Objective: To explore the effect of a whole-course nursing objective management system on disease control and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to propose strategies for constructing such a system ...Objective: To explore the effect of a whole-course nursing objective management system on disease control and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to propose strategies for constructing such a system for these patients. Methods: Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected. The control group (n = 45) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (n = 45) received whole-course nursing. Indicators such as glucose metabolism and compliance behavior were measured before and after care, and the health and quality of life of patients in both groups were evaluated. Results: A comparison of blood glucose levels and compliance behavior showed that the observation group had lower blood glucose levels than the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the compliance behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The holistic nursing model demonstrates significant nursing effects for patients with type 2 diabetes. This approach not only assists in blood sugar control, prevents disease progression, and reduces complications, but also enhances patients’ knowledge of health management, aiding in their recovery.展开更多

It reflects a rational concept of how a rising China handles relations with the outside world. It rejects analysis and understanding of simple traditional thinking that a strong power is bound to seek hegemony. However, the Chinese diplomacy also needs Chinese thinking and perspectives. With analysis eclecticism and incorporated process constructivism to carry out study on the international relations, it can be found that the community of shared destiny is an economic, political and security order, is also a concept order; while a community of shared interests is its foundation, a community of shared security is its guarantee, the common knowledge composes its highest standard. Relying on them to build regional brands is a powerful way to achieve stable income increase of farmers and sustainable development of agriculture. This paper summarized the development of geographical indications of agricultural products in China, and reviewed the development status of overall growth, significant regional differentiation and uneven categories. On the basis of affirming the necessity of brand building of agricultural products, this paper concluded the branding dilemma of the loss of geographical indication resources, weak supervision and insufficient investment of agricultural products in China. Therefore, this paper introduced the idea of "new three Pin and one standardization", and further built a three-stage branding path of "germplasm discovery, quality control, and brand promotion". Based on this, a combination strategy from attaching importance to germplasm quality to formulating brand strategy and enhancing brand competitiveness was proposed. The staged branding construction provides new development ideas for the branding of geographical indications of agricultural products in China, draws out a reference plan for the development of China’s regional characteristic agricultural industry, and lays a solid support for the revitalization of rural industries.展开更多

On the basis of the present situation of calculation of penalty for delay of the bidding section construction period with the critical path method, we studied the effects of contractor-induced delay of the bidding section construction period in detail, including the effects on the construction period of the bidding section itself, the earliest start times of the next bidding section and other subsequent bidding sections, and the construction period of the program, and then constructed a penalty model for delay of the bidding section construction period from the perspective of programs. Using the penalty model, we conducted a practical analysis of penalty for delay of the construction period of the Baoying station program in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The model can help determine the amount of penalty for delay of the construction period in bidding sections scientifically and reasonably,展开更多

The protocol’s specification focuses on the communication between the...The Server-Based Certificate Validation Protocol allows PKI clients to delegate to a server the construction or validation of certification paths. The protocol’s specification focuses on the communication between the server and the client and its security. It does not discuss how the servers can efficiently locate the necessary PKI resources like certificate or certificate revocation lists. In this paper we concentrate on this topic. We present a simple and effective method to facilitate locating and using various PKI resources by the servers, without modifying the protocol. We use the extension mechanism of the protocol for notifying the servers about PKI repositories, certificates, and revocations. We specify the tasks of the servers and certificate issu-ers and define the messages that are exchanged between them. A proof of concept is given by implementing an SCVP server, a client, and the proposed method in Java.展开更多
