Methods: 60 patients were selected, al...Objective: this paper mainly discusses the role of closed thoracic drainage with traditional silicone tube and central venous tube in the diagnosis and treatment of pneumothorax. Methods: 60 patients were selected, all from pneumothorax patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019. The application measures are different, and the patient's group is also different. 30 pneumothorax patients in the observation group were treated with central venous catheter, and 30 pneumothorax patients in the reference group were treated with traditional silicone tube. With the help of statistical tools, the treatment effect was determined. Results: the treatment mode of the observation group showed outstanding advantages, and the curative effect of the patients was more satisfactory, compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: closed thoracic drainage through central venous catheter is more effective in the treatment of pneumothorax.展开更多
Objective: to observe and analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia sequelae, so as to provide reference for drug treatment of apoplectic...Objective: to observe and analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia sequelae, so as to provide reference for drug treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia patients. Methods: 124 patients with stroke and hemiplegia in the hospital from April 2021 to June 2021 were selected, and the beds were randomly allocated, and were divided into 62 cases of control group and 62 cases of observation group according to whether TCM combined with ozone therapy was carried out. Results: traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia can effectively avoid the occurrence of sequelae, such as facial paralysis, aphasia and hypoesthesia caused by nerve recession. The time of symptom disappearance is significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia can significantly reduce the sequelae symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.展开更多

Methods: analysis of database, in June 2019 to June 2020 months data registration effective samples of 64 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome research, to divide two groups at random, the patient groups within the sample size is set to 32, registered in the control group and experimental group, control group patients choose metformin monotherapy, experimental group patients, on the basis of metformin with clomiphene as a treatment drug. After treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in the two groups were recorded to analyze the efficacy, and the endocrine indexes of patients were recorded to analyze the differences between the groups. Results: the experimental results showed that the conditions of patients in the two groups were improved to a certain extent after the completion of treatment, while the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the data of the two groups were significantly different after comparative analysis (P < 0.05). After the completion of treatment, endocrine index data of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: clomiphene combined with metformin in the clinical treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can help to improve female ovulation symptoms, help to control the patient's condition, can play a good role in the regulation of hormone levels, worthy of further promotion.展开更多
