The calculations show that the ground state of Ca2Mn2O5 is a D-type anti-ferromagnetic structure with the anti-ferromagnetic spin coupling along the c-direction. The corresponding electronic structure of the D-type state is investigated, and the results display that Ca2Mn2O5 is an insulator with an indirect energy gap of -2.08eV. By the partiM density-of-state analysis, the valence band maximum is mainly contributed to by the 0-213 orbitMs and the conduction band minimum is contributed to by the 0-213 and Mn-3d orbitals. Due to the Coulomb repulsion interaction between electrons, the density of state of Mn-3d is pulled to -6--4.5eV.展开更多

A first-order D-type iterative learning control design method ispresented for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown relative degree based on dummy model inthis paper. A dummy model with relative degree 1 is constructed for a class of nonlinear systemswith unknown relative degree. A first-order D-type iterative learning control law is designed basedon the dummy model, so that the dummy model can track the desired trajectory perfectly, and thecontrolled system can track the desired trajectory within a certain error. Glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the central nervous system,leading high mortality rates in human.Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)photosensitizers-based photodynamic therapy(PDT)has emerged as a p...Glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the central nervous system,leading high mortality rates in human.Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)photosensitizers-based photodynamic therapy(PDT)has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for least-invasive treatment of glioma,which involves local irradiation of the tumor using an external near-infrared(NIR)laser.Unfortunately,most AIE photosensitizers suffered from poorly penetration of the visible light excitation,bad spatiotemporal resolution in deep tissues and low efficient blood-brain barrier(BBB)crossing ability,which greatly limited the clinical practice of AIE photosensitizers for especially deep-seated brain tumor treatment.In this work,we developed a multifunctional NIR-driven theranostic agent through hybrid of AIE photosensitizers TIND with rare-earth doping nanoparticles(RENPs)NaGdF4:Nd/Yb/Tm with up/down dual-mode conversion luminescence.The theranostic agent was further decorated with D-type neuropeptide DNPY for crossing BBB and targeting glioma.Under the 808-nm light irradiation,the down-conversion NIR-II luminescence could indicate the position glioma and the upconversion NIR-I luminescence could trigger the AIE photosensitizers producing reactive oxygen species to inhibit orthotopic glioma tumor growth in situ.These results demonstrate that the integration of Dtype neuropeptide,AIE photosensitizers and RENPs could be promising candidates for in vivo NIR-II fluorescence image-guided through-skull PDT treatments of brain tumors.展开更多
目的通过对比分析“亚洲型”DEL孕妇与真阴性孕妇的临床抗-D同种免疫发生率,评估“亚洲型”DEL孕妇免于抗-D监测及RhD免疫球蛋白注射的可行性。方法收集2022年12月至2024年8月期间在本院就诊的165例经盐水法初筛为RhD阴性的孕妇作为研...目的通过对比分析“亚洲型”DEL孕妇与真阴性孕妇的临床抗-D同种免疫发生率,评估“亚洲型”DEL孕妇免于抗-D监测及RhD免疫球蛋白注射的可行性。方法收集2022年12月至2024年8月期间在本院就诊的165例经盐水法初筛为RhD阴性的孕妇作为研究对象。采用吸收放散试验、DEL基因分型和基因测序等技术将孕妇分为“亚洲型”DEL组和真阴性组。在获得知情同意的前提下,本研究对“亚洲型”DEL孕妇实施以下临床管理方案:免除常规抗-D检测、免于RhD免疫球蛋白注射和孕妇输注RhD阳性红细胞,待产后送检胎儿新生儿溶血病(hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn,HDFN)检测。对真阴性孕妇实施常规管理方案。观察对比2组的同种免疫和HDFN发生情况。结果在165例初筛RhD阴性孕妇中,经血清学检测和基因分型鉴定,最终确认42例为“亚洲型”DEL、9例为D变异型和114例为真阴性。在42例“亚洲型”DEL孕妇中,3例因接受RhD免疫球蛋白注射而导致HDFN检测阳性;其余39例在充分告知风险后免除抗-D检测,未接受RhD免疫球蛋白预防,新生儿出生后HDFN检测均阴性。真阴性组中,20例检测到抗-D,其中6例HDFN检测阳性。1例“亚洲型”DEL孕妇在输注2单位RhD阳性红细胞后,未出现RhD同种免疫反应。统计结果显示,“亚洲型”DEL孕妇发生抗-D同种免疫的风险显著低于真阴性孕妇(P<0.05)。结论“亚洲型”DEL孕妇可免于常规抗-D检测,无需常规预防性RhD免疫球蛋白注射。展开更多
