Investigation of these polymers by means of GPC indicates that an increase in the number of fluorine atoms in the fluorinated group results in a decrease in degree of polymerization of the polymers in the same polythiophene series. As shown by NMR and FTIR, the polyfluorinated group substituted polythiophenes have regular 2, 5-coupling in their main chains. The SEM micrographs of the polymer films exhibit that polymer (1)-poly [3-2, 2, 3, 3-tetrafluoro-propoxy) thiophene] possesses more regular structure than the other polymers do. Substitution of polythiophenes by fluorinated groups leads to the polymers with high electric, electrochemical and thermal stability.展开更多

A comparison of the computational results of FEM for single circular slip, composite circular slip and geogrid reinforcement against sliding shows that for calculation of stability against sliding of marine soft soil foundation it is even more reasonable to use the composite circular slip. The stability of sloping type sea embankment against sliding is slightly better than that of the vertical face type; for the combination of three defences (wave, scour and seepage defences) the sea embankment structural type of a composite cross section with a platform should be a good one, but it still should be suitable to local conditions. For the local stability of riprap slope blocks and wall face loose masonry blocks, according to the analyses of wave-induced seepage flow fields, calculating formulas are given and they are verified by model test on block stability of breakwaters.展开更多

Consequently, the sliding failure of toe-cut slopes is increasingly becoming more frequent, particularly in regions with persistent rainfall. The effects of external factors, namely, toe excavation and persistent rainfall, which lead to toe-cut slope failure were investigated through the numerical analysis of typical toe-cut slopes in the southeastern coastal region of China. Based on the grey relational theory, sensitivity analysis was carried out on the controlling factors to determine the degree of influence exerted by the external factors on the stability of toe-cut slopes. The stability analysis of toe-cut slopes reinforced by pileanchor structures under earthquake conditions was carried out using pseudo-static analysis. The safety factor of toe-cut slopes significantly decreases as the excavation height, rainfall duration, and rainfall intensity increase. The slope stability is more sensitive to the excavation height of a toe-cut slope than it is to rainfall. The stability of a toe-cut slope reinforced by a pile-anchor structure was also analyzed under rainfall and earthquake conditions using the limit equilibrium method and pseudo-static analysis, respectively. The slope stability significantly improved when the slope was reinforced by a pile-anchor structure, even when the slope was subjected to persistent rainfall and earthquakes. The findings of this study can provide important guidance for the prevention of geological disasters in mountainous areas.展开更多

The structure is subjected to vertical dead and live loads in addition to the wave forces. An analysis of dynamic stability of the submerged structure without damping has been made by J. The case structure with damping is more complicated 'than the case without it. According to the principle of perturbation, a new model for dynamic stability calculation in consideration of damping effect is developed. In this paper, the formulas are deduced, the computational program is compiled, the practical examples are analysed, and this problem is solved very satisfactorily. The computational results show that the shape and value of the regions of dynamic instability can be changed significantly by damping. The sliding body was divided into strips in a three-dimensional model, and the lateral earth pressure was put into mechanical analysis and the three-dimensional stability analysis methods applicable for circular sliding in concave slope were deduced. Based on geometric structure and the geological parameters of a concave slope, the influence rule of curvature radius and the top and bottom arch height on the concave slope stability were analyzed. The equations for calculation of the buoyancy of the air floated buoy are derived according to the Boyler law and the equilibrium equations of the air floated structure are established. Through simplification of the air floated structure as a single freedom rigid body and spring system, the natural period of heaving and some kinetic properties are discussed. In the stability analysis, the formulas for calculation of the meta centric height are presented. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the data observed from the model test and prototype test. The air buoyancy decrease coefficient presented in this paper has a large influence on the floating state, stability and dynamic properties of the air floated structure. The stability of the air floated structure can also be judged by the parameter of meta centric height, and calculations show that the air floated structure is less stable than the conventional float.展开更多

The theoretical results are in good agreement with the data observed from the model test and prototype test. The air buoyancy decrease coefficient presented in this paper has a large influence on the floating state, stability and dynamic properties of the air floated structure. The stability of the air floated structure can also be judged by the parameter of meta centric height, and calculations show that the air floated structure is less stable than the conventional float.

文摘To date, with the increasing attention of countries to urban drainage system, more and more regions around the world have begun to build water conveyance tunnels, sewage pressure deep tunnels and so on.However, the sufficient bearing capacity and corrosion resistance of the structure, which can ensure the actual service life and safety of the tunnel, remain to be further improved.Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics(GFRP)pipe, with light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance, has the potential to be applied to the deep tunnel structure. This paper proposed a new composite structure of deep tunnel lined with GFRP pipe, which consisted of three layers of concrete segment, cement paste and GFRP pipe.A new pipe-soil spring element model was proposed for the pipesoil interaction with gaps.Based on the C3D8R solid model and the Combin39 spring model, the finite element numerical analysis of the internal pressure status and external pressure stability of the structure was carried out.Combined with the checking calculation of the theoretical formula, the reliability of the two finite element models was confirmed.A set of numerical analysis methods for the design and optimization of the three-layer structure was established. The results showed that from the internal GFRP pipe to the outer concrete pipe, the pressure decreased from 0.5 to 0.32 MPa,due to the internal pressure was mainly undertaken by the inner GFRP pipe. The allowable buckling pressure of GFRP pipe under the cover of 5 GPa high modulus cement paste was 2.66 MPa.The application of GFRP pipe not only improves the overall performance of the deep tunnel structure but also improves the construction quality and safety. The three-layer structure built in this work is safe and economical.
