At present, college students' career development has become an important task to improve living conditions, stabilize society and realize economic modernization. As an important part of serving and promoting students' employment, students' professional development and the establishment of a professional guidance discipline system are not only helpful to improve students' comprehensive quality and professional skills, but also play an important role in the information exchange between social development needs and students' development. The establishment of the subject system of students' career development and career guidance is not a simple course setup. It can be said to be an arduous task to integrate students' expectations, university talent development goals, social needs and national development prospects. Based on the employment service system for college students, this paper, from the perspective of the university itself and from the university's responsibility for the construction of employment service for college students, summarizes the current situation and existing problems, which are related to the students' career development, the operation of career guidance system and the construction of scientific system. To deeply analyze the impact of international student mobility on their internationalization capabilities in the field of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,this study systematically reviewed the exchange dynamics ...To deeply analyze the impact of international student mobility on their internationalization capabilities in the field of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,this study systematically reviewed the exchange dynamics of international students at Southwest Petroleum University from 2014 to 2024,as well as detailed data on students’overseas visits from 2016 to 2024,carefully outlining the trends and characteristics of student international mobility over the past decade.Based on this,using an evaluation system for internationalization capabilities constructed by the authors,which closely follows the characteristics of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and covers key dimensions such as language skills,international perspective,cross-cultural communication,and global cooperation,graduate students from the research team of international students were selected as a sample group.Through a carefully designed survey questionnaire,their current internationalization capabilities were systematically evaluated.The results showed that compared to the benchmark level in 2019,students’internationalization capabilities have shown a significant improvement trend,especially in cross-cultural communication.This finding not only reveals the positive role of international student mobility in promoting academic exchanges and integration but also further emphasizes the unique value of multicultural integration in scientific research teams to enhance the internationalization capabilities of domestic students.展开更多

Using the unbalanced panel data of 160 countries from 1970 to 2007,we employ inflation and the budget deficit as proxies for monetary policy and fiscal policy,respectively,and study whether financial globalization has...Using the unbalanced panel data of 160 countries from 1970 to 2007,we employ inflation and the budget deficit as proxies for monetary policy and fiscal policy,respectively,and study whether financial globalization has discipline effects on these macroeconomic policies.The empirical results in our study suggest a significant discipline effect of financial globalization on monetary policy during the entire sample period,which is robust both to de jure and to de facto measures of financial openness.Our sub-sample investigations demonstrate that financial globalization reduces inflation only in higher-middle-income and high-income countries,and when financial globalization is scaled by the proportion of a country’s foreign assets and liabilities to its GDP,the discipline is evident only after 1988.Nevertheless,we do not demonstrate any evidence of financial globalization’s discipline effect on fiscal policy.The empirical results indicate that financial globalization even increases the budget deficit in certain countries and periods.展开更多

文摘Based on output-oriented education,the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept integrates local red culture into the ideological and political course of environmental disciplines,and is an important part of training applied talents of environmental disciplines in the new era.This educational model makes an innovation on the traditional educational and teaching concepts and centers on students.This paper analyzes the value of integrating local red culture into the ideological and political course under the OBE concept,and puts forward an effective implementation path.
文摘This paper deeply discusses the significance of interdisciplinary research and cooperation in nursing,and discusses the integration strategies of different disciplines and nursing fields,so as to promote the development of nursing disciplines in the direction of more specialization,diversification and innovation.To realize the interdisciplinary cooperation from nursing and informatics,nursing and economics respectively,this paper puts forward the guarantee mechanism of establishing the interdisciplinary cooperation management organization,strengthening the interdisciplinary team construction and promoting the interdisciplinary cultural integration,so as to realize the continuous progress and high-quality development of nursing.
文摘Using the unbalanced panel data of 160 countries from 1970 to 2007,we employ inflation and the budget deficit as proxies for monetary policy and fiscal policy,respectively,and study whether financial globalization has discipline effects on these macroeconomic policies.The empirical results in our study suggest a significant discipline effect of financial globalization on monetary policy during the entire sample period,which is robust both to de jure and to de facto measures of financial openness.Our sub-sample investigations demonstrate that financial globalization reduces inflation only in higher-middle-income and high-income countries,and when financial globalization is scaled by the proportion of a country’s foreign assets and liabilities to its GDP,the discipline is evident only after 1988.Nevertheless,we do not demonstrate any evidence of financial globalization’s discipline effect on fiscal policy.The empirical results indicate that financial globalization even increases the budget deficit in certain countries and periods.
文摘Taking the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of the Central Academy of Drama as an example,this article explores the construction and development of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for the practical teaching of drama and film and television disciplines.The article first introduces the background and importance of the demonstration center and then analyzes in depth the construction content and achievements of the demonstration center from four aspects:practical teaching philosophy,practical teaching system,practical teaching resources,and practical teaching effects.Finally,the article summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the demonstration center and proposes future development directions and suggestions.
文摘The history and current status of Pharmacy Administration discipline atpharmacy schools in China are illustrated. Several current issues are explored including: (1)insufficient teaching organizations and curriculum, (2) faculty deficiency both in quantity andquality, and (3) much improvement needed in the scope, methodology, and sophistication of research.Several development strategies are formulated such as (1) integrating native education resources inorder to better foster quality professionals, (2) accelerating inter-university cooperation both inteaching and research, and (3) studying the regularites of discipline development and enhancinginternational exchange.
