The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domest...The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.展开更多
The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(refer...The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.展开更多

This study presents an innovative talent-training framework for high-achieving undergraduates in robotics engineering that integrates a four-phase developmental scaffoldłcognitive ignition,interdisciplinary fusion,res...This study presents an innovative talent-training framework for high-achieving undergraduates in robotics engineering that integrates a four-phase developmental scaffoldłcognitive ignition,interdisciplinary fusion,research immersion,and entrepreneurial translationłwithin a trinity ecosystem composed of an elite“robotics honor academy,”industry-led living-labs,and an international academic alliance.A three-year quasiexperiment involving 186 outstanding students shows that participants achieved a 42%increase in flagship competition awards,2.3-fold rise in first-author IEEE papers,and 96%job-match relevance versus 71%in the control group.The model’s core mechanisms are:(1)dynamic learning pathways steered by AI-diagnosed competency portraits;(2)cross-disciplinary“chameleon”projects co-supervised by university,corporate and clinical partners;(3)an ethical-by-design thread that embeds robo-ethics,sustainability and societal impact assessment into every project milestone.Structural equation modeling confirms that research immersion exerts the strongest total effect on creative self-efficacy(=0:54,p<0:001),while entrepreneurial translation is the key predictor of technology-transfer intention(=0:49).The findings offer a scalable blueprint for cultivating robotics elites who combine deep technical virtuosity with responsible innovation mindset,and can be adapted to other high-tech engineering disciplines.展开更多

The social and economical condition,cultivated land resources and general situation of grain production of research area are introduced.According to relevant data of cultivated land of Kunming City in 2006,taking the ...The social and economical condition,cultivated land resources and general situation of grain production of research area are introduced.According to relevant data of cultivated land of Kunming City in 2006,taking the minimum per capita cultivated land and index model of cultivated land pressure,and combining with two conditions of per capita grain demand which are 300 kg and 400 kg,the comparative research method was used to calculate and analyze the minimum per capita cultivated land and index model of cultivated land pressure.The results show that when per capita grain demand-Gr is 300 kg,the per capita cultivated land in Kunming City has regional differences,reflects different regular patterns of spatial distribution,and presents obvious and typical radial distribution.Urban area of Kunming has the lowest point and be taken as the center,per capita cultivated land decreases progressively from suburban to the periphery;when per capita grain demand-Gr is 400 kg,under the same consumption level,cultivated land pressures of each county in Kunming City are different,and so are the driven factors;when per capita grain demand-Gr is 300 kg or 400 kg,the indexes of cultivated land pressure in Kunming are all greater than 1,cultivated land pressure is enormous,the indexes of cultivated land pressure of each county(district) have two conditions-greater than 1 and less than 2,and the reasons differ from one another.Combining with the spatial distribution characteristics of the cultivated land and food and the situation of industrial development,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forwarded to make full use of back-up cultivated land,to plan the distribution of industrial structure in each county(district) of Kunming City as a whole,to dispose cultivated land resources reasonably and so on.展开更多

文摘This paper examines the academic-work gap in terms of performance reality and performance expectations by expanding on the cultivation model of Master's students in the university context and the most recent industry requirements for talents'competence.The subjects of this paper are Master's degree holders,both academic and professional.The paper examines common issues encountered by enterprise professionals when employing Master's degree holders and proposes a university-enterprise joint cultivation model to achieve win-win outcomes for both higher education institutions and businesses.

文摘The social and economical condition,cultivated land resources and general situation of grain production of research area are introduced.According to relevant data of cultivated land of Kunming City in 2006,taking the minimum per capita cultivated land and index model of cultivated land pressure,and combining with two conditions of per capita grain demand which are 300 kg and 400 kg,the comparative research method was used to calculate and analyze the minimum per capita cultivated land and index model of cultivated land pressure.The results show that when per capita grain demand-Gr is 300 kg,the per capita cultivated land in Kunming City has regional differences,reflects different regular patterns of spatial distribution,and presents obvious and typical radial distribution.Urban area of Kunming has the lowest point and be taken as the center,per capita cultivated land decreases progressively from suburban to the periphery;when per capita grain demand-Gr is 400 kg,under the same consumption level,cultivated land pressures of each county in Kunming City are different,and so are the driven factors;when per capita grain demand-Gr is 300 kg or 400 kg,the indexes of cultivated land pressure in Kunming are all greater than 1,cultivated land pressure is enormous,the indexes of cultivated land pressure of each county(district) have two conditions-greater than 1 and less than 2,and the reasons differ from one another.Combining with the spatial distribution characteristics of the cultivated land and food and the situation of industrial development,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forwarded to make full use of back-up cultivated land,to plan the distribution of industrial structure in each county(district) of Kunming City as a whole,to dispose cultivated land resources reasonably and so on.
文摘Yilan is a successful model of agricultural county transformation during Taiwan's rapid development period. Its urbanization can be considered as an application and evolution of the Garden City concept. With the establishment of a high-quality cluster group and the cultivation of each cluster therein, Yilan has created a healthy, prosperous, and characteristic town agglomeration. Its experiences and development model have great implications for the future construction of small and medium-sized towns in Chinese mainland.
