Methods: 60 patients who were treated with ultrasound-guided anesthesia during deep venipuncture in a hospital from June 6, 2019 to June 6, 2021 were selected and divided into two groups on average, namely the observation group and the control group. The observation group used ultrasound-guided venipuncture to establish a vein passage; In the control group, blind dissection was used. Results: the success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group and the control group was 66.7% and 43.8% respectively, and the incidence rate of artery straying was 16.98% and 33.96% respectively, the result p<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: ultrasound guidance has obvious advantages in clinical anesthesia of deep vein puncture and can be widely used.展开更多
