Then, by comparing with the original brick-wall method, we find that the result obtained by the thin film method is more reasonable avoiding some drawbacks, such as little mass approximation, neglecting logarithm term, and taking the term L^3 as a contribution of the vacuum surrounding the black hole, and the physical meaning of the entropy is more clearer.展开更多

We first make use of the original ADT method to compute the mass of the dilaton squashed black holes in terms of three different reference spacetimes, which are the asymptotic geometry, the flat background and the spacetime of the Kaluza- Klein monopole with boundary matched to the original metric, respectively. Each mass satisfies the first law of black hole thermodynamics, although the mass computed on the basis of the boundary matching the Kaluza- Klein monopole is different from that of the other two reference spacetimes. Then the mass of the black holes is evaluated through the off-shell generalized ADT method.展开更多

When the potential of dilaton field is taken as the form Wσ + σ^2e^-βσ2, that there exist attractor solutions to the canonical dilatonic dark energy model and the phontam model, and these attractors correspond to an equation of state ω = -1 and a cosmic density parameter Ωσ = 1, which are important features for a dark energy model and can fit with the current observations. We find a sufficient condition of the existence of a late time de Sitter attractor. The attractor behaviors, the evolutions of the state parameter ω and the cosmic density parameter Ω, the evolution of X (σ/σ0) and Y (σ/σ0^2) with respect to N(ln a)are shown numerically.展开更多

In this theory the definition of the horizon is very different from those in higher-dimensional gravity theories. By using the Hamilton-Jacobi method, the spectrum of the radiation is obtained and the temperature of the radiation is read out from this spectrum. The temperature is proportional to the surface gravity of the apparent horizon as usual. Besides, in stationary cases we calculate the spectrum by using Parikh and Wilczek's null geodesic method and the result conforms to that obtained by using the Harnilton-Jacobi method. This is expected since the flamilton-Jacobi method applies to generic spacetimes, including stationary ones.展开更多

In this work we investigate the t-induced radiative correction to the Higgs-strahlung production process e+e^→ Zh at future Higgs factory. We first present the analytical calculations in detail and show how to handle the ultraviolet divergence. Then we calculate the correction numerically by considering the constraints from precision electroweak data. We find that, for sinθL=0.2 and mt= 1200 GeV, the correction is 0.26% and 2.1% for SE+E = 240 GeV, 1 TeV respectively, and a larger value can be achieved as sin θL increases.展开更多

To save the underlying gauge and general covariance, it introduces covariant fluxes of gauge and energy-momentum tensor to cancel the gauge and gravitational anomalies. If the scalar field says for an inflaton, as presented by Padmanabhan only depends upon time, of course, this means that no scalar field contributing to a fifth force our proposal in the neighborhood of Planck time is to turn the time into being equal to r/[constant times c]. This is in the neighborhood of Planck time. Then having done that, consider the initially Plank regime inflaton field as being spatially varying and from there apply a fifth force as a way to help initiate black hole production and possibly Gravitons.展开更多

In this paper, we attempt to apply the massive vector bosons tunneling method to study the Hawking radiation from the non-rotating and rotating dilaton black holes. Starting with the Proca field equation that govern the dynamics of massive vector bosons, we derive the tunneling probabilities and radiation spectrums of the emitted vector bosons from the static spherical symmetric dilatonic black hole, the rotating Kaluza–Klein black hole, and the rotating Kerr–Sen black hole. Comparing the results with the blackbody spectrum, we satisfactorily reproduce the Hawking temperatures of these dilaton black holes, which are consistent with the previous results in the literature.展开更多
