目的:DICOM(Digital Image and Communication on Medicine)为医疗设备图像和信息传输提供了交互的标准协议和统一接口标准,DICOM数据的统一对不同计划数据在不同设备上的交流和验证具有重要意义。方法:本文首先对放疗计划DICOM文件的...目的:DICOM(Digital Image and Communication on Medicine)为医疗设备图像和信息传输提供了交互的标准协议和统一接口标准,DICOM数据的统一对不同计划数据在不同设备上的交流和验证具有重要意义。方法:本文首先对放疗计划DICOM文件的格式及数据编码规则进行了简单介绍,然后具体阐述了DICOM计划数据读取的几个主要步骤。并在windows系统上用MFC进行编程以验证结果。结果:以瓦里安公司加速器产生的放疗计划数据为例,程序对计划数据中体表、肿瘤、左肺、右肺等组织的轮廓线以及等中心坐标等信息进行解读,将各组织的轮廓线在本地TPS中进行封装及显示,并重建出三维图像。结论:实验证明,该方法能够解读不同DICOM计划数据,将数据信息在本地TPS进行封装和显示,并生成三维图像便于物理师更直观地观察各组织状况,提供了物理师在各个系统之间进行方案的交流比较和验证。展开更多
