The aim of this study is to discipline construction in our hospital.The Delphi method was used to construct the constituent elements and specific connotations of the core competence of HCPs,and the analytic hierarchy ...The aim of this study is to discipline construction in our hospital.The Delphi method was used to construct the constituent elements and specific connotations of the core competence of HCPs,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the index weight.A total of 19 experts were included,all with intermediate or higher professional titles.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were all 100%.The judgment basis of experts is 0.895,the degree of familiarity is 0.842,and the coefficient of authority is 0.868.The Kendall harmony coefficients of the first,second,and third-level indicators were 0.381,0.383,and 0.320,respectively.The expert coordination degree was tested by x^(2) test,the P values were all less than 0.05,indicating that the degree of expert coordination was well.After two rounds of letter inquiry,an evaluation index system of core competence of HCPs with professional accomplishment,theoretical knowledge,basic skills,professional skills,and professional development ability as the main framework was formed,including 5 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,and 62 third-level indicators.Based on the Delphi and AHP methods,the index system of HCPs'core competence established has high authority and scientificity,to provide the theoretical basis for the standardized training and comprehensive evaluation of HCPs.展开更多

Introduction:Nurse specialists are being cultivated and trained in China to cope with the international development of nursing discipline.However,an empirical summary and reviews of literature have shown a lack of cor...Introduction:Nurse specialists are being cultivated and trained in China to cope with the international development of nursing discipline.However,an empirical summary and reviews of literature have shown a lack of core competence evaluation standards for emergency nurse specialists(ENSs)in China.ENS training has been conducted in several regions without any effective competence evaluation standards.This paper describes the development and psychometric testing of the Core Competence Evaluation Standards for Emergency Nurse Specialists(CCESENS)in the Chinese context.Methods:Several rigorous research methods were applied.The proposed evaluation process consisted of two phases with seven steps.First,the Core Competence Framework Model for Emergency Nurse Specialist(CCFMENS)was established,and 118 items were generated through a review of literature,theoretical analysis,and expert interviews.Drafts of the dimensions and items were evaluated by two-round Delphi methods.Analysis hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each dimension.Second,field testing was performed among 138 senior emergency nurses.Internal consistency and correlation analysis were applied to test the reliability and validity of the model.Results:The CCESENS consisted of five first-level dimensions,16 second-level dimensions,and 55 items.Cronbach's a coefficient of overall standards was 0.972,and each dimension ranged from 0.508 to 0.972.Expert content validity index was 0.818,and the correlation coefficients of the five first-level dimensions with the overall standards CCESENS ranged from 0.701 to 0.886(P<0.05).Discussion:The CCESENS demonstrated sound internal consistency reliability,content validity,and construct validity.The proposed standard provides an objective standard and reference for assessing,training,and evaluating core competence of ENS.展开更多
Objective:With the continuous advancement of aging in China,the number of older inpatients has increased sharply.Older patients have a high demand for planning their discharge services.Nurses serve as the leader of di...Objective:With the continuous advancement of aging in China,the number of older inpatients has increased sharply.Older patients have a high demand for planning their discharge services.Nurses serve as the leader of discharge planning for patients;there is a lack of reliable evaluation tool to evaluate the core competitiveness of nurses who implement discharge planning for older patients in China.The purpose of this study was to validate the index for the core competence of nurses who lead discharge planning for older patients developed by a project team through the Delphi method in the early stage.Methods:A cross-sectional questionnaire survey with 3-stage stratified sampling was used to select 1075 nurses from 17 public general hospitals in Ningxia,China.Results:The index consists of 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 57 third-level indicators.The results show that 57 third-level indicators had good discrimination.With exploratory factor analysis(EFA),4 common factors that explained 72.79%of the total variance were extracted.The Cronbach's a was 0.98,and the retest reliability within a 14-d interval was 0.86.The confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)results show that the fit of the index structure was good.The criterion validity was 0.73.Conclusions:The index presented excellent psychometric proper ties and can be used to measure the core competence of nurses in implementing discharge planning for older patients in China.展开更多

A hospital environment was simulated by requiring students to perform different types of injections and practical IV infusion techniques. A comprehensive evaluation of the core professional competencies, as well as other integrated competencies, was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the teaching methods. Results： Two-sampled, pairwise u-tests were performed between the scores of the experimental （nursing class 2） and control （nursing class 1） groups. These findings showed that the overall test scores were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group and that the average P-values for the competencies in various categories were 〈0.01, which indicated statistically significant results. Conclusions： Based on the data from this project, diversified teaching methods for basic nursing training founded on animal experimentation can help nursing students perfect their core professional competencies and improve their overall professional standing. This paper divided the core competence into three layers and gave out the Dimensional-Hierarchical structure of core competence through combining the analysis dimensionalities with the competence layers. The model was described to evaluate,analyze and judge the dyeing and weaving corporation’s competence.

文摘Background:The backup nurses are created to meet emergencies in the case of inadequate nursing staff and emergency circumstances,and there are no clear definitions of the core competencies for training and evaluation of backup nurses in the acute care hospitals in China.Methods:This study used a modified Delphi process where an initial list of potential competencies is established following a framework of training need analysis(TNA),literature review,and focus groups.This process generated as a list of 47 core competencies,which is presented to an expert panel(n=20)for consideration in two rounds.Results:As determined by the survey,a combination of 26 core competencies in three specified categories is identified:professional practice ability,critical thinking ability,and interpersonal skills.A total of 154.99 h is required to complete all 26 core competencies,and each item has a corresponding evaluation method.Conclusions:The core competencies provide a scientific basis for the hospital nursing managers to train and evaluate backup nurses,and it may ensure consistency in standards across the country.

文摘The cultivation of history teaching in middle schools involves many aspects and multi-level teaching factors such as classroom teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching means.Taking the Lesson of Primitive Farming Life in the seventh grade volume 1 of People’s Education Press as an example,this paper discussed the cultivation of core competencies of history in middle schools,to improve the implementation process of history courses and promote the cultivation of students’discipline competencies.
