In order to optimize the reaming process of the type IV composite hydrogen storage cylinder,the netting theory was employed for the design of stacking sequences,and the thickness in the head section was predicted.A fi...In order to optimize the reaming process of the type IV composite hydrogen storage cylinder,the netting theory was employed for the design of stacking sequences,and the thickness in the head section was predicted.A finite element model of the plastic-lined composite hydrogen storage cylinder,designed to withstand a working pressure of 70.0 MPa,was established by using the wound composite modeler(WCM)in the Abaqus software to analyze the forces acting on the winding layer.The Hashin failure criterion was utilized as the standard for assessing composite failure,and a progressive failure analysis of the cylinder was conducted to predict both the bursting pressure and the failure location of the composite hydrogen storage cylinder.The results indicate that the reaming process can effectively reduce the maximum filament winding thickness in the head section and promote a more uniform transition.At the bursting pressure,the stress within the head liner decreases,thereby enhancing the ultimate bearing capacity of the cylinder.A control system for a four-axis winding machine was designed by utilizing an industrial computer and a programmable multi-axis controller(PMAC).The winding line pattern is designed and the G-code trajectory is generated by the industrial computer.The numerical control system,composed of the PMAC and servo motor,executes the four-axis interpolation motion.展开更多
To improve the resilience of railway stations,a typical station was selected as the research object,and an isolation design was introduced.Twenty-four groups of near-fault pulse-like ground motions were selected.The s...To improve the resilience of railway stations,a typical station was selected as the research object,and an isolation design was introduced.Twenty-four groups of near-fault pulse-like ground motions were selected.The seismic resilience of the no-isolation railway stations(NIRS)and the isolation railway stations(IRS)were compared to provide a numerical result of the improvement in resilience.The results show that in the station isolation design,the station's functional requirements and structural characteristics should be considered and the appropriate placement of isolation bearings is under the waiting room.Under the action of a rare earthquake,the repair cost,repair time,rate of harm and death of the IRS were decreased by 8.04 million,18.30 days,6.93×10^(-3)and 1.21×10^(-3),respectively,when compared to the NIRS.The IRS received a seismic resilience grade of three-stars and the NIRS only one-star,indicating that rational isolation design improves the seismic resilience of stations.Thus,for the design of stations close to earthquake faults,it is suggested to utilize appropriate isolation techniques to improve their seismic resilience.展开更多

CREM realizes the shaping of complex convex structures through the relative rotation of the cathode and anode.The complex motion pattern and electric field distribution make it difficult to apply the existing cathode design methods to CRECM. To solve this problem, the matrix equations of cathode motion based on the kinematics and the electric field simulation model are established. The motion trajectories and edge contours at different angles are analyzed. The rotational overlap theory of motion trajectories under the windows at different angles is proved. Besides, the relationship between electric field distribution and the convex structure forming under different angle windows is studied, and the fundamental reason for deviations occurs when the convex profile is rotated to coincide is revealed. Therefore, a prediction model of the sidewall dissolution is established to correct this deviation, thereby deriving a high-precision design formula for the cathode windows of the high convex structures. By designing a cathode with oval-like windows to curry out CRECM experiments, the array-arranged(30 × 5) circular high convex structure with a maximum roundness error of 0.065 mm is successfully fabricated.展开更多
