The results showed that rutile and apatite could be separated by using alkyl-imino-bismethylene phosphoric acid and sodium hexametaphosphate as a collector and a regulator, respectively. Sodium hexametaphosphate could selectively dissolve calcium ions on the apatite surface, and make calcium ions break away from lattice binding through combining.展开更多

Calcite, mixture of calcite and fluorite, and nickel ore were used in the flotation. And the depression mechanism was studied by the determination of contact angle, zeta potential, adsorptive capacity of collector, and IR analysis as well. It is found that 0.1 mmol/L of phenoxyl acetic acid derived from pyrogallol or gallic acid exhibits strong depressing ability on calcite in almost zero yields at pH value of 9.8, and calcite can be depressed in the flotation of calcite/fluorite mixture for approximate 87% yield of fluorite. The flotation result of practical nickel ore containing serpentine indicates that these two depressants may also show better depression performance to serpentine than traditional depressants such as sodium fluosilicate and carboxylmethyl cellulose. Analysis for the depression mechanism reveals that there exists strong chemical interaction between the depressants and minerals.展开更多

The effect of glycerine-xanthate on the flotation of sulfide minerals was investigated based on a function of pH value and concentration of glycerine-xanthate through flotation experiments in the presence and absence of Cu^2+. The results show that glycerinee-xanthate has a strong dressing effect on marmatite at pH〉6 and on arsenopyrite in weak acid and base conditions with butyl-xanthate as collector. In the presence of glycerine -xanthate, marmatite is activated by addition of Cu^2+, but arsenopyrite cannot be activated and remains unfloatable. So the selective separation can be achieved for two minerals. The depression of glycerine-xanthate on sulfide minerals was discussed based on the radical electronegative calculation and the theory of HSAB. Infrared spectrum shows that there are some -OH and-CSS-in glycedne-xanthate molecule, which competes with butyl-xanthate on the mineral surface. As a result of many hydrophilic groups in glycerine-xanthate, the surfaces of marmatite and arsenopyrite become hydrophilic, thus the flotation of marmatite and arsenopyrite is depressed. The collector is adsorbed preferentially on the surface of marmatite and it shows a better floatability in the presence of Cu^2+, whereas, the surface of arsenopyrite absorbs glycerine-xanthate and the flotation of arsenopyrite is depressed by glycerine-xanthate.展开更多

It is found that HPAM expresses intensive depression on pyrite and can be used as effective depressants for pyrite. The depression mechanism of HPAM to pyrite was investigated by the determination of contact angle, zeta potential, adsorptive capacity for collectors and infrared spectrum. A lower contact angle, more negative zeta potential, less xanthate adsorptive capacity, and the formation of chemical bonding were determined, which reveals that the strong chemical interactions exist between HPAM and pyrite surface. The group electronegativity of HPAM was calculated to explain the differences of interaction between reagent and minerals.展开更多

Results of test show that pulp potential can affect the depression activity of p amino phenol. The separation of sulfide minerals can be carried out by controlling dosage of p amino phenol, pulp pH and pulp potential. The mechanism of p amino phenol depressing sulfide minerals is not an electrostatic interaction but an electrochemical interaction. p amino phenol can lower the edge level of sulfide minerals, which leads the density of electron of mineral surface increased, as a result, the collector’s coatings on the mineral surface become unstable.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND At present, the influencing factors of social function in patients with residual depressive symptoms are still unclear.Residual depressive symptoms are highly harmful, leading to low mood in patients, affecting work and interpersonal communication, increasing the risk of recurrence, and adding to the burden on families.Studying the influencing factors of their social function is of great significance.AIM To explore the social function score and its influencing factors in patients with residual depressive symptoms.METHODS This observational study surveyed patients with residual depressive symptoms(case group)and healthy patients undergoing physical examinations(control group).Participants were admitted between January 2022 and December 2023.Social functioning was assessed using the Sheehan Disability Scale(SDS),and scores were compared between groups.Factors influencing SDS scores in patients with residual depressive symptoms were analyzed by applying multiple linear regression while using the receiver operating characteristic curve, and these RESULTS The SDS scores of the 158 patients with depressive symptoms were 11.48±3.26.Compared with the control group, the SDS scores and all items in the case group were higher.SDS scores were higher in patients with relapse,discon-tinuous medication, drug therapy alone, severe somatic symptoms, obvious residual symptoms, and anxiety scores≥8.Disease history, medication compliance, therapy method, and residual symptoms correlated positively with SDS scores(r=0.354,0.414,0.602,and 0.456,respectively).Independent influencing factors included disease history, medication compliance, therapy method, somatic symptoms, residual symptoms, and anxiety scores(P<0.05).The areas under the curve for predicting social functional impairment using these factors were 0.713,0.559,0.684,0.729,0.668,and 0.628,respectively,with sensitivities of 79.2%,61.8%,76.8%,81.7%,63.6%,and 65.5%and specificities of 83.3%,87.5%,82.6%,83.3%,86.7%,and 92.1%,respectively.CONCLUSION The social function scores of patients with residual symptoms of depression are high. They are affected by disease history, medication compliance, therapy method, degree of somatic symptoms, residual symptoms, and anxiety.
文摘To investigate the action mechanisms of a new erythrocyte-derived depressing factor(EDDF), the focus is placed on the effect of EDDF on both cytosolic and nuclear free calcium (Ca2+) transportation in vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC), as well as the apoptosis and cell cycle of VSMC of rats. EDDF has been extracted from human erythrocytes. The changes of Ca2+ levels in cytoplasm ([Ca2+],) and nucleus ([Ca2+]n) have been observed using a laser scanning confocal microscope together with fluo-3/AM as a calcium indicator. Flow cytometric technique was used to study the effect of EDDF on cell cycle and apoptosis of VSMC. [Ca2+]j and [Ca2+]n were significantly decreased through several different pathways: ( i) it reduced the Ca2+ influx by blocking L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel (L-VDC) and R-type voltage-dependent calcium channel (R-VDC); (ii) it inhibited the Ca2+ release from inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate (IP3) sensitive calcium store; and (iii) activated Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum (

文摘Major depressive disorder(MDD)affects people all over the world, and yet,its etiology is complex and remains incompletely understood. In this review,we aim to assess recent advances in understanding depression and its regulation,as well as its interaction with circadian rhythms.Circadian rhythms are internalized representations of the periodic daily light and dark cycles.Accumulating evidence has shown that MDD and the related mental disorders are associated with disrupted circadian rhythms. In particular, depression has often been linked to abnormalities in circadian rhythms because dysregulation of the circadian system increases susceptibility to MDD.The fact that several rhythms are disrupted in depressed patients suggests that these disruptions are not restricted to any one rhythm but rather involve the molecular circadian clock core machinery. The sleep-wake cycle is one rhythm that is often disrupted in depression, which often leads to disturbances in other rhythms. The circadian disruptions manifested in depressed patients and the effectiveness and fast action of chronobiologically based treatments highlight the circadian system as a key therapeutic target in the treatment of depression. This review assesses the evidence on rising depression rates and examines their contributing factors, including circadian misalignment. We discuss key hypotheses underlying depression pathogenesis, potential etiology, and relevant animal models, and underscore potential mechanisms driving depression's growing burden and how understanding these factors is critical for improving prevention and treatment strategies.

文摘The protective role of a human erythro-cyte-derived depressing factor (EDDF) on blood vessels was evaluated. The experiments were carried out on 25 male Wistar rats aged 6-8 weeks, which were divided into control (n=8), calcium overload (n=8) and NG-L-nitro-arginine hypertensive model groups (L-NNA, n = 9), respectively. The isolated vascular ring perfusion assay, two-photon laser scanning fluorescence microscopy (TPM) and transmitted electron microscope were used to examine the effect of EDDF on vascular function and ultrastructure. Results showed that the contractile response of calcium overload rats and L-NNA rats to phenylephrine (PE) was significantly enhanced compared with that of the control (P 【 0.05), and EDDF (10-3g·mL-1) remarkably decreased the vascular contractile response of control’s and calcium overload rats (P 【 0.05), while EDDF had no effect on that of L-NNA rats. EDDF also alleviated the ultrastructural lesion of aorta VSMC in calcium overload rats by easing the abnormal in the
