Methods: 36 regular nurses were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group used the traditional one-to-one teaching method, while the observation group used the PDCA cycle method to teach, and the two groups were evaluated by the methods of theoretical evaluation, skill operation evaluation and emergency ability evaluation. Results: the results of the three examinations of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: PDCA in ICU nursing training can make the training nurses adapt to the working mode of ICU in a short time, improve the working ability of combining theory with practice, mobilize the learning enthusiasm, improve the professional level, and promote the improvement of teaching quality.展开更多
