This study explores the loss or degradation of the ecosystem and its service function in the Liaohe estuary coastal zone due to the deterioration ofwater quality.Aprediction systembased on support vectormachine(SVM)-p...This study explores the loss or degradation of the ecosystem and its service function in the Liaohe estuary coastal zone due to the deterioration ofwater quality.Aprediction systembased on support vectormachine(SVM)-particle swarm optimization(PSO)(SVM-PSO)algorithm is proposed under the background of deep learning.SVM-PSO algorithm is employed to analyze the pollution status of the Liaohe estuary,so is the difference in water pollution of different sea consuming types.Based on the analysis results for causes of pollution,the control countermeasures of water pollution in Liaohe estuary are put forward.The results suggest that the water pollution index prediction model based on SVM-PSO algorithm shows the maximum error of 2.41%,the average error of 1.24%in predicting the samples,the root mean square error(RMSE)of 5.36×10^(−4),and the square of correlation coefficient of 0.91.Therefore,the prediction system in this study is feasible.At present,the water pollution status of Liaohe estuary is of moderate and severe levels of eutrophication,and the water pollution status basically remains at the level of mild pollution.The general trend is fromphosphorus moderate restricted eutrophication to phosphorus restricted potential eutrophication.To sumup,the SVM-PSO algorithm shows good sewage prediction ability,which can be applied and promoted in water pollution control and has reliable reference significance.展开更多

Methods: the data of 380 patients in the anesthesia recovery room from March 2019 to March 2020 were collected and analyzed retrospectively, and then the related potential safety hazard, the existing nursing quality control problems and the complaints of patients and their families were found out. Through analysis, the causes of potential safety hazard and the related countermeasures were found out. Results: starting from April 2014, the causes of potential safety hazards in the anesthesia recovery room were rectified to solve the related problems from the source, and then the corresponding nursing quality control and training were carried out in the face of patients complaints, so as to improve the nursing quality and implement targeted measures for some problems in nursing, thus reducing potential safety hazards and the possibility of doctor-patient disputes. In recent years, the personal saving rate in the United States has fallen sharply, but the personal saving rate in China is at an astoundingly high level. This paper studies this problem with the positive analysis method from the situation; the reasons of the saving rate disparity between the U.S. and .China, and put forward some proposals about how to deal with the saving problems.

The lack of public awareness education and publicity has caused many negative events in social and public fields, and has also caused people to reflect and pay attention to public awareness education. Therefore, class management is very important for students and even for the whole school. Therefore, this paper discusses what problems will exist in junior high school class management, and puts forward some solutions based on the actual situation, in order to improve the overall level of class management.
