Although ma...In recent years, with climate change, many agricultural systems are facing severe environmental stress, which are seriously threatening the food security and sustainable development of agricultural system. Although mainstream agro-system can effectively reduce the adverse agro-production effect rapidly by using modern technology, but many of them bring serious ecological crisis at the same time. For the sustainable development of agro-systems, the stress mitigation options must give full consideration to ecological protection. The Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems （GIAHS） sites, relying on its unique land use, water conservancy facilities, traditional crops, etc., form unique production system creating a better match with local natural conditions. Based on disaster mitigation system theory and practice, this paper analyzes environmental stress counter-measures of several GIAHS sites in China. The water requirement of milet, a drought-tolerant crop in Aohan Dryland Farming System （recognized as a GIAHS pilot site in 2012）, has a better match with local water conditions. By reducing vulnerability of crops, agriculture survived healthily in semi-arid regions. Honghe Hani Rice Terraces System （recognized as a GIAHS pilot site in 2010）, relying on the unique land and water use patterns, has successfully reshape disaster inducing environment, and effectively reduce the risk/effects of droughts. Besides, due to the high price, rich crop diversity and variety of income channel, the Agricultural Heritage sites can ensure the economic income and agro-system health when facing environmental stress. Stress counter-measures of traditional agricultural systems make full use of the regulation and spontaneity ability of the natural system, which is an important way to achieve sustainable development of ecological agriculture.展开更多

The history of valley-evolution shows the influence of climate and vegetation on the valley-evolution. The energy-concept (energy dissipation concept including the idea of the energy-line) is used for a simple explanation of debris flow. Examples of heavy debris flow disasters in controlled torrents in the Alps and Pyrenees give hints, which expanding the time scale can show that side-effects restrict or counteract the mitigation measures. A pallet of different mitigation measures to avoid or to reduce some of the side-effects is shown. The comprehensive method of disaster mitigation also includes the effect of vegetation. The pallet includes: avoiding hazards (hazard mapping, warning and alarming), appropriate land use and avoiding disaster-enhancing measures in the landscape and technical measures, which take into account their side-effects. The energy line is used as simple design theory. The Jiu-Jitsu Principle is explained too. With this comprehensive method a more sustainable reduction of disasters seems possible.展开更多

The data of 2600 first-time blood donors and 2600 repe...Objective: to analyze the specific influence of blood donor satisfaction on blood collection and supply. Methods: this study will focus on retrospective analysis. The data of 2600 first-time blood donors and 2600 repeat blood donors should be randomly selected from the blood station management system as research specimens. All of them donated blood for free from January 2019 to January 2022, and their satisfaction survey and telephone return visit were conducted to ask for feedback. All the survey results and feedback were comprehensively sorted out and analyzed to confirm their satisfaction. Results: through the analysis of the satisfaction of blood donors, it can be seen that the number of satisfied and dissatisfied patients among the first blood donors is 2561 and 39 respectively, while that among repeat blood donors is 2488 and 112 respectively;compared with that among repeat blood donors, there is more dissatisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion: there are many reasons that affect the satisfaction of blood donors, and the satisfaction of repeat blood donors has declined. We should continue to optimize and improve the service attitude and professional technical level.展开更多

Methods: a total of 100 hospitalized patients in spinal s...Objective: to study the existing or possible nursing risks of patients in the clinical nursing process of spinal surgery, and to take targeted countermeasures. Methods: a total of 100 hospitalized patients in spinal surgery in our hospital were selected, and the research period was from June 2019 to March 2021. Finally, the nursing index data of these patients before and after nursing risk management measures were collected, and the comparative effect and significance between them were analyzed. Results: after the nursing risk control of spinal surgery patients, it was found that all nursing indexes of patients were better than before (P < 0.05). Before the corresponding nursing risk management measures were taken, the nursing quality score of 100 patients was (83.25 ± 2.12), and after the implementation, it was (95.45 ± 3.18). After the implementation, the satisfaction of nursing quality was higher than before (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing work of spinal surgery, it is necessary to be good at finding possible nursing risks and taking corresponding nursing measures. After the implementation, the nursing risks of spinal surgery are obviously reduced, and the nursing quality of patients is improved, which can be popularized in spinal surgery and even the whole surgical system.展开更多
