It, therefore, stresses the interdependence of language and culture. It analyzes the existing problems and their predominant causes in basic EFL teaching, and discusses the possible solutions to be taken to solve such problems. It suggests that there is culture-based instruction for high achievement in classroom acquisition of the target culture. It deems undoubtedly that the systematic permeation of cross-cultural communication aiming at developing cross-cultural awareness is one of the most effective steps toward cultural appropriateness in authentic communication.展开更多
The era of the AEC(ASEAN Economic Community)is an era of regional globalization,and this needs to be examined carefully in the world of education in Indonesia so that Indonesia’s HRs(Human Resources)are ready to face...The era of the AEC(ASEAN Economic Community)is an era of regional globalization,and this needs to be examined carefully in the world of education in Indonesia so that Indonesia’s HRs(Human Resources)are ready to face increasingly fierce competition with other countries.In this regard,it is necessary to lead a culture-based education leader at the school level to produce quality education that is able to produce students who have personality integrity,disciplined attitude,and are creative,innovative,and competitive.Education in ASEAN countries has now entered the era of globalization,where one of them is marked by the ease in which people get information from various parts of the world as a result of rapid technological developments.This has both positive and negative influences on those who receive it.The positive influence of globalization on changes in values and attitudes causes a shift in values and attitudes of all irrational people to be rational while the negative influence of globalization on society is that people feel facilitated with advanced technology that makes them feel they no longer need others in their activities,where sometimes they forget that they are social beings who need to interact with one another.展开更多
From the perspective of culture-based source,the author considered that the ancient Chinese poetry and paintings not only embodied the harmony and unity thought of man and nature,but also were the emotional attachment...From the perspective of culture-based source,the author considered that the ancient Chinese poetry and paintings not only embodied the harmony and unity thought of man and nature,but also were the emotional attachment of Chinese literati.As a diverse and comprehensive aesthetic art,landscape expressed material and spiritual culture doubly,the spiritual connotation of which was inextricably linked within ancient Chinese poetry and paintings.In addition,ancient Chinese poetry and paintings can be directly used in landscape composition,such as the widely used in plaques,inscriptions,couplets,poems and inscriptions,carved beams and painted pillars,painting with words and so on.Chinese literati integrated the ethereal realm of poetry and paintings into garden art,making landscape endow with poetic charm.Therefore,the landscape revealed the traces of literature and arts in aesthetic idea and taste,pushing Chinese garden to a higher aesthetic realm.This study pointed the right way to the future of modern landscape which advocated ecological and harmonious development.展开更多
