Sustainable smart city and Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs):A review 被引量:2

The rapid urbanization and increasing challenges are faced by cities globally,including climate change,population growth,and resource constraints.Sustainable smart city(also referred to as“smart sustainable city”)can offer innovative solutions by integrating advanced technologies to build smarter,greener,and more livable urban environments with significant benefits.Using the Web of Science(WoS)database,this study examined:(i)the mainstream approaches and current research trends in the literature of sustainable smart city;(ii)the extent to which the research of sustainable smart city aligns with Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs);(iii)the current topics and collaboration patterns in sustainable smart city research;and(iv)the potential opportunities for future research on the sustainable smart city field.The findings indicated that research on sustainable smart city began in 2010 and gained significant momentum in 2013,with China leading,followed by Italy and Spain.Moreover,59.00%of the selected publications on the research of sustainable smart city focus on SDG 11(Sustainable Cities and Communities).Bibliometric analysis outcome revealed that artificial intelligence(AI),big data,machine learning,and deep learning are emerging research fields.The terms smart city,smart cities,and sustainability emerged as the top three co-occurring keywords with the highest link strength,followed by frequently co-occurring keywords such as AI,innovation,big data,urban governance,resilience,machine learning,and Internet of Things(IoT).The clustering results indicated that current studies explored the theoretical foundation,challenges,and future prospects of sustainable smart city,with an emphasis on sustainability.To further support urban sustainability and the attainment of SDGs,the future research of sustainable smart city should explore the application and implications of AI and big data on urban development including cybersecurity and governance challenges. 展开更多

Neurodevelopmental processes represent a finely tuned interplay between genetic and environmental factors,shaping the dynamic landscape of the developing brain.A major component of the developing brain that enables this dynamic is the white matter(WM),known to be affected in neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)(Rokach et al.,2024).WM formation is mediated by myelination,a multifactorial process driven by neuro-glia interactions dependent on proper neuronal functionality(Simons and Trajkovic,2006).Another key aspect of neurodevelopmental abnormalities involves neuronal dynamics and function,with recent advances significantly enhancing our understanding of both neuronal and glial mitochondrial function(Devine and Kittler,2018;Rojas-Charry et al.,2021).Energy homeostasis in neurons,attributed largely to mitochondrial function,is critical for proper functionality and interactions with oligodendrocytes(OLs),the cells forming myelin in the brain’s WM.We herein discuss the interplay between these processes and speculate on potential dysfunction in NDDs. 展开更多

This study examines the methods to plan the development of offshore oilfields over the years,which are used to support the decision-making on the development of offshore oilfields.About 100 papers are analysed and categorised into different groups of main early-stage decisions.The present study stands in contrast to the contributions of the operations research and system engineering review articles,on the one hand,and the petroleum engineering review articles,on the other.This is because it does not focus on one methodological approach,nor does it limit the literature analysis by offshore oilfield characteristics.Consequently,the present analysis may offer valuable insights,for instance,by identifying environmental planning decisions as a recent yet highly significant concern that is currently being imposed on decision-making process.Thus,it is evident that the incorporation of safety criteria within the technical-economic decision-making process for the design of production systems would be a crucial requirement at development phase. 展开更多

In the central nervous system(CNS), the mTOR pathway regulates diverse aspects of neural development and function. Genetic mutations within the m TOR pathway lead to severe neurodevelopmental disorders, collectively known as “mTORopathies”(Crino, 2020). Dysfunctions of m TOR, including both its hyperactivation and hypoactivation, have also been implicated in a wide spectrum of other neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting its importance in CNS health. 展开更多

Motor neuron diseases are sporadic or inherited fatal neurodegenerative conditions.They selectively affect the upper and/or lower motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord and feature a slow onset and a subacute course contingent upon the site of damage.The main types include amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,progressive muscular atrophy,primary lateral sclerosis,and progressive bulbar palsy,the pathological processes of which are largely identical,with the main disparity lying in the location of the lesions.Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is the representative condition in this group of diseases,while other types are its variants.Hence,this article mainly focuses on the advancements and challenges in drug research for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis but also briefly addresses several other important degenerative motor neuron diseases.Although the precise pathogenesis remains elusive,recent advancements have shed light on various theories,including gene mutation,excitatory amino acid toxicity,autoimmunology,and neurotrophic factors.The US Food and Drug Administration has approved four drugs for use in delaying the progression of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis:riluzole,edaravone,AMX0035,and tofersen,with the latter being the most recent to receive approval.However,following several phaseⅢtrials that failed to yield favorable outcomes,AMX0035 has been voluntarily withdrawn from both the US and Canadian markets.This article presents a comprehensive summary of drug trials primarily completed between January 1,2023,and June 30,2024,based on data sourced from clinicaltrials.gov.Among these trials,five are currently in phaseⅠ,seventeen are in phaseⅡ,and eleven are undergoing phaseⅢevaluation.Notably,24 clinical trials are now investigating potential disease-modifying therapy drugs,accounting for the majority of the drugs included in this review.Some promising drugs being investigated in preclinical studies,such as ATH-1105,are included in our analysis,and another review in frontiers in gene therapy and immunotherapy has demonstrated their therapeutic potential for motor neuron diseases.This article was written to be an overview of research trends and treatment prospects related to motor neuron disease drugs,with the aim of highlighting the latest potentialities for clinical therapy. 展开更多

采用投加聚电解质Nafion和表面活性剂SDS的方式对Ti/Sb-SnO_(2)/PbO_(2)阳极进行改性,并分析电解质浓度、pH、电流密度、极板间距对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,Nafion和SDS的加入使得电极表面更加致密,析氧电位较未改性前提升0.1 V,... 采用投加聚电解质Nafion和表面活性剂SDS的方式对Ti/Sb-SnO_(2)/PbO_(2)阳极进行改性,并分析电解质浓度、pH、电流密度、极板间距对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,Nafion和SDS的加入使得电极表面更加致密,析氧电位较未改性前提升0.1 V,改性后电极废水脱色率和COD去除率分别提升14.93%和19.35%。工艺处理条件为电解质质量浓度为1.5 g/L、pH=4、电流密度为40 mA/cm^(2)、极板间距为2.5 cm,此时脱色率和COD去除率分别达到91.95%和78.4%。在该体系中·OH自由基为起主要作用的活性基团,反应体系符合拟一级动力学方程。改性后的电极对酸性橙7水样具有较好的处理效果,为电催化技术在废水处理领域的应用提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

目的探究SD大鼠慢性毒性与致癌合并试验血液指标正常值范围,建立本实验室的背景数据,为毒理学安全性评价提供参考。方法收集本实验室进行的11个慢性毒性与致癌合并试验的正常对照组血液常规和血清生化指标测定值,统计雌雄性大鼠在试验... 目的探究SD大鼠慢性毒性与致癌合并试验血液指标正常值范围,建立本实验室的背景数据,为毒理学安全性评价提供参考。方法收集本实验室进行的11个慢性毒性与致癌合并试验的正常对照组血液常规和血清生化指标测定值,统计雌雄性大鼠在试验第27、53、79和104周时,各指标的均值、标准差、95%置信区间和变异系数,并分析不同试验时间和不同性别之间的差异性。结果经过统计分析,得出雌雄性大鼠在试验第27、53、79和104周28项血液指标的均值、标准差、95%置信区间和变异系数。除LDH之外,其余所有检测指标在不同试验时间之间均存在一定差异性,且随着试验时间的增加,雌雄性大鼠有差异的指标个数逐渐增多。WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW、PLT、AST、TP、ALB、白球比、BUN、CHOL、CREA、LDH和GLU等18项指标存在性别差异(P<0.05)。结论初步建立了本实验室SD大鼠慢性毒性与致癌合并试验血液指标的正常值范围,为毒理学安全性评价及其他类似研究提供参考。血液指标受试验时间和性别的影响,不同试验时间、不同性别分别建立背景数据对于试验结果的评价具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多

大马士革玫瑰花粉末对SD大鼠的亚慢性经口毒性实验

目的观察经口给予大马士革玫瑰花粉末后SD大鼠的亚慢性毒性表现及类型,并初步确定未观察到有害作用最大剂量。方法初断乳SD大鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机区组法分入对照组和2.0、4.0和8.0 g/kg·体重组,每组10只。经拌饲给予SD大鼠大马士... 目的观察经口给予大马士革玫瑰花粉末后SD大鼠的亚慢性毒性表现及类型,并初步确定未观察到有害作用最大剂量。方法初断乳SD大鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机区组法分入对照组和2.0、4.0和8.0 g/kg·体重组,每组10只。经拌饲给予SD大鼠大马士革玫瑰花粉末。观察动物行为表现、中毒症状及死亡情况;记录每周进食量、体重增重,计算食物利用率;结束时行尿常规、血细胞学、血生化、血凝指标检测;解剖动物,行脏器外观、组织病理学观察。采用SPSS 16.0软件进行数据分析,方差齐采用单因素方差分析进行组间比较,Dunnett法进行两两比较;方差不齐进行秩和检验,Dunnett’s T3法进行两两比较。检验水准α=0.05。结果试验过程中未观察到中毒症状和体征,未见死亡,SD大鼠健康状况总体良好。雌雄SD大鼠总食物利用率差异均无统计学意义(F=0.892,2.244;P=0.455,0.100)。雄性SD大鼠单核细胞百比分、活化部分凝血活酶时间组间差异均有统计学意义(F=7.778、11.352,P均<0.001);雌性SD大鼠单核细胞百比分组间差异有统计学意义(F=7.025,P=0.001);各剂量组与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。雄性SD大鼠aspartate aminotransferase(AST)、alkaline phosphatase(ALP)、blood urea nitrogen(BUN)、triglyceride(TG)、glucose(GLU)组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),雌性SD大鼠alanine aminotransferase(ALT)、AST、gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)、creatinine(CREA)、GLU组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。雄性SD大鼠specific gravity(SG)、K^(+)、Na^(+)组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);雌性SD大鼠K^(+)、Na^(+)组间差异有统计学意义(F=9.153、3.334,P<0.001,P=0.030)。雄性SD大鼠,脏器体重比值组间均差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);雌性SD大鼠肝体比、脾体比组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);以上参数均在正常值范围内。脏器外观未见异常;对照组和高剂量组动物肝脏切片均观察到局灶性轻度炎细胞浸润,属自发病变,其余脏器未见异常病理改变。结论在本试验条件下,大马士革玫瑰花粉末对雌雄性SD大鼠亚慢性经口毒性试验未观察到有害作用最大剂量(NOAEL)为8.0 g/kg·体重。 展开更多

【目的】碾压混凝土坝(roller compacted concrete dam,RCCD)施工过程仿真方法为分析大坝施工的复杂动态系统提供了科学有效的技术手段。传统的离散事件仿真(discrete event simulation,DES)方法在仿真过程中虽然考虑了影响施工进度的... 【目的】碾压混凝土坝(roller compacted concrete dam,RCCD)施工过程仿真方法为分析大坝施工的复杂动态系统提供了科学有效的技术手段。传统的离散事件仿真(discrete event simulation,DES)方法在仿真过程中虽然考虑了影响施工进度的主要因素(混凝土生产、运输入仓和施工降雨等),但未有效考虑仓面作业中施工机械故障情况对施工过程的影响,施工进度仿真结果的准确性以及三维可视化展示效果有待进一步提高。针对以上情况,在传统施工仿真的基础上结合系统动力学(system dynamics,SD)提出了考虑机械故障的RCCD施工SD-DES耦合可视化仿真方法。【方法】首先,基于系统动力学建立了仓面施工机械故障SD模型,从而实现对仓面施工中碾压机作业、故障、维修等行为的因果关系分析;其次,以传统施工进度DES仿真模型为基础,耦合机械故障SD模型建立RCCD施工SD-DES耦合仿真模型,并以碾压施工时间作为耦合模型的接口变量,从而实现模型的数据通信和交互,有效提高了仿真结果的准确性;再次,将系统仿真技术与可视化技术结合,基于Unity 3D构建大坝施工三维动态场景,实现基于仿真结果的施工过程的三维动态可视化展示;最后,以我国西南地区某高碾压混凝土坝工程为例进行施工仿真分析与成果展示。【结果】相比于传统DES模型仿真结果(与实际偏差2.49%),基于SD-DES耦合模型的仿真结果(与实际偏差0.28%)更加贴近实际情况,同时三维动态可视化展示水平得到进一步提升。【结论】研究表明,SD-DES耦合可视化仿真方法能够有效考虑施工机械故障对施工进度的影响,提高仿真精度和施工过程的可视化表现能力,有助于大坝施工方案的合理制定和现场施工的管理决策。 展开更多

Understanding ABA signal transduction at the molecular level is crucial to biology and ecology, and rational breeding complied with corresponding eco-environmental changes. Great advancements have taken place over the past 10 years by application of the Arabidopsis experimental system. Many components involved in ABA signal transduction have been isolated and identified and a clear overall picture of gene expression and control for this transduction has become an accepted fact. On the basis of the work in our laboratory, in conjunction with the data available at the moment, the authors have attempted to integrate ABA signal transduction pathways into a common one and give some insights into the relationship between ABA signal transduction and other hormone signal transduction pathways, with an emphasis upon the ABA signal transduction during higher plant seed development. A future challenge in this field is that different experimental systems are applied and various receptors and genes need to be characterized through the utilization of microarray chips. 展开更多

The eradication of poverty is one of the largest global challenges facing the world. This article examines poverty reduction goals within the framework of Post-2015 Development Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs). It also discusses the relationship between poverty reduction and sustainable development. Poverty reduction and sustainable development are inseparable and poverty reduction is the premise for sustainable development. Furthermore, several key bones of contention on the role of poverty reduction and sustainable development and implications of Post-2015 Development Agenda are also discussed. It concludes that to end poverty and inequality should continuously be given top priority for the Chinese government, because poverty reduction is China's soft power. Meanwhile, new ways of poverty alleviation should be explored and government should make great efforts to create a new partnership for poverty reduction and development. 展开更多
