The relative conductance rate, free proline con... The high temperature tolerance of two Dactylis glomerata materials, D. glom-erata cv. Baoxing and D. glomerata cv. Jinsiling, was evaluated under artificial con-ditions. The relative conductance rate, free proline content and SOD activity in seedling leaves was detected. Results showed that with the increase of temperature, the relative conductance rate and free proline content increased in both two materi-als, while the activity of SOD increased first and then decreased, indicating that the two materials had heat-resistant mechanism. D. glomerata cv. Baoxing presented slightly higher resistance against high temperature under experimental conditions compared with D. glomerata cv. Jinsiling. 展开更多

干旱胁迫下新疆野生鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)苗期抗旱性生理特性 被引量:19

以鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)幼苗叶片为材料,用改良电导法测定配合Logistic方程求拐点温度的方法测定了5种野生鸭茅材料的高温半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,经等梯度的高温处理后,待试材料叶片细胞伤害率和温度之间呈现明显的S形曲线... 以鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)幼苗叶片为材料,用改良电导法测定配合Logistic方程求拐点温度的方法测定了5种野生鸭茅材料的高温半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,经等梯度的高温处理后,待试材料叶片细胞伤害率和温度之间呈现明显的S形曲线,符合Logistic方程,拟合度较好。抗热性排序为:川东鸭茅(LT50=53.50℃)>长阳鸭茅(LT50=53.32℃)>宝兴鸭茅(LT50=52.98℃)>金丝岭鸭茅(LT50=52.84℃)>板壁岩鸭茅(LT50=52.14℃)。通过对供试材料在武汉地区越夏情况的田间观测,发现川东鸭茅、长阳鸭茅长势良好,因此认为这2种材料的耐热性较强。 展开更多

基于城市固废堆肥的尾矿库表土植物修复研究

采用盆栽试验的方法研究了城市固废堆肥(MSWC)结合外来植株果园草[Dactylis glomerata L.(D.glomerata)]和本地植株西班牙欧石楠[Erica australis L.(E.australis)]对葡萄牙S.Domingos矿区尾矿库表土植被恢复和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表... 采用盆栽试验的方法研究了城市固废堆肥(MSWC)结合外来植株果园草[Dactylis glomerata L.(D.glomerata)]和本地植株西班牙欧石楠[Erica australis L.(E.australis)]对葡萄牙S.Domingos矿区尾矿库表土植被恢复和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,MSWC处理表土的pH和水溶性矿物质(P、As、Fe、K、Ca、Mg和Na)的含量均显著增加;D.glomerata和E.australis的生长也得到明显改善,生物量分别增加了0.69~0.91和7.75~8.83倍,其中15 g/kg MSWC对E.australis的增幅最显著;同时也显著提高了所有供试土壤酶的活性。两种不同植株的生长对供试土壤酶活性产生了不同影响,D.glomerata对MSWC处理的土壤脱氢酶、葡萄糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶和纤维素酶活性的改善更为突出,比E.australis生长的土壤分别增加了176.08%~379.16%、186.53%~294.23%、195.27%~204.76%和395.64%~552.04%;E.australis则对蛋白酶活性有明显的促进作用,却抑制了土壤脱氢酶、葡萄糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性,这可能与该植株根系分泌的酚类化合物对土壤酶的抑制作用有关。综上所述,MSWC改善了尾矿库表土的化学性质,能够促进植株生长并改善土壤酶活性,同时对土壤重金属的活性影响很小,因此可作为安全的修复剂用于该尾矿库表土的植被恢复。D.glomerata生长需要化学肥料的持续供应,作为修复植株成本较高。而E.australis对养分需求较低,更能适应尾矿库恶劣的环境条件,成本较低,因此在该尾矿库表土修复上比D.glomerata更具优势。 展开更多

Selecting plants adapted to the climatic and soil conditions of specific locations is essential for environmental protection and economic sustainability of agricultural and pastoral systems. This is particularly true ... Selecting plants adapted to the climatic and soil conditions of specific locations is essential for environmental protection and economic sustainability of agricultural and pastoral systems. This is particularly true for countries like China with a diversity of climates and soils and intended uses. Currently, proper species selection is difficult due to the absence of computer-based selection tools. Climate and soil GIS layers, matched with a matrix of plant characteristics through rules describing species tolerances would greatly improve the selection process. Better matching will reduce environmental hazards and economic risks associated with sub-optimal plant selection and performance. GIS-based climate and soil maps have been developed for China. A matrix of quantitative species tolerances has been developed for example forage species and used in combination with an internet map server that allows customized map creation. A web-based decision support system has been developed to provide current information and links to original data sources, supplementary materials, and selection strategies. 展开更多

A field experiment was carried out at the CSIC Mu&#241ovela farm belonging to the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in order to evaluate the effect of sowing orchard grass (Dactylis glomerata var. Trerano) and lucerne (Medicago sativa var. Aragon) in monoculture and in combination. The experiment was based on a randomized block designed with a factorial arrangement (5 × 2). Experimental units were 40 plots distributed in four blocks. The phosphorus fertilization (P) factor included two types of conditions: basal fertilization without phosphorus (-P) and basal fertilization with phosphorus (+P), and the vegetation cover factor (T) included five conditions depending on the grass (G) and the legume (L). Above-ground biomass showed statistically significant differences among seasons and years (P Lolium perenne L. and Poa pratensis L. throughout the three years indicated that both species significantly increased their presence over time regardless of the treatments applied. The analysis performed for the other plant species (those other than grasses and legumes) allowed us to determine that the T1 and T5 treatments, which correspond to single species not treated with the application of phosphorus, influenced the presence of 70% of other species planted. Our specific aim was to explore how changing plant biotic diversity affects productivity under a given set of conditions. We manipulated plant species richness as an experimental factor to determine if productivity would be affected by changes in the ratios of plants sown. 展开更多
