This paper,taking 37 coal-resource-based counties in China as objects,evaluates the economic transformation capacities of the counties by principal component analysis (PCA). Based on the comprehensive principal component values of >1,0–1 and <0,the economic transformation capacities of the counties are classified into strong,common and weak grades. Then,the paper proposes the developmental countermeasures according to different transformation capacities. For the counties with strong transformation capacities,it is crucial to make scientific positioning and rationally exploite resources in view of the developing characteristics and modes of those counties; as for the counties with common transformation capacities,the preparation and perfection of basic transformation conditions are still important aspects; as for the counties with weak transformation capacities,shifting from ″passive transfromation″ to ″active transformation″ in light of resources conditions is necessary.展开更多

The Keshen Gas Field in the Kuqa foreland basin,Tarim Basin,is a rare fractured tight sandstone gas reservoir with ultra-depth and ultra-high pressure.During its pilot period of gasfield development,the development eff...The Keshen Gas Field in the Kuqa foreland basin,Tarim Basin,is a rare fractured tight sandstone gas reservoir with ultra-depth and ultra-high pressure.During its pilot period of gasfield development,the development effect is poor with a low development well success rate,a low utilization rate of production capacity and a rapid decline of gas well productivity.In view of these problems,development experiments and technological researches were carried out continuously after the geological characteristics of gas reservoirs,productivity control factors,reservoir connectivity,seepage characteristics,gas and water relations and water invasion laws were studied thoroughly.And consequently,the development countermeasures of“well placement in high position,moderate stimulation and early-stage drainage”were prepared,andfive matching development technologies were formed,such as description technology of ultra-deep complex structures,well pattern opti-mization technology for fractured tight sandstone gas reservoirs,fracture net acid fracturing technology for fractured tight sandstone res-ervoirs,dynamic monitoring technology for ultra-deep and ultra-high pressure gas wells,wellbore integrity management and evaluation technology for high pressure gas wells.The following remarkable application results were achieved in the process of gasfield development.First,the drilling depth error of the target formation drops from 125 m to less than 30 m.Second,the utilization rate of production capacity in the Keshen 8 Block reaches 100%.Third,the average absolute openflow rate is increased by 5 times to 273104 m^(3)/d from 50104 m^(3)/d before the stimulation.Fourth,safe and smooth production under high temperature and high pressure conditions is realized in the Keshen Gas Field.In conclusion,the successful and efficient development of the Keshen Gas Field provides experiences for the development of similar gas reservoirs at home and abroad,and its development countermeasures and matching technologies have important guidance and reference significance.展开更多

For the counties with strong transformation capacities,it is crucial to make scientific positioning and rationally exploite resources in view of the developing characteristics and modes of those counties; as for the counties with common transformation capacities,the preparation and perfection of basic transformation conditions are still important aspects; as for the counties with weak transformation capacities,shifting from ″passive transfromation″ to ″active transformation″ in light of resources conditions is necessary.

文摘The Keshen Gas Field in the Kuqa foreland basin,Tarim Basin,is a rare fractured tight sandstone gas reservoir with ultra-depth and ultra-high pressure.During its pilot period of gasfield development,the development effect is poor with a low development well success rate,a low utilization rate of production capacity and a rapid decline of gas well productivity.In view of these problems,development experiments and technological researches were carried out continuously after the geological characteristics of gas reservoirs,productivity control factors,reservoir connectivity,seepage characteristics,gas and water relations and water invasion laws were studied thoroughly.And consequently,the development countermeasures of“well placement in high position,moderate stimulation and early-stage drainage”were prepared,andfive matching development technologies were formed,such as description technology of ultra-deep complex structures,well pattern opti-mization technology for fractured tight sandstone gas reservoirs,fracture net acid fracturing technology for fractured tight sandstone res-ervoirs,dynamic monitoring technology for ultra-deep and ultra-high pressure gas wells,wellbore integrity management and evaluation technology for high pressure gas wells.The following remarkable application results were achieved in the process of gasfield development.First,the drilling depth error of the target formation drops from 125 m to less than 30 m.Second,the utilization rate of production capacity in the Keshen 8 Block reaches 100%.Third,the average absolute openflow rate is increased by 5 times to 273104 m^(3)/d from 50104 m^(3)/d before the stimulation.Fourth,safe and smooth production under high temperature and high pressure conditions is realized in the Keshen Gas Field.In conclusion,the successful and efficient development of the Keshen Gas Field provides experiences for the development of similar gas reservoirs at home and abroad,and its development countermeasures and matching technologies have important guidance and reference significance.
文摘Objective To systematically analyze the current development status of biopharmaceutical industrial park in China,sort out the problems and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Methods Relevant literature was searched and reviewed to find out the problems faced by the development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks in China.Results and Conclusion Biopharmaceutical industrial parks are developing rapidly due to their unique industrial clustering advantages,but there are problems such as lack of overall planning at the top level,insufficient government support,imperfect talent support services and weak innovation capacity of the parks.It is recommended to promote the rapid development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks and biopharmaceutical enterprises by strengthening top-level design,increasing government support,focusing on talent introduction,and enhancing the innovative strength of the parks.

文摘In order to explore the sistuation and operation for the production with three major grain crops： corn, wheat, rice in city Shiyan, Hubei province, the basic information of rural areas, the types of business model and economic benefits through sampling survey of six areas with 314 households included in Shiyan were investigated in research. According to the actual problems existing in grain crops production and management, we raised points： to promote the grain industrial mechanism building actively, to improve agricultural infrastructure, to strengthen the management of land transfer, to accelerate scientific, technological progress and innovation and so on. Most importantly, we proposed the future development direction of three grain crops respectively, which is aimed to provide a reference for the develpoment of three grain croos in Shiyan in the future.
