This paper briefly reviews the cause of the striping and then develops a tapered (Chebwin & Kaiser) window finite impulse response (FIR) filter and a constrained least squares FIR filter by reason of the striping of ASTER satellite data . Both filters minimize the stripes in the visible data and simultaneously minimize any distortion in the filtered data. Finally, the results obtained by using these new filtering methods are quantitatively compared with those produced by other destriping methods. 展开更多

基于FPGA的DeStrip算法的设计

针对红外摄像头产生的图像会伴随条纹噪声干扰的问题,设计一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的红外图像条纹去噪算法。该方案采用二维高斯函数作为模糊核函数设计维纳滤波,以保留图像主要特征,并确保高准确度信号恢复;通过改进维纳滤波获... 针对红外摄像头产生的图像会伴随条纹噪声干扰的问题,设计一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的红外图像条纹去噪算法。该方案采用二维高斯函数作为模糊核函数设计维纳滤波,以保留图像主要特征,并确保高准确度信号恢复;通过改进维纳滤波获取图像的高频信息,依赖高频信息的行中值、列中值还原图像中的条纹噪声,完成图像中条纹噪声的去除;设计串行全比较排序模块,使FPGA能利用合适资源实现图像数据排序工作。FPGA的资源利用率与时序报告分析表明,该算法占用资源适当,时序正常,没有违规,能够在FPGA上实现;经算法处理后的图像峰值信噪比(peak signal-to-noise ratio,PSNR)达到了42.35 dB,图像结构相似性(structural similarity,SSIM)达到了0.917 1,相较于其他条纹噪声抑制算法,该算法拥有更优秀的图像恢复性与结构稳定性。 展开更多

In this paper,an efficient technique for removing strip noise from remote sensing images is proposed in order to better retain image details.Firstly,the remote sensing image with strip noise is decomposed by wavelet technology;Secondly,two variational models are constructed,stripe preserve variation model and a destriping variation model.In order to efficiently separate the detail information in the low level high-frequency component,the stripe preserve variation model eliminates the detail information from the low level high-frequency component(including strip noise)while maintaining the strip noise(including strip noise).In order to successfully save the details in the high level high-frequency component,the destriping variation model eliminates the strip noise in the high level high-frequency component(including the strip noise).Finally,wavelet reconstruction is used to get the denoised image.It is clear from a comparison with previous approaches that the suggested method not only successfully removes strip noise but also preserves image details. 展开更多

A quantitative striping removal algorithm for HY - 1 CCD data

Striping is a common phenomenon in remote sensing imagery acquired by most spaceborneand airborne multispectral sensors. In contrast to the destriping of the images of optoelectronic mechanical scanners, fewer work has been done for push-broom CCD images. Based on the characteristics of HY -1 push-broom multispectral CCD camera and its prelaunch radiometric calibration results, the striping features are analyzed and a quantitative striping removal algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is to obtain the inter-detector equalization curves to reflect the differences between detectors by statistic analysis of the satellite imagery data set, and image stripes arising from the nonuniformity of the detectors of the CCD array can be removed using the estimated equalization curves. The preliminary results show that this method can effectively remove the stripes and preserve the radiometric accuracy of the raw data at the same time. 展开更多
