In essence,the negotiation of license fees on standard essential patent(SEP)belongs to a kind of market be⁃havior,and the pricing right should be given to the market subjects under the requirements of patent law.In re...In essence,the negotiation of license fees on standard essential patent(SEP)belongs to a kind of market be⁃havior,and the pricing right should be given to the market subjects under the requirements of patent law.In recent years,the frequent disputes on SEP license fees witnessed in the industrial and academic worlds,together with the lack of systematic supporting functions like FRAND,make SEP pricing excessively reliant on judicial judgment in practice.Fortunately,a variety of pricing methods have been proposed by theoretical research and practiced in judicial cases,which provide possible solutions for the license fee pricing of SEP from the operational level.In this paper,by focusing on the characteristics of the existing SEP pricing methods in the academic fields and judicial system,the dispute caused by license fees of SEP is clarified firstly,then by combining and interpreting twelve existing pricing methods of license fee of SEP with academic literature and judicial cases,four categories of methods are composed based on the application stages and calculation logic.Thirdly,the application barriers and dilemmas caused by the inherent limita⁃tions of the four categories of methods are analyzed,and the possible ways to put these methods into practice are ex⁃plored.Lastly,suggestions are presented from the aspects of preconditions for application,pricing stages,dispute reso⁃lution mechanisms,and comprehensive applications.The purpose of this paper is to provide enlightenment for getting back on track with the pricing right and further optimization of the pricing mechanism of license fees of SEP.展开更多

In social and ecological systems,individual migration behavior and peer pressure are crucial factors influencing decision-making and cooperative behavior.However,how migration regulates the evolution of cooperation an...In social and ecological systems,individual migration behavior and peer pressure are crucial factors influencing decision-making and cooperative behavior.However,how migration regulates the evolution of cooperation and the specific role of peer pressure in this process remain to be further investigated.To address this,this study develops a model that incorporates migration mechanisms and peer pressure within the framework of the networked prisoner’s dilemma game.Specifically,we modify the population structure and introduce a migration strategy based on payoff maximization,enabling individuals to dynamically adjust their positions according to the local environment.The model also considers the impact of peer pressure on individual decision-making and introduces heterogeneity in individuals’sensitivity to pressure,thereby systematically examining the role of both factors in the evolution of cooperative behavior.Based on this framework,we further compare our model with a scenario in which no migration mechanism is present to evaluate its impact on cooperative dynamics.The results reveal that the migration mechanism significantly promotes the evolution of cooperative behavior.Under this mechanism,higher individual sensitivity leads to an increased level of cooperation,and stronger peer pressure intensity more effectively enhances the promotion of cooperation.Additionally,the influence of population structure on cooperation frequency cannot be overlooked.An increase in vacant nodes provides cooperators with greater buffering space and more migration opportunities,making cooperative behavior more stable and facilitating its propagation within the system.These findings suggest that appropriately regulating individual mobility and reinforcing peer pressure constraints can enhance the stability and propagation of cooperative behavior,providing significant theoretical support for social governance,organizational management,and group collaboration.展开更多
Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with the evolutionary dynamics of cooperative strategies in social dilemma situations.Stochastic punishment has been proposed,in which whether an individual acts as a punisher or n...Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with the evolutionary dynamics of cooperative strategies in social dilemma situations.Stochastic punishment has been proposed,in which whether an individual acts as a punisher or not is stochastic and depends on its preference for punishment.Meanwhile,both the cost of punishment and whether a defector would be punished are also stochastic.In previous models,the cost of punishment is considered to be either constant or proportional to the number of individuals to be punished.Furthermore,the hypothesis that all defectors should be penalized is frequently adopted.Actually,some defectors may refrain from being punished due to the presence of noise or the limitation of the punishment cost,and the cost of punishment is also dependent on the number of punishers.Thus,we establish an analytic model of stochastic punishment for infinite and well-mixed populations,investigate the effects of stochastic punishment on the evolution of cooperation,and analyze how to support the evolution of cooperation effectively when the stochastic punishment is possible.The objective of this letter is to design a cooperation-promoting stochastic punishment that will allow the system to evolve to full cooperation.The replicator equations have been used to explore the evolutionary dynamics of cooperation under stochastic punishment,and the conditions under which cooperation is favored by natural selection have been specified.展开更多

The iterated prisoner's dilemma(IPD) is an ideal model for analyzing interactions between agents in complex networks. It has attracted wide interest in the development of novel strategies since the success of tit-...The iterated prisoner's dilemma(IPD) is an ideal model for analyzing interactions between agents in complex networks. It has attracted wide interest in the development of novel strategies since the success of tit-for-tat in Axelrod's tournament. This paper studies a new adaptive strategy of IPD in different complex networks, where agents can learn and adapt their strategies through reinforcement learning method. A temporal difference learning method is applied for designing the adaptive strategy to optimize the decision making process of the agents. Previous studies indicated that mutual cooperation is hard to emerge in the IPD. Therefore, three examples which based on square lattice network and scale-free network are provided to show two features of the adaptive strategy. First, the mutual cooperation can be achieved by the group with adaptive agents under scale-free network, and once evolution has converged mutual cooperation, it is unlikely to shift. Secondly, the adaptive strategy can earn a better payoff compared with other strategies in the square network. The analytical properties are discussed for verifying evolutionary stability of the adaptive strategy.展开更多

The aim of the present study is to highlight the dilemma and challenges in the preoperative diagnosis of HEHE, and to enhance awareness of the range of hepatobiliary surgery available in patients with multiple hepatic nodular lesions on imaging. 文摘Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with the evolutionary dynamics of cooperative strategies in social dilemma situations.Stochastic punishment has been proposed,in which whether an individual acts as a punisher or not is stochastic and depends on its preference for punishment.Meanwhile,both the cost of punishment and whether a defector would be punished are also stochastic.In previous models,the cost of punishment is considered to be either constant or proportional to the number of individuals to be punished.Furthermore,the hypothesis that all defectors should be penalized is frequently adopted.Actually,some defectors may refrain from being punished due to the presence of noise or the limitation of the punishment cost,and the cost of punishment is also dependent on the number of punishers.Thus,we establish an analytic model of stochastic punishment for infinite and well-mixed populations,investigate the effects of stochastic punishment on the evolution of cooperation,and analyze how to support the evolution of cooperation effectively when the stochastic punishment is possible.The objective of this letter is to design a cooperation-promoting stochastic punishment that will allow the system to evolve to full cooperation.The replicator equations have been used to explore the evolutionary dynamics of cooperation under stochastic punishment,and the conditions under which cooperation is favored by natural selection have been specified.

文摘Under the current medical education reform,the“clinical-research”model for TCM master’s degrees is a key approach to advancing the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.With the core of“dual-track integration,”this model aims to enhance both clinical practice and research abilities simultaneously.However,ten years of practice have shown that it still faces multiple challenges:an imbalance between clinical rotation time and research investment,deeply rooted attitudes that prioritize clinical work over research,insufficient TCM research resources and fragmented platforms,and poor coordination between policy and teaching design.These issues,particularly the methodological differences between TCM experience-based medicine and modern evidence-based medicine,further complicate the integration of clinical and research efforts.Therefore,there is an urgent need to promote the deep integration of research training into clinical practice through system design,value orientation,and evaluation systems,fostering a new ecological environment where clinical and research efforts thrive together.This will help cultivate TCM professionals with both strong clinical skills and innovative research capabilities,providing sustained momentum for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine.
文摘This article focuses on the challenges of rural economic development under the strategy of rural revitalization,and deeply analyzes the current situation of rural economic development.Research has found that although the rural revitalization strategy has achieved significant results in improving residents’quality of life,promoting agricultural modernization,it still faces challenges such as severe loss of human resources,insufficient agricultural technological innovation,and backward infrastructure construction.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes optimization strategies from three aspects:strengthening rural education and talent team construction,promoting agricultural technology innovation and achievement transformation,and increasing investment in rural infrastructure construction.
文摘采用Monty Hall Dilemma的经典研究范式,探讨了大学生被试在不同提示条件下对MHD问题的解决情况,结果发现只有在条件关系提示下,MHD的作业成绩才得到了明显的改善,但是正确率也只有35.7%。这表明MHD问题困难的原因很可能是多方面的,如认为主持人的行为完全是随机事件,很难意识到参与者的最初选择与主持人打开特定盒子间的三种条件关系;多数被试作出选择的理由是非理性的,如“坚持第一选择,相信自己的直觉”;不能正确判断MHD问题的内在概率关系以及缺乏认真思考的动力等。

文摘The iterated prisoner's dilemma(IPD) is an ideal model for analyzing interactions between agents in complex networks. It has attracted wide interest in the development of novel strategies since the success of tit-for-tat in Axelrod's tournament. This paper studies a new adaptive strategy of IPD in different complex networks, where agents can learn and adapt their strategies through reinforcement learning method. A temporal difference learning method is applied for designing the adaptive strategy to optimize the decision making process of the agents. Previous studies indicated that mutual cooperation is hard to emerge in the IPD. Therefore, three examples which based on square lattice network and scale-free network are provided to show two features of the adaptive strategy. First, the mutual cooperation can be achieved by the group with adaptive agents under scale-free network, and once evolution has converged mutual cooperation, it is unlikely to shift. Secondly, the adaptive strategy can earn a better payoff compared with other strategies in the square network. The analytical properties are discussed for verifying evolutionary stability of the adaptive strategy.

文摘Hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma(HEHE) is a rare category of vascular tumor with uncertain malignant potential. It commonly presents nonspecific and variable clinical manifestations, ranging from asymptomatic to hepatic failure. In addition, laboratory measurements and imaging features also lack specificity in the diagnosis of HEHE. The aim of the present study is to highlight the dilemma and challenges in the preoperative diagnosis of HEHE, and to enhance awareness of the range of hepatobiliary surgery available in patients with multiple hepatic nodular lesions on imaging. In these patients, HEHE should at least be considered in the differential diagnosis.
