CPCs泡沫微结构仿生构筑及其压缩力学性能研究

CPCs(导电聚合物复合材料)泡沫具有高强度、吸能性、隔热隔音等优异特性,拥有应用于建筑、交通运输、电子产品等领域的巨大潜力.然而,由于CPC加工的复杂性,难以实现微观多孔结构的可控设计,导致多孔结构简单而随机,限制了其进一步的应用.受生物材料凭借排列有序的各向异性微结构来提升力学性能的启发,本文通过双向冷冻铸造工艺构筑高度对齐各向异性多孔仿生微结构CPCs.与传统的单向冷冻相比,双向冷冻铸造技术制备的对齐各向异性多孔微结构CPCs泡沫的压缩弹性模量和峰值应力分别提高了18.7%和25.4%,且在循环压缩过程中产生屈曲及塌陷的几率明显降低,50%应变下循环压缩2000次后仍保持了91.1%的峰值应力和89.6%的应变恢复率.结合有限元压缩模拟,压缩力学性能的主要增强机制有:优化了应力分布,有效避免局部应力集中导致塑性变形;微米级孔壁及其组成的3D结构的高弹性行为赋予了仿生结构较强的回弹能力;高度对齐的各向异性通道提供了足够的变形空间,提高了其变形协调能力,增强了结构加卸载过程中的可逆性. 展开更多

Arthrospira platensis is an economically important cyanobacterium; and it has been used widely in food and pharmaceutical industries. The phycocyanin(PC) from A. platensis is extremely valuable in medicine and molecular biology due to its antioxidation and anti-tumoring activity and applicability as fluorescence protein tag. In present study, two recombinant plasmids, one contained the phycocyanobilin(PCB)-producing genes(hox1 and pcyA) while the other contained the phycobiliprotein gene(cpcB) and the lyase gene(either cpcS/U or cpcT), were constructed and synchronically transferred into E. coli in order to test the the activities of relevant lyases for catalysing PCB addition to CpcB during synthesizing fluorescent PC holo-β-subunit(β-PC) of A. platensis. As was evidenced by the fluorescence emitted at a peak specific for PC, CpcB was successfully synthesized in E. coli, to which co-expressed PCBs attached though at a relatively low efficiency. The results showed that the attachment of PCBs to CpcB were carried out mainly by co-expressed CpcS/U but CpcB also showed some autocatalytic activity. Currently, no CpcT activity was detected in this E. coli expression system. Further studies will be conducted to improve the efficiency of fluorescent PC synthesis in E. coli. 展开更多

To study the promoter activities of genes cpcT 2 and cpcS 2,several upstream DNA fragments of these two genes with different lengths were selected.These fragments were fused with promoterless gfp(reporter gene) for constructing five recombinant plasmids.Then,these recombinant plasmids were transferred into Nostoc PCC 7120 by conjugation.The promoter activities of genes cpcT 2 and cpcS 2 were determined by observing the fluorescence of green fluorescent protein(GFP) with a fluorescence microscope.The result showed that the 1 300 bp(-1 300 to 0 bp) and 2 600 bp(-2 600 to 0 bp) upstream fragments of cpcT 2 had strong promoter activity and the promoter activity of the 680 bp(-680 to 0 bp) fragment was weaker than that of two above fragments of cpcT 2.The 2 000 bp(-2 000 to 0 bp) upstream fragment of cpcS 2 revealed weak promoter activity.This showed that a strong promoter of cpcT 2 was located in the upstream fragment between-680 and-1 300 bp. 展开更多

CPC病例库构建及在医学本科生临床病理学教学中的应用研究

目的探讨临床病理讨论(clinical pathological conference,CPC)病例库构建在医学本科生临床病理学教学中的应用效果。方法自2023年4月至2024年5月,选取首都医科大学2019级和2020级临床医学专业本科班学生90名作为研究对象。采用随机数... 目的探讨临床病理讨论(clinical pathological conference,CPC)病例库构建在医学本科生临床病理学教学中的应用效果。方法自2023年4月至2024年5月,选取首都医科大学2019级和2020级临床医学专业本科班学生90名作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将90名学生分为实验组和对照组,每组45名。实验组学生采用CPC病例库教学法,对照组学生采用普通教学法。比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、病例库考核成绩,调查实验组学生对CPC病例库教学法的评价。结果实验组学生的病例分析和总成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生的病例库考核成绩显著高于对照组[(88.79±2.52)分vs.(83.53±2.45)分,t=3.017,P=0.003]。实验组学生对CPC病例库教学法的总体满意度较高,认为该种教学方法可提高学生的病例分析能力、学习积极性和自学能力,增强学生对知识的掌握,激发学生的学习兴趣。结论在医学本科生临床病理学教学中应用CPC病例库教学法,有助于提升学生的理论与病例分析水平,提高学习效果。 展开更多

Circulating plasma cells(CPCs)in patients of plasma cell neoplasm have been an area of intense research in recent decades.Circulating tumor plasma cells(CTPCs)might represent a sub-clone of tumor cells that have exited into peripheral blood as a result of the dynamic interactions between the bone marrow(BM)microenvironment and neoplastic plasma cells.Chemokine receptors like chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)and integrins are known to play a role in homing and migration of plasma cells(PCs).The hypoxic microenvironment in the BM niche also contributes to their circulation through various mechanisms.In addition,the CCL3–CCR1 axis probably competes with the retention signals from the CXCR4–α4β1(VLA-4)interaction and actively promotes the exit of PCs from the BM.CTPCs,even in extremely low numbers,can be detected and quantified by high-sensitivity techniques like multi-color flow cytometry and next-generation sequencing.High load of CTPCs noted in patients of plasma cell neoplasm;monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance(MGUS),smoldering multiple myeloma(SMM),multiple myeloma(MM)is a strong predictor of shorter progression free survival(PFS)as well as overall survival(OS).In newly diagnosed patients of MM,a load of CTPCs correlates with the outcomes,i.e.,OS and PFS.With more studies collaborating on the results of previous reports,assessment of the burden of CTPCs may become a complimentary approach for non-invasive risk stratification of MM patients and evaluating the response to therapy.Future research on larger cohorts and longer follow-ups may help to improve the existing staging system by incorporating the load of CTPCs as one of the prognostic indicators.Further studies based on isolation and genetic characterization of CTPCs may help in understanding the pathophysiology of the progression of the disease and may open avenues for newer treatment modalities.This review discusses the pathobiological aspects leading to circulation of neoplastic/tumor plasma cells in peripheral blood and provides a summary of research work done in last two decades on its prognostic importance in various plasma cells neoplasms. 展开更多

Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 目前,大多数露天铜矿的开采过程中都是基于二维图像系统进行爆堆矿石的识别,但是这种方法存在着诸多弊端。为了获取更高精度的爆堆矿石识别结果,本文利用三维激光扫描技术对爆堆进行扫描,得到爆堆的三维点云数据。然后,将基于超体素的... 目前,大多数露天铜矿的开采过程中都是基于二维图像系统进行爆堆矿石的识别,但是这种方法存在着诸多弊端。为了获取更高精度的爆堆矿石识别结果,本文利用三维激光扫描技术对爆堆进行扫描,得到爆堆的三维点云数据。然后,将基于超体素的点云分割方法应用到爆堆矿石的识别当中。同时,本文还将基于超体素的点云分割方法与几种常用点云分割方法进行对比实验,分别从定性定量的角度比较几种点云分割算法的矿石识别准确度。实验发现,基于超体素的CPC分割方法在爆堆矿石识别中的效果较好,能够为点云分割技术在爆堆矿石识别领域的应用提供一定的参考,同时也为爆堆块度计算、爆堆形态模拟预测等爆堆相关领域的研究提供了数据支撑。 展开更多
