Objective:To explore the positive role of developmental care measures in promoting the growth and development of premature infants, and analyze their specific effects on improving the sleep duration and quality of premature infants. Methods:A total of 80 premature infants who met the inclusion criteria were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention of developmental care during the nursing process;the control group adopted the traditional conventional nursing model. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in various physical indicators between the two groups of premature infants before nursing intervention. After nursing intervention, the scores of intellectual development level, psychomotor development index and various physical indicators of premature infants in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The implementation of developmental care for premature infants can significantly improve their various developmental indicators, which can not only effectively promote the rapid development of premature infants’mental and physical growth, but also improve their sleep quality. 展开更多

Objective: to study the effect of developmental care on feeding intolerant preterm infants. Methods: 74 cases of feeding intolerant preterm infants received in our hospital were included, all from March 2019 to September 2021. According to the random number table, they were divided into the study group (37 cases, developmental care) and the control group (37 cases, routine care) to observe their nursing effects. Results: compared with the two groups, the children in the study group had shorter start time of swallowing and sucking, time to reach normal body mass, time to reach total intestinal nutrition, longer average daily sleep time, more self milk intake on the first day, the third day, the seventh day and the fourteenth day after starting self milk intake, higher head circumference, height and weight after two months of nursing, higher scores of GMQ, FMQ and TMQ in Peabody motor development scale after one month of nursing, and lower incidence of adverse reactions. The parents satisfaction with nursing was higher, and the comparison between groups was p 0.05. Conclusion: developmental nursing care for feeding intolerant preterm infants can help improve their health status and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. The application of this intervention method has been praised by many parents of children, and is more valuable than the conventional nursing mode in general. 展开更多

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship and experiences of occupational health nurses (OHNs) and related departments in project development of mental health care for primary treatment in the Japanese occupational health setting. Method: A total of 235 OHNs who are members of the Japan Academy of Occupational Health Nursing were sent an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included items on the following: the OHN’s background, whether the OHN had experience in project development, the communication between the associated departments, the Japanese version of the Work Engagement Scale (UWES-J), occupational assessments, workplace assessments, and the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) for health promotion in companies and the OHN’s working environment. We performed logistic regression analysis to examine the relationship between experience and these harmonious relationships with other associated departments. Result: Responses from 61 OHNs (valid response rate: 25.9%) were analyzed. The mean number of years of service as an OHN was 18.9, and 82% of respondents had experience in project development. The logistic analysis further revealed that OHNs who had experience in project development of mental health care usually had a harmonious relationship with other associated departments. Conclusion: To promote mental health care for workers, OHNs have the capability to create individual and workplace assessments, enhance their work engagement, and make further improvements to their working environment. . 展开更多
