Pathological quality control chips for tuberculosis

Globally,approximately 10 million new tuberculosis(TB)cases are reported annually.Delayed diagnosis due to low detection rates is the primary cause of mortality.Although pathological examination is commonly used for diagnosing TB,5%-30%of cases remain undiagnosed,emphasizing the urgent need to establish quality control(QC)standards to reduce rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnoses.To address this,we introduced a novel QC chip for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB).A quantitative pathological QC model was constructed by precisely and uniformly integrating MTB and HeLa cells into a photocurable hydrogel.This model was then sliced into uniform sections to create QC chips.It demonstrated that the QC chips exhibited no significant differences in intra-batch or inter-batch variation(coefficient of variation<5%),and remained stable at−80°C for one year.Furthermore,these chips were found to be 100%effective when tested with 240 clinical samples(200 with special staining and 40 with polymerase chain reaction).In addition to enhancing TB detection rates,this approach offers visualization,quantification,and sustainable production.Overall,this work provides a novel framework for developing QC chips for pathological testing,offering a reliable solution to enhance clinical diagnostic workflows. 展开更多

Based on the numeric PID technique, the algorithm of pulsant integral accelerated PID control is presented and the negative effects of nonlinearity from friction, clearance and saturation are eliminated. In order to improve the quick-resixmse characteristic, independent thread technique is adopted. 目的探讨组织芯片取样枪在免疫组织化学对照制作中的应用价值。方法用组织芯片取样枪对空白蜡块进行打孔(采用1.5 mm孔径枪头),选取抗体阳性组织块取样(采用2.0 mm孔径枪头),打入预打孔的空白蜡块中,经加热平整、融合、修整及重新包埋... 目的探讨组织芯片取样枪在免疫组织化学对照制作中的应用价值。方法用组织芯片取样枪对空白蜡块进行打孔(采用1.5 mm孔径枪头),选取抗体阳性组织块取样(采用2.0 mm孔径枪头),打入预打孔的空白蜡块中,经加热平整、融合、修整及重新包埋等步骤完成对照芯片制作,制作10块多组织组合的免疫组化对照芯片。对对照芯片进行切片,采用全自动免疫组织化学染色机检测蛋白、Ki-67核抗原、雌激素受体(ER)、人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)、广谱细胞角蛋白CK-pan(CK-pan)5种常见抗体,观察染色效果和统计10块对照芯片的可切质控切片数量,计算均值与标准差。结果对照芯片免疫组织化学染色结果清晰,定位准确,背景干净,P63、Ki-67、ER为细胞核阳性,HER-2为细胞膜阳性,CK-pan为细胞质阳性。平均每块对照芯片可切质控切片206.90张(标准差14.58张),可常温或4℃保存,便于随时取用。结论基于组织芯片取样枪的免疫组织化学对照制作方法操作简便、组织利用率高、可实现多抗体集成对照,染色结果稳定可靠,适用于病理科日常质控,具备良好的临床推广价值。 展开更多

光电系统中的伺服控制器软件一般都带有装订参数,同一种设备的不同台次中装订参数会存在区别,若将其作为固定数值写在软件中,需要根据台次对软件进行区分,大批量生产后不便于进行软件版本管理。针对系统中所用TMS320F28335型数字信号处... 光电系统中的伺服控制器软件一般都带有装订参数,同一种设备的不同台次中装订参数会存在区别,若将其作为固定数值写在软件中,需要根据台次对软件进行区分,大批量生产后不便于进行软件版本管理。针对系统中所用TMS320F28335型数字信号处理器未配备片上EEPROM,不便于进行数据存储的情况。本文提出了一种通过对片上Flash进行读写的操作形式,用来对程序中的装订参数进行存储。实现装订参数的实时更新。通过对比传统的扩展片外EEPROM存储器的方案。试验结果表明,使用片上Flash存储和读写装订参数不需外部扩展硬件电路,不需进行外部GPIO及通信端口的配置,相较于外部EEPROM读取方法更为简单,具有较强的通用性和可靠性。 展开更多

晶棒磨面状态对硅片崩边行为的影响机制研究

针对单晶硅方研磨中“黑亮”表面崩边风险高而“粗糙发白”表面崩边率低的反常现象,系统研究了表面损伤层对多线切割应力的响应机制。通过对比不同研磨工艺制备的硅方表面,结合SEM/TEM表征损伤层结构、纳米压痕测试力学梯度分布及切割... 针对单晶硅方研磨中“黑亮”表面崩边风险高而“粗糙发白”表面崩边率低的反常现象,系统研究了表面损伤层对多线切割应力的响应机制。通过对比不同研磨工艺制备的硅方表面,结合SEM/TEM表征损伤层结构、纳米压痕测试力学梯度分布及切割应力模拟实验,建立了表面-亚表面状态与崩边形貌的映射关系。结果表明,“粗糙发白”表面下5~8μm深的微裂纹网络可通过裂纹偏转与桥联效应有效耗散切割应力,显著抑制收刀崩边。据此提出“损伤层梯度研磨”工艺,将表面粗糙度控制在Ra(0.2~0.5)μm,光泽度控制在25≤GU≤40,使崩边率降低至0.35%以下。工业应用表明,该工艺使硅片综合良品率提升了0.9个百分点,年节约成本超2000万元,为大尺寸薄片化硅片制造提供了可推广的工艺方案。 展开更多

针对全球面临的耕地减少、水资源紧缺和农业污染等现实问题,本文设计了一种新型鱼菜协调共生系统。该系统融合水产养殖与蔬菜种植,借助“互联网+”、单片机及多类传感器实现养殖、种植与循环水处理的全自动化协同管理。系统包含三大功... 针对全球面临的耕地减少、水资源紧缺和农业污染等现实问题,本文设计了一种新型鱼菜协调共生系统。该系统融合水产养殖与蔬菜种植,借助“互联网+”、单片机及多类传感器实现养殖、种植与循环水处理的全自动化协同管理。系统包含三大功能模块:养殖区实施水位监测与水质净化;种植区监测土壤湿度及肥力并自动补给;循环水系统通过虹吸导流实现肥水分离与净水回流。实时监测控制系统可同步采集水位、水温、土壤湿度、肥力及pH值等多项参数。该系统构建了“种养结合、水肥循环、智能调控”的一体化生态模式,有效解决了传统种养模式下资源浪费、调控滞后、水肥管理粗放及数据监测不充分等实际问题。各模块协调运作提升了系统运行效率和稳定性,在提高农业生产效能的同时,实现了水土资源节约,减少了对农药与化肥的依赖,降低了环境负荷,有助于推动农业生产的绿色化与可持续发展。 展开更多

The high-speed computational performance is gained at the cost of huge hardware resource,which restricts the application of high-accuracy algorithms because of the limited hardware cost in practical use.To solve the problem,a novel method for designing the field programmable gate array(FPGA)-based non-uniform rational B-spline(NURBS) interpolator and motion controller,which adopts the embedded multiprocessor technique,is proposed in this study.The hardware and software design for the multiprocessor,one of which is for NURBS interpolation and the other for position servo control,is presented.Performance analysis and experiments on an X-Y table are carried out,hardware cost as well as consuming time for interpolation and motion control is compared with the existing methods.The experimental and comparing results indicate that,compared with the existing methods,the proposed method can reduce the hardware cost by 97.5% using higher-accuracy interpolation algorithm within the period of 0.5 ms.A method which ensures the real-time performance and interpolation accuracy,and reduces the hardware cost significantly is proposed,and it’s practical in the use of industrial application. 展开更多

Built on the Cirrus Logic EP9315 ARM systems-on-chip board, this embedded controller is possible to develop complex embedded control systems that employ advanced control strategies in a rapid and cost-efficient fashion. In this system two fuzzy controller are designed. The PID parameter self adjusting fuzzy controller is used to compensate welding current deviation in the process of arc voltage optimized control. To obtain the optimum result of ultimate frequency of short circuit transfer, the self optimizing fuzzy controller carries out the arc voltage self optimizing by under the condition of the given welding current. It provided automatic dialysis procedures during the night to avoid interruptions in patients'dailyroutine. Furthermore,there is a remarkable decrease in peritonitis occurance usingCCPD. The control system is a critical part for CCPD cycler. The system is approvedto be reliable and flexible in practical experiments.
