and pH for decolorization of DR60, DB56 and DY54 from single and binary systems were 500 mg/L (for DR60 and DY54) and 400 mg/L (for DB56), 20 min and 3, respectively. Moreover, Dye decolorization kinetics followed Michaelis-Menten Model. Finally, the results showed that enzymatic process using immobilized laccase enzyme on nano zinc ferrite was effective method to decolorize disperse dyes from single and binary systems.
文摘The trend of economic globalisation and advances in i nformation technology has led to the emergence of dispersed manufacturing system s as a form of the virtual organisation. On the oth er hand, virtual organisations might display instability between pure outsourcin g and establishing alliance. Balance and trade-off between independent agents a nd creating alliance are thus required. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop a model to support decision-making, management and control on outsou rcing in a dispersed network manufacturing system and to discuss several key iss ues that are relevant to the relationship between the agents of the network. Dev elopment of the model will deploy Applied System Theory and will be built on fou ndations of earlier research on industrial management such the theories of Outso urcing, Order Entry Points, Design of Organisations and Logistic Control. The is sues that will be addressed in this paper are: · The selection of suppliers and co-makers; · Communication between suppliers and clients; · The mechanisms for profit-sharing between agents; · The product data management to integrate the knowledge of the different agent s into product design. Industrial companies will benefit from this research by the practical methods an d implementation extending their business models beyond concepts for outsourcing and alliances. Additionally, the exploration will lead to proactive contributio n of manufacturing during engineering, which would improve management and contro l of dispersed manufacturing systems.
文摘Inthis paper, each of the two phases in dense two-phase flow is considered as continuous medium and the fundamental equations for two-phase flow arc described in Eulerian form. In addition, the expressions of shearing stress of dispersed phase at a wall is derived according to the fundamental model of the friclional collision between dispersed-plutse particles and the wall.
文摘We propose an experimental spectroscopy method for investigating the electrical characteristics of concentrated nanopowder dispersed systems based on compacted ZrO2. It has been revealed that exposure to weak (H = 105 A/m - 106 A/m) pulsed magnetic fields leads to a redistribution of free charge carriers between volume and surface of the nanoparticles.

文摘Metal-based catalysts are prevalent in the CO_(2) hydrogenation to methanol owing to their remarkable catalytic activity.Herein,Ru/In_(2)O_(3) catalysts with different morphologies obtained by doping Ru into In_(2)O_(3) with irregular,rod-like,and flower-like morphologies are used for catalytic CO_(2) hydrogenation to methanol. Results indicate that the flower-like Ru/In_(2)O_(3)(Ru/In_(2)O_(3)-F)exhibits higher catalytic performance than Ru/In_(2)O_(3) with other morphologies, achieving a 12.9%CO_(2) conversion,74.02%methanol selectivity, and 671.36 mg_(MeOH) h^(−1) g_(cat)^(−1) methanol spatiotemporal yield.Furthermore,Ru/In_(2)O_(3)-F maintains its catalytic stability over 200 h at 5 MPa and 290℃.The promotional effect mainly stems from the fact that electronic structure of Ru can be effectively adjusted by modulating the morphology of In_(2)O_(3).The strong interaction between atomically dispersed Ru and In_(2)O_(3)-F enhances the structural stability of Ru,inhibiting the agglomeration of the catalyst during the reaction process.Furthermore,density-functional theory calculations reveal that highly dispersed Ru atoms not only perform efficient and rapid electronic gain and loss processes, facilitating the catalytic activation of H_(2) into H intermediates. It also enables the generated reactive H to rapidly overflow to the surrounding In sites to participate in CO_(2) reduction. These findings provide a theoretical basis for the development of high-performance catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation.

文摘CO_(2)-responsive gels, which swell upon contact with CO_(2),are widely used for profile control to plug high-permeability gas flow channels in carbon capture, utilization, and storage(CCUS)applications in oil reser-voirs.However,the use of these gels in high-temperature CCUS applications is limited due to their rever-sible swelling behavior at elevated temperatures. In this study,a novel dispersed particle gel(DPG)suspension is developed for high-temperature profile control in CCUS applications.First,we synthesize a double-network hydrogel consisting of a crosslinked polyacrylamide(PAAm)network and a crosslinked sodium alginate(SA)network. The hydrogel is then sheared in water to form a pre-prepared DPG suspen-sion.To enhance its performance, the gel particles are modified by introducing potassium methylsilan-etriolate(PMS)upon CO_(2) exposure.Comparing the particle size distributions of the modified and pre-prepared DPG suspension reveals a significant swelling of gel particles, over twice their original size. Moreover, subjecting the new DPG suspension to a 100℃ environment for 24 h demonstrates that its gel particle sizes do not decrease, confirming irreversible swelling, which is a significant advantage over the traditional CO_(2)-responsive gels.Thermogravimetric analysis further indicates improved thermal sta-bility compared to the pre-prepared DPG particles.Core flooding experiments show that the new DPG suspension achieves a high plugging efficiency of 95.3%in plugging an ultra-high permeability sandpack, whereas the pre-prepared DPG suspension achieves only 82.8%.With its high swelling ratio, irreversible swelling at high temperatures, enhanced thermal stability, and superior plugging performance, the newly developed DPG suspension in this work presents a highly promising solution for profile control in high-temperature CCUS applications.

文摘Mimetic seeds attract birds to disperse seeds mainly by mimicking fleshy fruits or arillate seeds, however, they provide little nutritive reward for bird dispersers. The key characteristics of mimetic seeds are conspicuous seed color, hard seed coat, certain toxic secondary metabolites, and perhaps smooth waxy layer. In this review,we discuss the global distribution of mimetic seeds, the interaction of mimetic seeds with bird dispersers, and secondary metabolites that underlie key characteristics of mimetic seeds.Mimetic-seed species mainly occur in the tropics, with large numbers distributed along coastal areas. The interaction between mimetic-seed species and bird dispersers can be antagonistic, mutualistic,or both. These interactions are generally established by conspicuous visual cues and hard tactile cues from mimetic seeds. The formation and variation of key characteristics of mimetic seeds may contribute to the metabolism of several kind of secondary compounds. Here,we also discuss mimetic-seed dispersal in the context of an evolutionary game, and propose several aspects of mimetic-seed dispersal that remain unstudied. While this review is based on preliminary findings and does not account for other potential influencing factors such as climate,it is expected to contribute to an improved understanding of mimetic-seed dispersal.
文摘The high incidence of hand, foot, and mouth disease(HFMD)in children, coupled with improper management, can lead to complications, causing significant distress to both patients and their parents. This article reports on the successful treatment of a case of HFMD with dampness-heat accumulation in the spleen type using a therapeutic approach of applying herbal patches to acupoints to disperse dampness, promote heat dissipation, and unblock the fu organs. The herbs selected primarily include honeysuckle,Forsythia, and mint to relieve the exterior and promote heat dissipation;Agastache and magnolia bark to transform and dry dampness;Scutellaria, blackberry lily, and licorice to clear heat, detoxify, and benefit the throat;and magnolia bark and bitter orange to unblock the fu organs and purge heat. The flexible combination of these herbs with acupoints such as Shenque,Zhongwan,Tiantu, and Feishu fully leverages the synergistic effects of both the herbs and acupoints, resulting in a significant therapeutic effect. This approach provides valuable insights and methodologies for the prevention and treatment of HFMD in children.

文摘Elucidating the mechanisms underlying community assembly remains a central question in community ecology, especially in aquatic ecosystems disrupted by human activities.Understanding the causes and consequences of community responses to changing environment is essential for revealing the ecological effects of anthropogenic disturbances and proposing practical strategies for ecological restoration. While stochastic dispersal and species sorting are known to influence local biological communities, most studies have focused on horizontal dispersal, often neglecting the vertical exchange of organisms between planktonic and sedimentary communities when studying stochastic dispersal. We used a highly disturbed urban river in Beijing as a model system to investigate the relative roles of stochastic dispersal versus species sorting driven by local pollution,as well as two components of stochastic dispersal, vertical exchange and horizontal dispersal,in structuring local bacterial communities. Our integrated analyses of planktonic and sedimentary bacterial communities revealed that, despite different spatial patterns along the river, both types of bacterial communities were primarily shaped by stochastic dispersal processes rather than species sorting influenced by the environmental gradient.Notably,in addition to the effect of horizontal dispersal along the river, the vertical exchange between planktonic and sedimentary bacterial communities significantly contributed to the formation of local communities. These findings suggest that both vertical exchange and horizontal dispersal should be considered when assessing the role of stochastic dispersal in shaping local community structure in microbial communities.

文摘Managing invasive species requires identifying the factors that determine alien species invasion success. This study investigates how anthropogenic and biogeographical factors influence alien plant invasion in the Sanyang Wetlands,a human-dominated island system in Wenzhou City,China.Specifically,we analyzed whether human activities(e.g.,habitat heterogeneity, proportion of road area, and cultivation)and island characteristics(e.g.,island area, isolation)affect the diversity of native and invasive plant species similarly. We also assessed the applicability of the equilibrium theory of island biogeography to invasive plant species diversity and examined how these factors affect invasive plant species with different dispersal syndromes(anemochore, zoochore, and autochore). We found that both invasive and native species richness positively correlate with island area, habitat heterogeneity, and proportion of road area. However, although native species richness was negatively correlated with isolation, invasive species richness was not.The diversity and composition of invasive species with different dispersal syndromes were determined by different variables;for example, the composition and diversity of zoochores was increased by habitat heterogeneity, while anemochore species richness was increased by the proportion of road area, whereas anemochore species composition was influenced by distance to the nearest island. We conclude that habitat fragmentation differentially affects invasive and native plant diversity, aligning with the predictions of the equilibrium theory of island biogeography only for native species but not for invasive species. Our findings indicate that tailoring habitat attributes and regulating human activities could be effective strategies for mitigating the spread of invasive species in fragmented landscapes.

文摘Liquid-liquid dispersion is often performed in stirred tanks, which are valued for their ease of operation, high droplet generation rate and effective droplet dispersion. Many relevant simulations use the Eulerian-Eulerian method, combining population balance equations with statistical models to forecast droplet breakage.Conversely, the Eulerian-Lagrangian(E-L)method provides precise tracking of individual droplets, which is crucial for simulating dispersion processes.However,E-L simulation faces challenges in integrating droplet breakage effectively. To address this issue, our research introduces a probabilistic approach for droplet breakages. It assumes that a longer time increases the likelihood of breakup;a droplet breaks if the calculated probability exceeds a random value from 0 to 1.Consequently,the simulated breakage frequency becomes independent of the Lagrangian time step. The Sauter mean diameter and droplet size distribution can be accurately predicted by this probabilistic approach.By closely monitoring droplet motion,we reveal the complexity of droplet trajectories and the detailed patterns of circulation in stirred tanks. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of liquidliquid dispersion dynamics.

文摘Optical three-dimensional(3D)measurement is a critical tool in micro-nano manufacturing, the automotive industry, and medical technology due to its nondestructive nature, high precision, and sensitivity. However, passive light field system still requires a refractive primary lens to collect light of the scene, and structured light can not work well with the highly refractive object.Meta-optics,known for being lightweight, compact, and easily integrable, has enabled advancements in passive metalens-array light fields and active structured light techniques. Here,we propose and experimentally validate a novel 3D measurement metasystem. It features a transmitting metasurface generating chromatic line focuses as depth markers and a symmetrically arranged receiving metasurface collecting depth-dependent spectral responses.A lightweight, physically interpretable algorithm processes these data to yield high-precision depth information efficiently.Experiments on metallic and wafer materials demonstrate a depth accuracy of±20μm and lateral accuracy of±10μm.This single-layer optical metasystem, characterized by simplicity,micro-level accuracy, easy installation and scalability, shows potential for diverse applications, including process control, surface morphology analysis, and production measurement.

文摘The susceptibility of Pt catalyst surfaces to carbon monoxide(CO)poisoning in anodic hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)has been a critical constraint on the development of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).Effectively regulating the electronic structure of Pt to enhance CO resistance is crucial for developing high-performance catalysts with robust anti-poisoning capabilities.Herein, the Pt/W@NCNF featured by Pt nanoparticles and atomical dispersed tungsten(W)sites on N-doped carbon nanofibers is developed for CO tolerance HOR catalyst. The presence of W enables the electron transfer from Pt,which promotes electron rearrangement in the Pt-5d orbitals. It not only optimizes the adsorption of H^(*) and CO^(*)on Pt,but also the OH^(*) intermediates adsorbed on the W sites oxidize the CO*adsorbed on Pt,thereby retaining more active sites for H_(2) adsorption and oxidation. The HOR exchange current density of Pt/W@NCNF reaches 1.35 times that of commercial Pt/C,and the limiting current density decreases by only 3.4%after introducing 1000 ppm CO in H_(2).Notably,the Pt/W@NCNF-based PEMFCs deliver markedly superior performance across a range of CO concentrations. The present study demonstrates that electronic modulation of Pt is an effective strategy for simultaneously achieving resistance to CO and promoted HOR activity.
