Methods: a total of 800 prescriptions from February 2019 to February 2020 in outpatient pharmacies of our hospital were randomly selected as the research target and the "computer table method" was selected to be evenly grouped. Among the 400 cases in the reference group, the routine drug dispensing management plan in outpatient pharmacies was implemented, and the PDCA cycle management method was implemented in the 400 cases in the research group. Results: the complaint rate, dispensing error rate and waiting time of medication in the research group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the PDCA circulation management method applied in outpatient pharmacy drug dispensing quality management, can control patients' complaints, dispensing errors, and shorten the waiting time, is a recommended management method.展开更多
