A sensor based on the technique of a piezoelectric quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) is analyzed for the detection of six organic volatile compounds with high olive oil sensory significance, such as hexanal, acetic ac...A sensor based on the technique of a piezoelectric quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) is analyzed for the detection of six organic volatile compounds with high olive oil sensory significance, such as hexanal, acetic acid, Z-3-hexenyl acetate, undecane, 1-octen-3-ol and 2-butanone. Four sample concentrations have been exposed to each QCM sensor constructed. The detection system is based on the sample adsorption on the forty sensing films coated at the surfaces of forty AT-cut gold-coated quartz crystals. Each sensing film has been prepared with different solution concentrations of ten materials, usually used as chromatographic sta-tionary phases. Sensing film coating process shows excellent repeatability, with coefficient values less than 0.50%. The frequency shifts of the piezoelectric crystals due to the adsorption of the volatile compounds have been measured as sensor responses, using a static measurement system. The results show that only five QCM sensors, with high sensitivity values, are enough to the detection of the volatile compounds studied. Therefore, the developed detection system presented herein provides a rapid identification of organic volatile compounds with elevated olive oil sensory connotation and it could be a substitute technique to the analytical methods normally used for the analysis of the olive oil flavor.展开更多

The exchange and mutual appreciation of different cultures is an important topic in the context of globalization,and traditional patterns are the crystallization of the national cultures of various countries.The study...The exchange and mutual appreciation of different cultures is an important topic in the context of globalization,and traditional patterns are the crystallization of the national cultures of various countries.The study focuses on the Ming Dynasty Mandarin square in ancient China and the Tudor Dynasty coat of arms during the same period in England.By using comparative research,case studies,and combining historical documents and images,the origins of the two types of decorations are traced,and their social connotations and influencing factors are analyzed.Research has shown that under the influence of the historical backgrounds of politics,economy,and culture,the two types of decorative patterns exhibit a realistic aesthetic trend.The cultural connotations not only demonstrate social narrative functions such as customs and rituals,but also reflect political system functions such as hierarchy and honor.The different historical origins give rise to cultural differences in the selection of decorative elements between the two.The comparative study of the two is not only beneficial for conducting decorative design research from a global perspective,but also can promote the modern inheritance of traditional patterns while seeking common ground and reserving differences.展开更多

In addition to the fever and respiratory symptoms in the process of coronavirus infections, gastrointestinal symptoms, especially diarrhea, are prominent features of its acute infection and long COVID. The associations between the lung and large intestine have been demonstrated by Western medicine in aspects such as tissue origin, microflora homeostasis, mucosal immunity, renin-angiotensin system(RAS) and autonomic nervous system as well, which are considered as the evidence of material basis and potential regulatory mechanisms for “gutlung crosstalk(肺肠串扰)” in COVID-19. We have noticed that probiotics and other preparations can regulate the intestines, and further treat COVID-19 with effective and gratifying results. In the system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), there's a term of “exterior-interior pairing of the lung and large intestine(肺与大肠相表里)”, showing an interconnection of the lung and the bowels. “Exterior-interior pairing of the lung and large intestine” is an important part of the theory of visceral activities proposed by ancient physicians through a long-term observation and practice. It's considered that “lung” and “large intestine” are interconnected and mutually exterior-interior in the normal physical activities and the disease development, providing a theoretical basis for treating lung diseases and bowel diseases from the perspective of overall concept. The study aims to compare the term of “exterior-interior pairing of the lung and large intestine” in TCM and “gut-lung crosstalk” in Western medicine regarding the development of COVID-19 and its intestinal symptoms, and provide more ideas for diagnosing and treating lung and bowel related diseases.展开更多

文摘In order to effectively serve the modernization of China,the Landscape Architecture discipline of the College of Science and Technology of China Three Gorges University,building on its distinctive disciplinary strengths and proactively adapting to the demands of the times,has proposed an innovative transformation and development model centered on the principle of“Green,Digital-intelligence,Humanity,and Integration(GDHI)”and conducted comprehensive practical research through multiple dimensions,including restructuring talent training programs,innovating teaching content and methods,and fostering indepth interdisciplinary integration.This has resulted in the formation of a distinctive,innovative teaching methods,providing valuable experience for further transformation and reshaping of the Landscape Architecture discipline and related disciplines.
文摘The exchange and mutual appreciation of different cultures is an important topic in the context of globalization,and traditional patterns are the crystallization of the national cultures of various countries.The study focuses on the Ming Dynasty Mandarin square in ancient China and the Tudor Dynasty coat of arms during the same period in England.By using comparative research,case studies,and combining historical documents and images,the origins of the two types of decorations are traced,and their social connotations and influencing factors are analyzed.Research has shown that under the influence of the historical backgrounds of politics,economy,and culture,the two types of decorative patterns exhibit a realistic aesthetic trend.The cultural connotations not only demonstrate social narrative functions such as customs and rituals,but also reflect political system functions such as hierarchy and honor.The different historical origins give rise to cultural differences in the selection of decorative elements between the two.The comparative study of the two is not only beneficial for conducting decorative design research from a global perspective,but also can promote the modern inheritance of traditional patterns while seeking common ground and reserving differences.

文摘The cultivation of the educator spirit among normal university students provides dual guidance in theory and practice for higher education institutions to train future teachers with noble educational sentiments and professional qualities.This study elaborates on the essential connotation of the educator spirit from six perspectives:guiding philosophy,spiritual cultivation,internal requirements,essential requirements,the soul of teacher ethics,and sources of motivation.On this basis,it explains the three major dilemmas in cultivating the educator spirit among normal university students:the cognitive dilemma regarding the understanding of the value of the educator spirit and educational identity,the integration dilemma caused by the disconnection between educational curriculum design and the penetration of the educator spirit,and the alienation dilemma arising from improper connection between educational practice and the educator spirit.Therefore,it is proposed to incorporate the educator spirit into the evaluation system for normal university students,by deepening the understanding of values,optimizing curriculum design,strengthening practice orientation,and comprehensively motivating and evaluating normal university students’recognition and practice of the educator spirit,in order to promote the inheritance and innovation of the educator spirit.
文摘From the perspective of ritual and music civilization,various study travel activities are currently being organized in different stages of teaching,leading students to experience traditional ritual and music culture in various places and fostering a strong cultural foundation in education.This article mainly analyzes the connotation of ritual and music civilization in the study travel teaching of the Temple of Heaven,clarifies the value of study travel education in the Temple of Heaven,explores the inheritance of traditional culture and students’personal development,and finally proposes practical strategies for study travel education to improve its effectiveness.

文摘The infection of SARS-CoV-2 has triggered the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the fever and respiratory symptoms in the process of coronavirus infections, gastrointestinal symptoms, especially diarrhea, are prominent features of its acute infection and long COVID. The associations between the lung and large intestine have been demonstrated by Western medicine in aspects such as tissue origin, microflora homeostasis, mucosal immunity, renin-angiotensin system(RAS) and autonomic nervous system as well, which are considered as the evidence of material basis and potential regulatory mechanisms for “gutlung crosstalk(肺肠串扰)” in COVID-19. We have noticed that probiotics and other preparations can regulate the intestines, and further treat COVID-19 with effective and gratifying results. In the system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), there's a term of “exterior-interior pairing of the lung and large intestine(肺与大肠相表里)”, showing an interconnection of the lung and the bowels. “Exterior-interior pairing of the lung and large intestine” is an important part of the theory of visceral activities proposed by ancient physicians through a long-term observation and practice. It's considered that “lung” and “large intestine” are interconnected and mutually exterior-interior in the normal physical activities and the disease development, providing a theoretical basis for treating lung diseases and bowel diseases from the perspective of overall concept. The study aims to compare the term of “exterior-interior pairing of the lung and large intestine” in TCM and “gut-lung crosstalk” in Western medicine regarding the development of COVID-19 and its intestinal symptoms, and provide more ideas for diagnosing and treating lung and bowel related diseases.
