目的通过与颈前路减压植骨内固定术治疗患者比较,探讨应用Discover人工颈椎间盘置换治疗颈椎病的早期效果。方法回顾分析2010年3月-2011年3月24例符合选择标准的神经根型和脊髓型颈椎病患者临床资料,按收治时间分为颈前路减压融合组(融... 目的通过与颈前路减压植骨内固定术治疗患者比较,探讨应用Discover人工颈椎间盘置换治疗颈椎病的早期效果。方法回顾分析2010年3月-2011年3月24例符合选择标准的神经根型和脊髓型颈椎病患者临床资料,按收治时间分为颈前路减压融合组(融合组13例,2010年3月-2010年9月)和Discover人工颈椎间盘置换组(置换组11例,2010年9月-2011年3月)。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、病变分型、病变节段等一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。记录手术时间、出血量、术后并发症,采用日本骨科协会(JOA)改善率、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、Odom’s评分评价疗效;置换组于手术前后X线片上测量置换及其邻近节段的过伸过屈、左右侧屈活动度,以及假体偏心距。结果两组患者术后症状均缓解,未出现明显并发症。患者均获随访,融合组随访时间12~18个月,平均15.3个月;置换组随访时间6~12个月,平均9.6个月。术后1、3、6个月置换组NDI均高于融合组(P<0.05),但JOA评分改善率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。末次随访时融合组Odom’s评分为优6例,良4例,可3例,优良率76.92%;置换组为优9例,良1例,差1例,优良率90.91%;两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.000,P=0.223)。术后置换组过伸过屈及右侧屈活动度于1个月时明显减小(P<0.05),之后逐渐恢复;左侧屈活动度呈先增加后减少趋势,其中3、6个月时较术前明显增加(P<0.05)。术后置换节段和上位节段左侧屈活动度大于右侧屈(P<0.05),且上位节段左、右侧屈活动度差约为置换节段的2倍;侧屈活动度差与假体偏心距成正相关(P<0.05),且假体偏向侧的侧屈活动度增大,对侧活动度减小。结论 Discover人工颈椎间盘置换术是一种简便、安全且能保留颈椎活动的手术,早期疗效较好。 展开更多

[目的]探讨应用DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘假体置换术治疗颈椎病的近期效果及并发症。并探讨DISCOV-ER人工颈椎间盘假体置换术的特点。[方法]2009年2月2011年8月对14例颈椎病患者行DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术。置换后1个月、末次随访时患者日本矫形外科协会评分(JOA)明显升高,随访时间为1242个月,平均24.2个月,JOA评分由术前平均(10.8±1.2)分增至术后平均(14.2±1.5)分以及末次随访时的平均(15.6±0.6)分,颈项和上肢痛觉疼痛评分,术前与术后值统计有显著性差异,同时X线未发现假体松动、下沉或异位骨化等不良反应。[结论]DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术治疗颈椎病近期疗效满意,但仍需长时间随访以评估其远期疗效。 展开更多

Objective The Yanshan Fold Belt is located within the northern margin of the North China platform and contains welldeveloped and widespread Neoproterozoic and Mesoproterozoic sedimentary units with a total thickness of up to 9000 m.Previous studies identified many oil seedlings as well as asphalt and ancient hydrocarbon reservoirs in Northern Hebei depression and western Liaoning depression.This research indicates that the Mesoproterozoic and Neoproterozoic sedimentary units are ideally suited for the formation of significant oil and gas resources.The Niu D1 well was drilled by the China Geological Survey(CGS)in the Niuyingzi area and intercepted oil immersions and oil-and gas-bearing units within a limestone reservoir in the middle Proterozoic Gaoyuzhuang Formation(Fig.1).This study presents new biomarker compound and carbon isotope data that indicate that the oil within this formation was derived from hydrocarbon source rocks of the Hongshuizhuang Formation,part of the Mesoproterozoic Jixian Series,and the reservoir type is overthrust fault fractured anticline hydrocarbon reservoir.The oil reservoir within the Gaoyuzhuang Formation limestone might represent the oldest oil reservoir discovered to date within the Yanliao faulted depression zone. 展开更多

目的探讨应用DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的早期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析行DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术的12例脊髓型颈椎病患者的临床资料,统计并分析患者术前和术后神经功能状态JOA评分和颈椎总活动度(ROM),进行... 目的探讨应用DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的早期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析行DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术的12例脊髓型颈椎病患者的临床资料,统计并分析患者术前和术后神经功能状态JOA评分和颈椎总活动度(ROM),进行早期疗效评估。结果所有患者随访6个月,术后临床症状和体征明显改善或消失,JOA评分由术前的(6.79±3.62)分提高到末次随访的(15.84±0.89)分(P〈0.05);ROM术前为(51.3±14.2)°,术后末次随访为(49.9±13.8)°,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。按照Odom评定标准,末次随访时,优9例,良2例,可1例,优良率91.7%。结论应用DISCOVER人工颈椎间盘置换术治疗脊髓型颈椎病早期疗效良好,远期效果有待进一步观察。 展开更多

Hot Dry Rock (HDR) refers to those generally deeply buried impermeable metamorphic or crystallized biotite gneiss, granite and granodiorite rock bodies, with a burial depth greater than 2000 m, containing no water or vapor. HDR is as implied, hot and dry, with temperatures ranging from 150 to 650℃, and it can be utilized as a heat resource. Because this type of heat system does not require porosity, permeability and fluids and is widespread at the drillable depth range of 10 kin, it is thereby an infinite resource type. By contrast, thermal power generation results in copious pollution; wind power is irregular and unstable; solar energy occupies large areas. 展开更多

At present, 5G network technology is being applied to various social network modes, and it can provide technical and traffic support for social networks. Potential friendship discovery technology in 5G-enabled social networks is beneficial for users to make potential friends and expand their range of activities and social hierarchy, which is highly sought after in today's social networks and has great economic and application value. However, the sparsity of the dominant user association dataset in 5G-enabled social networks and the limitations of traditional collaborative filtering algorithms are two major challenges for the friend recommendation problem. Therefore, in order to overcome these problems regarding previous models, we propose a Hybrid Ensemble Multiple Collaborative Filtering Model (HEMCF) for discovering potential buddy relationships. The HEMCF model draws on a special autoencoder method that can effectively exploit the association matrix between friends and additional information to extract a hidden representation of users containing global structural information. Then, it uses the random walk-based graph embedding algorithm DeepWalk to extract another hidden representation of users in the buddy network containing local structural information. Finally, in the output module, the HEMCF model stacks and multiplies the two types of hidden representations of users to ensure that the information mentioned above is concentrated in the final output to generate the final prediction value. The magnitude of the prediction value represents the probability of the users being friends, with larger values representing a high probability of the two users being friends, and vice versa. Experimental results show that the proposed method boosts the accuracy of the relationship prediction over baselines on 3 real-world public datasets dramatically. 展开更多

On the basis of traditional traceroute,this paper investigates the efficiency of discovering path methods from aspects of the size and order of detecting packets, and the length of paths.It points out that the size of padding in probed packets has a slight effect on discovering latency, and the latency with the method of bulk sending receiving is much smaller than one with the traditional traceroute. Moreover, the loss rate of packets with the technique of TTL (Time To Live) which increases monotonously is less than that with the technique of TTL which decreases monotonously. Lastly,OS (Operating System) passive fingerprint is used as heuristic to predict the length of the discovered path so as to reduce disturbance in network traffic. 展开更多

A growing number of oil and gas reservoirs have been discovered in granite and metamorphic crystallized rock areas. Statistics show that, about 157 oil and gas fields were found in crystallized bedrocks, with oil reserves of 5048x 10^8 t, and gas reserves of 2681x10^8m3. Among the discovered industrial oil and gas fields hosted in crystallized rocks, most occurred in granite rocks, occupying 40% in quantity and 75% in reserves, followed by those hosted in mafic and ultra-mafic rocks (about 3%), and then tbllowed by those in volcanic rocks and metamorphic rocks. 展开更多
