Electroacupuncture stimulation of auricular concha region improves loss of control over stress induced depression-like behavior by modulating 5-hydroxytryptamine 1A receptor

OBJECTIVE:To observe whether electroacupuncture stimulation of auricular concha region(EA-ACR)on behavior changes of depression by loss of control over stress model(LOC),and whether its effect is improved by regulating the expression levels of hydroxytryptamine(serotonin,5-HT)1A receptor(5-HT_(1A)R)/hydroxytryptamine(serotonin,5-HT)2A receptor(5-HT_(2A)R)in hippocampus.METHODS:LOC was prepared using a Skinner box,and EA-ACR to observe behavioral changes,and Western Blot was used to detect the changes of 5-HT_(1A)R/5-HT_(2A)R in the hippocampus,and then observe the changes of EA-ACR behavior after microinjection of 5-HT_(1A)R/5-HT_(2A)R antagonist into the hippocampus.RESULTS:EA-ACR improve depressive-like behavior,up-regulated 5-HT_(1A)R expression and down-regulated 5-HT_(2A)R expression in hippocampal brain area.EA-ACR did not improve depression-like behavior after hippocampal microinjection of 5-HT_(1A)R antagonist,while injection of 5-HT_(2A)R antagonists can improve depressionlike behaviors.CONCLUSION:EA-ACR can improve depressive-like behaviors.Loss of control over stress leads to upregulation of 5-HT_(1A)R and down-regulation of 5-HT_(2A)R in the hippocampus,while EA-ACR mainly improves depressive behavior by regulating 5-HT_(1A)R in Hip. 展开更多

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of using a strip-shaped cymba conchae orthosis for the nonsurgical correction of complex auricular deformities. Methods: Clinical data were collected from 2020 to 2021 for 6 patients who underwent correction using a stripshaped cymba conchae orthosis. The indications, corrective effects, and complications associated with use of the orthosis were analyzed. Results: There were four indications for treatment: cryptotia with helix adhesion;cryptotia with grade I microtia;cryptotia with excessive helix thickness;and auricular deformity beyond the treatment time window(≥6 months). Excellent corrective effects were observed in all 6 patients. Complications occurred in one patient, who recovered after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: The use of a strip-shaped cymba conchae orthosis alone or combined with a U-shaped helix orthosis presents a feasible approach for correcting complex auricular deformities or deformities beyond the treatment time window in pediatric patients. 展开更多

Meretricis concha is a kind of marine traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and has been commonly used for the treatment of asthma and scald burns. In order to investigate the relationship between the inorganic elemental fingerprint and the geographical origin identification of Meretricis concha, the elemental contents of M. concha from five sampling points in Rushan Bay have been determined by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). Based on the contents of 14 inorganic elements(Al, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se, and Zn), the inorganic elemental fingerprint which well reflects the elemental characteristics was constructed. All the data from the five sampling points were discriminated with accuracy through hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA) and principle component analysis(PCA), indicating that a four-factor model which could explain approximately 80% of the detection data was established, and the elements Al, As, Cd, Cu, Ni and Pb could be viewed as the characteristic elements. This investigation suggests that the inorganic elemental fingerprint combined with multivariate statistical analysis is a promising method for verifying the geographical origin of M. concha, and this strategy should be valuable for the authenticity discrimination of some marine TCM. 展开更多

The goal of this paper is to explore the relationship between the inorganic elemental fingerprint and the geographical origin identification ofMeretricis concha, which is a commonly used marine traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of asthma and scald bums. For that, the inorganic elemental contents ofMeretricis concha from five sampling points in Jiaozhou Bay have been determined by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, and the comparative investigations based on the contents of 14 inorganic elements (A1, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se and Zn) of the samples from Jiaozhou Bay and the previous reported Rushan Bay were performed. It has been found that the samples from the two bays are ap- proximately classified into two kinds using hierarchical cluster analysis, and a four-factor model based on principle component analysis could explain approximately 75% of the detection data, also linear discriminant analysis can be used to develop a prediction model to distinguish the samples from Jiaozhou Bay and Rushan Bay with accuracy of about 93%. The results of the present investi- gation suggested that the inorganic elemental fingerprint based on the combination of the measured elemental content and chemom- etric analysis is a promising approach for verifying the geographical origin ofMeretricis concha, and this strategy should be valuable for the authenticity discrimination of some marine TCM. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the impacts of electroacupuncture(EA)at auricular concha on gastrointestinal motility in the rats with type 2 diabetes(T2D).Methods:A total of 30 SD male rats were collected.8 rats of them were in a control group and the rest22 rats were prepared as the model of T2D by intraperitoneal injection with streptozotocin(STZ)and high-fat forage.Blood glucose≥16.7 mmol/L for 3 times was considered as modeling success in rats,thus the rats were collected in a T2D group(n=16).These 16 T2D rats were divided into a model group(n=8)and an intradermal auricular electroacupuncture stimulation(iaES)group(n=8)according to random number table.In the iaES group,intervention with EA was applied at auricular concha unilaterally each time,once daily,on both sides alternatively,5-day treatment as 1 course,at the interval of 2 days between courses,totally for 4 weeks.No any intervention was given in the model group and the control group.At the end of 4 weeks of intervention,the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion were determined,ELISA method was adopted to determine gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL),and random blood glucose value and food intake were recorded in the iaES group,the model group and the control group successively.Results:After modeling,as compared with the control group,the food intake and random blood glucose were increased significantly(both P<0.001)and body weight was reduced obviously(P<0.01)in the T2D group.After intervention for 4 weeks,compared with the model group,the food intake and gastric content weight were obviously reduced(both P<0.05),the serum GAS content,gastric emptying and intestinal transit rate,as well as random blood glucose reduction were all higher(all P<0.05)in the rats of the iaES group,but the difference was not significant in MTL between the iaES groups and the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at auricular concha improves gastrointestinal motility in T2D model rats. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To observe the impact of Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis) on spontaneously hypertensive rats via blood pressure, serum calcium, vascular smooth muscle membrane L-type calcium channel α1 C subunit (CaL-α1C), plasma membrane calci- um-ATPase (PMCA) mRNA expression, and the L-type calcium channel in vascular smooth muscle cells. METHODS: Twelve-week-old male rats with sponta- neous hypertension were divided into three groups: a Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis) group (group 1), a nifedipine group (group 2), and a dis- tilled water group (group 3). All were given a four-week treatment. Blood pressure and dissocia- tive serum calcium were examined before treat- ment. Blood pressure was taken every week during treatment. Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to examine dissociative serum calcium. Re-verse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was used to examine the expression of CaL-α1C and PM- CA1 mRNA. The patch clamp technique was used to examine the electrophysiological characteristics of the vascular smooth muscle cell calcium chan- nels. RESULTS: After treatment, blood pressure of the Shijueming (Concha Halioticlis) group lowered but not significantly (P〉0.05). Blood pressure of the nifedipine group lowered significantly (P〈0.05). Blood pressure of the distilled water group re- mained high. The concentration of serum calcium in the Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis) and the dis- tilled water groups lowered (P〈0.05). Expression of CaL-α1C mRNA in the nifedipine group decreased compared with the distilled water group (P〈0.01). There was the decreasing trend in the Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis) group, but it was not statistically significant. Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis) also had effects on the expression of PMCA1 mRNA but with- out statistical significance. However, there was a significant decreasing effect on vascular smooth muscle cell Ica-L flow. CONCLUSION: This study indicated that Shijuem- ing (Concha Haliotidis) could increase serum calci- um and decrease blood pressure. It may work by in- fluencing calcium channels, expression of PMCA1 mRNA, and regulating ion calcium channels and calcium-ATPase. 展开更多

Objective:To explore whether auricular concha eletroacupuncture(ACEA)is effective in regulating lipidlipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress.Methods:Thirty-six adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were placed in four groups(9 rats in each group),the rats in three groups of which were submitted to cold stress for fourteen days,the last one of which was a control group.After the cold stress process,in those three groups,the rats of one group were with no treatment(stress only),two were treated with either ACEA or auricular margin eletroacupuncture(AMEA)repeated for fourteen days.On the 14th day,all the rats were sacrificed after all experimental procedure for blood sampling.Blood glucose,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were tested by using the collected serum.Plasma lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT)was measured with ELISA kit.Results:ACEA down-regulated the TG level(P<0.05)and LDL-C level(P<0.05),and up-regulated HDL-C level(P<0.05)and LACT level(P<0.05).AMEA did not regulate the bio-markers.Conclusion:ACEA played an important role in regulating lipid-lipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress. 展开更多

Backgroud:The electroacupuncture of auricular concha area(EA-ACR)proved to have a good regulatory effect on insomnia and the release of melatonin,which is most closely related to sleep.However,there is little research to demonstrate the relationship between EA-ACR and melatonin.The objective of present study is to observe the effects of EA-ACR on the circadian rhythm of melatonin secretion in p-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA)-induced insomnia rats.Methods:The study divided 36 male Sprague-Dawley rats randomly into three groups:12 in blank group,12 in model group,and 12 in EA-ACR group.By using PCPA intraperitoneal injection for 2 days,insomnia model was established.EA-ACR group was treated for 28 days.We observed the effects of EA-ACR on the rats'behavioral changes,open-field test and weight during the experiment.After the experiment,the rat tail and heart blood were collected,and the melatonin was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Compared with the blank group,28–30 hours after PCPA intraperitoneal injection,the circadian rhythm of sleep and the total sleep time of model rats decreased.Compared with the model group,electrical stimulation in the ear concha region could effectively reverse the behavioral changes of rats,and increase the trend of weight growth(P=0.010),the crossing score(P=0.014),vertical motion score(P=0.015)and the level of plasma melatonin secretion(P=0.020)with the trend showing a rhythmic pattern(0–60 minutes upward,60–120 minutes downward,120–150 minutes upward).Conclusion:EA-ACR can improve the quality of life(weight),ameliorate exploring irritable and anxiety behaviors in PCPA-induced insomnia rats.The underlying effects of EA-ACR may be excited on the circadian rhythm of melatonin secretion in PCPA-induced insomnia rats. 展开更多

CT showed heterogenous opacity and enlargement of left middle turbinate. There is an increasing interest in discovering new antibacterial agents derived from nature to enhance the treatment of various bacterial infections.Defensins and their derived peptide fragments exhibit significant antibacterial activity without any cytotoxic effects,making them attractive features for potential novel antibacterial therapeutics.Crassostrea gigas,a traditional seafood that has been used worldwide for centuries,has its shells applied in Chinese medicine as Ostreae concha.In this study,bioinformatics analysis was used to obtain a novel antibacterial peptide,CGD-1,derived from marine Chinese medicine Ostreae concha.The physicochemical characterization and circular dichroism analysis results demonstrated that CGD-1 assembled into anα-helical structure in a simulated membrane environment,and it displayed antibacterial action against Gram-negative bacteria.The minimal inhibitory concentrations against both Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27853 and Escherichia coli ATCC25922 were 25μM.CGD-1 was able to efficiently permeate the cell membrane.Changes in bacterial cell morphology were evaluated using a field emission scanning electron microscope.The results suggested that CGD-1 exerted its antibacterial activity through permeabilizing and disrupting the bacterial cell membrane.Therefore,CGD-1 may have potential applications in fighting against pathogenic bacteria such as P.aeruginosa and E.coli. 展开更多

通过查阅历代本草古籍和炮制规范等相关文献资料,笔者对牡蛎的品名、产地、采收、品质、炮制历史沿革、相关炮制规范、现代炮制工艺、炮制前后化学成分和药理作用转变等方面进行系统考证和梳理,以期为牡蛎的炮制工艺研究和质量标准建立... 通过查阅历代本草古籍和炮制规范等相关文献资料,笔者对牡蛎的品名、产地、采收、品质、炮制历史沿革、相关炮制规范、现代炮制工艺、炮制前后化学成分和药理作用转变等方面进行系统考证和梳理,以期为牡蛎的炮制工艺研究和质量标准建立提供文献依据。经考证可知,牡蛎入药历史悠久,各时期出现的别名和俗称较多,《神农本草经》始以“牡蛎”为其正名并沿用至今,尚有牡蛤、左顾牡蛎、蠔壳等别称。该药材道地性广泛,采收时期多不固定。古人多认为其左壳质优,但现代并未见此说法。牡蛎的炮制方法包括研、熬、煅、炒、煨、炙、醋淬、盐淬、酒淬、童便制、米泔水制等,煅法沿用至今。1963—2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》均仅收载煅牡蛎,各地方炮制规范主要收录有煅牡蛎、盐牡蛎和醋牡蛎3种炮制品。其现代炮制研究主要集中在工艺优化、化学成分及药理作用转变方面,且研究方法较为单一。目前存在炮制规范不统一、工艺参数不明确、质量标准不完善等问题,不利于牡蛎的质量控制和临床规范用药。因此,进一步探究牡蛎及其炮制品的药效物质基础以阐明其炮制机制、规范其炮制工艺、完善其质量标准是十分必要的。 展开更多

九味熄风颗粒为已上市中成药,因方中龙骨为一级重点保护古生物化石,拟以牡蛎替代原方龙骨对产品进行改良,为评价改良后产品是否与原方的有效性和安全性一致,开展该项随机、双盲、平行对照、多中心、等效性临床试验。该研究计划纳入288... 九味熄风颗粒为已上市中成药,因方中龙骨为一级重点保护古生物化石,拟以牡蛎替代原方龙骨对产品进行改良,为评价改良后产品是否与原方的有效性和安全性一致,开展该项随机、双盲、平行对照、多中心、等效性临床试验。该研究计划纳入288例抽动障碍(TD)患儿,以1∶1随机分为2组,试验组服用九味熄风颗粒(以牡蛎替代龙骨),对照组服用九味熄风颗粒,疗程6周,在治疗满2、4、6周进行访视。主要疗效指标为治疗满6周耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表-总抽动(YGTSS-TTS)评分与基线的差值,结果组间比较差异无统计学意义;2组差值(试验组-对照组)及95%CI的全分析数据集(FAS)为-0.17[-1.42,1.08]、符合方案数据集(PPS)为0.29[-0.97,1.56],均在等效界值[-3,3],等效性检验成立。次要疗效指标包括抽动疗效总有效率、YGTSS评分及各因子评分、临床总体印象-严重度量表(CGI-S)评分、中医证候疗效、单项症状消失率,其组间比较差异均无统计学意义,与主要疗效指标构成了完整的证据链。该研究共报道6例不良反应,试验组4例(2.82%),对照组2例(1.41%),组间差异无统计学意义;未出现严重可疑非预期不良反应,实验室检查结果未提示需临床特别关注的异常变化。结果表明,支持使用牡蛎替代原方中的龙骨,替代后其疗效和安全性与原方一致。 展开更多

目的:通过分析石决明(皱纹盘鲍)药材-饮片-标准汤剂的物相及组成变化,探索其量质传递过程,为有效控制其质量提供参考。方法:收集20批不同产地的石决明(皱纹盘鲍)药材,制备煅制饮片和标准汤剂,分别测定三者CaCO_(3)含量并计算出膏率和转... 目的:通过分析石决明(皱纹盘鲍)药材-饮片-标准汤剂的物相及组成变化,探索其量质传递过程,为有效控制其质量提供参考。方法:收集20批不同产地的石决明(皱纹盘鲍)药材,制备煅制饮片和标准汤剂,分别测定三者CaCO_(3)含量并计算出膏率和转移率;采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)研究三者的元素组成及其相对含量的变化;采用X射线衍射法(XRD)研究三者的物相组成变化并建立各自的XRD特征图谱;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)研究三者的化学组成及含量变化并建立各自的FTIR特征图谱,同时结合层次聚类分析(HCA)、主成分分析(PCA)及正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)找寻三者的共同及差异性特征,探寻标准汤剂制备过程中的量质传递关系。结果:20批石决明药材、饮片、标准汤剂CaCO_(3)质量分数分别为93.87%~98.95%、96.02%~99.97%、38.29%~51.96%,标准汤剂出膏率为1.71%~2.37%,饮片-标准汤剂的CaCO_(3)转移率为0.68%~1.27%;XRF测定结果表明,石决明药材、饮片所含元素种类及其相对含量具有较高相似度,饮片、标准汤剂所含元素种类虽无明显差异,但相对含量差异明显,主要体现在Ca元素相对含量的减少和Na元素相对含量的增加;XRD测定结果表明,石决明药材主要含文石(aragonite:PDF#99-0013)和方解石(calcite:PDF#99-0022)2种晶型的CaCO_(3);而饮片仅含方解石(calcite:PDF#99-0022)一种晶型的CaCO_(3);标准汤剂主要含方解石晶型的CaCO_(3)和钠长石晶型(natrite:PDF#37-0451)的Na_(2)CO_(3);FTIR测定结果表明,石决明药材中存在O-H、C-H、C=O、HCO_(3)-及CO_(3)^(2-)基团的内部振动,饮片及标准汤剂中中主要存在O-H、HCO_(3)-及CO_(3)^(2-)基团的振动。结论:石决明(皱纹盘鲍)药材-饮片的变化主要是煅制后CaCO_(3)含量的增加、CaCO_(3)文石晶型向方解石晶型的转变及有机成分的消失,饮片-标准汤剂的变化主要是CaCO_(3)含量的减少及Na_(2)CO_(3)相对含量的增加。该研究建立的方法可用于贝壳类药材-饮片-标准汤剂的质量控制,为贝壳类中药配方颗粒质量控制研究提供新思路。 展开更多

该研究对17批牡蛎(近江牡蛎)“药材-煅制饮片-饮片标准汤剂”过程的物相变化及量质传递进行分析。采用化学滴定法测定其主要成分碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))含量,计算出膏率和转移率,牡蛎药材、饮片、标准汤剂的CaCO_(3)质量分数范围分别为94.39%~... 该研究对17批牡蛎(近江牡蛎)“药材-煅制饮片-饮片标准汤剂”过程的物相变化及量质传递进行分析。采用化学滴定法测定其主要成分碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))含量,计算出膏率和转移率,牡蛎药材、饮片、标准汤剂的CaCO_(3)质量分数范围分别为94.39%~98.80%、95.03%~99.22%、84.58%~90.47%,药材-饮片得率范围96.85%~98.55%,CaCO_(3)转移率范围96.92%~99.27%,饮片-标准汤剂出膏率范围2.86%~5.48%,CaCO_(3)转移率范围2.59%~5.13%。X射线荧光光谱(X-ray fluorescence,XRF)分析结果显示三者主要含钙(Ca)、钠(Na)、镁(Mg)、硅(Si)、氯(Cl)、溴(Br)、铝(Al)、铁(Fe)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钾(K)等元素,化学计量学结果显示药材-饮片差异性元素Cr、Fe、Si相对含量增加,饮片-标准汤剂Mg、Al、Br、K、Cl、Na等差异性元素的相对含量增加。采用粉末X射线衍射光谱(X-ray diffraction,XRD)技术建立了牡蛎药材、饮片和标准汤剂的XRD特征图谱,分析可见药材-饮片-标准汤剂过程中,三者主要物相均为方解石型CaCO_(3),未见晶型的转变或新物相的产生。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)技术建立了牡蛎药材、饮片和标准汤剂的FTIR特征图谱,分析结果显示药材中存在O-H、C-H、C=O、C-O和CO_(3)^(2-)等基团的内部振动,煅制后因有机质成分损失,饮片及其标准汤剂未见C-H、C=O、C-O等基团对应的特征峰信息。综上,该研究通过测定CaCO_(3)含量,计算出膏率和转移率,比较药材-饮片-标准汤剂三者的元素变化,FTIR特征图谱及XRD特征图谱的差异,阐明了牡蛎药材-煅牡蛎饮片-标准汤剂过程的量质传递及物相变化,结果合理可靠,为后续煅牡蛎(近江牡蛎)配方颗粒的工艺研究和质量标准制定奠定了基础,为牡蛎等介类中药“药材-饮片-标准汤剂-配方颗粒”的全过程质量控制提供了思路与方法。 展开更多

目的采用层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-基于指标相关性的权重确定方法(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation,CRITIC)复合加权法优选牡蛎的炮制工艺,并对牡蛎药材和煅牡蛎饮片的重金属及有害元素进行健康... 目的采用层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-基于指标相关性的权重确定方法(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation,CRITIC)复合加权法优选牡蛎的炮制工艺,并对牡蛎药材和煅牡蛎饮片的重金属及有害元素进行健康风险评估。方法采用单因素试验,结合热重-差热分析(thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis,TG-DTA)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)和X射线衍射光谱(X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,XRD)技术,对不同温度所得牡蛎煅制品进行表征与分析,初步确定煅制温度。采用正交试验,以CaCO3、5种重金属及有害元素含量、饮片得率和酥脆程度为指标,基于AHP-CRITIC复合加权法优选最佳炮制工艺。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)法检测牡蛎药材和煅牡蛎饮片中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 5种重金属及有害元素含量。以原粉入药为例,计算靶标危害系数(target hazard quotients,THQ)和致癌风险(carcinogenic risk,CR),对牡蛎药材和煅牡蛎饮片的重金属及有害元素进行健康风险评估。结果优化后的牡蛎炮制工艺为煅制温度650℃,煅制时间90min,药材直径2~3 cm。炮制后的煅牡蛎饮片中CaCO_(3)含量变化不大,重金属及有害元素含量降低。健康风险评估模型THQ和CR结果显示,22批牡蛎药材和煅牡蛎饮片均不会对暴露人群产生明显健康危害,无潜在致癌风险,且煅牡蛎饮片较牡蛎药材的健康风险显著降低(P<0.05)。结论将重金属及有害元素含量纳入评价指标,使结果更具全面性,采用AHP-CRITIC复合加权法将主、客观相结合以优选牡蛎的煅制工艺,所得工艺科学可靠,稳定可行,为牡蛎等贝壳类中药的炮制工艺研究提供了实验思路与方法。对牡蛎药材和煅牡蛎饮片的重金属及有害元素进行健康风险评估,为中医临床用药安全和含牡蛎保健食品的长期安全服用提供了科学依据。 展开更多

通过查阅历代本草、医籍、方书并结合近现代文献资料,对瓦楞子名称、基原、产地、采收加工、炮制与功能主治等进行系统梳理与考证,以期为含瓦楞子经典名方的开发提供依据。瓦楞子入药以“蚶”之名首载于《本草拾遗》,后世本草因明代李... 通过查阅历代本草、医籍、方书并结合近现代文献资料,对瓦楞子名称、基原、产地、采收加工、炮制与功能主治等进行系统梳理与考证,以期为含瓦楞子经典名方的开发提供依据。瓦楞子入药以“蚶”之名首载于《本草拾遗》,后世本草因明代李时珍错将“蚶”条与“魁蛤”合并的影响,出现魁陆、伏老等别称,明代《医宗必读》始将“瓦楞子”作为其正名收录并沿用至今。历代本草中所载对瓦楞子药材的文字描述及附图特征基本与现代魁蚶Arca inflata、毛蚶A.subcrenata、泥蚶A.granosa相符。古代有壳与肉2个部位的药用记载,现瓦楞子以壳入药,其肉多为食用。古代以浙江、山东及两广地区为主产区,且以浙江所产为佳。现认为魁蛤A.inflata多分布于黄海北部,泥蚶A.granosa多分布于我国山东半岛以南沿海地区,毛蚶A.subcrenata广泛分布于我国各沿海地区,其品质以个完整,内色白、无残肉及砂土者为佳。古代无明确采收期,炮制以煅后醋淬或煅壳研粉为主,现采收期为秋冬季节,采收后直接洗净碾碎生用或明煅法炮制后入药。历代本草对瓦楞子壳性味的记载以“温,甘,咸,性平”为主,现认为瓦楞子味咸,性平。古代认为瓦楞子主治“心腹冷气,腰脊冷气,利五脏,健胃,令人能食”,现今多认为瓦楞子能消痰化瘀,软坚散结,制酸止痛,可用于顽痰胶结,黏稠难咯,瘿瘤,瘰疬,癥癖痞块,胃痛泛酸等征。建议经典名方中涉及瓦楞子的,按经典名方中药物炮制要求选取相应的炮制方法,未注明炮制要求的可依据产品功能定位来确定。 展开更多

目的:建立石决明及其伪品的鉴别方法,完善石决明质量评价方法。方法:收集来自17批皱纹盘鲍Haliotis discus hannai、3批杂色鲍H.diversicolor、4批澳洲鲍H.ruber、3批羊鲍H.ovina、3批白鲍H.laevigata、3批耳鲍H.asinina和3批黑足鲍H.i... 目的:建立石决明及其伪品的鉴别方法,完善石决明质量评价方法。方法:收集来自17批皱纹盘鲍Haliotis discus hannai、3批杂色鲍H.diversicolor、4批澳洲鲍H.ruber、3批羊鲍H.ovina、3批白鲍H.laevigata、3批耳鲍H.asinina和3批黑足鲍H.iris基原的石决明。采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法(UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS/MS)对不同基原石决明及其伪品的酶解物进行分析,结合Venn图筛选各物种潜在特征离子。采用UPLC-三重四极杆串联质谱法(UPLCQq Q-MS/MS)对特征离子进行验证,建立特征离子专属性检测方法。结果:从皱纹盘鲍、澳洲鲍、白鲍、羊鲍、杂色鲍、耳鲍、黑足鲍中分别筛选出1182、167、47、89、104、203、424个潜在特征离子,并筛选出9个特征离子。建立的特征离子鉴别方法中9个特征离子的精密度、稳定性、重复性均符合要求。不同基原石决明及其伪品均能检出各自的特征离子,包括皱纹盘鲍m/z 631.83~886.48(双电荷)、m/z 631.83~443.74(双电荷);澳洲鲍m/z 699.28~232.11(双电荷),m/z 699.28~544.27(双电荷);白鲍m/z 535.76~752.37(双电荷)、m/z 535.76~548.28(双电荷);羊鲍m/z 708.35~442.28(双电荷)、m/z 708.35~215.14(双电荷);杂色鲍m/z 561.33~614.86(三电荷)、m/z 561.33~468.28(三电荷)、m/z 608.29~618.32(双电荷)、m/z 608.29~390.21(双电荷);耳鲍m/z 769.85~274.10(双电荷)、m/z 769.85~532.75(双电荷)、m/z 827.43~646.36(单电荷)、m/z 827.43~257.12(单电荷)及黑足鲍m/z 468.24~576.29(双电荷)、m/z 468.24~505.26(双电荷)。结论:该研究从6种基原石决明及伪品中共筛选出9个特征离子,并建立了专属性鉴别方法,有助于解决石决明现有质量评价方法的局限性,为其生产、流通、用药质量提供依据。 展开更多

电刀在耳甲腔成形术中的临床效果分析

目的探讨使用电刀直接做耳甲腔成形术对外耳道形状与大小的影响及术后临床疗效观察。方法选取2022年1月至2024年2月于延边大学附属医院耳鼻喉科行开放式乳突切开术并同时使用电刀直接进行甲腔成形术的患者45例(45耳)作为研究对象,分别... 目的探讨使用电刀直接做耳甲腔成形术对外耳道形状与大小的影响及术后临床疗效观察。方法选取2022年1月至2024年2月于延边大学附属医院耳鼻喉科行开放式乳突切开术并同时使用电刀直接进行甲腔成形术的患者45例(45耳)作为研究对象,分别在手术完成之际、术后2周、术后1个月、术后6个月对外耳道形状进行评估,测量外耳道的垂直径(D1)、水平径(D2),根据两径计算外耳道口横截面积(S=1/4πD1×D2)。并观察其术后干耳时间、术腔上皮化时间、有无术腔感染、外耳道口狭窄、软骨膜炎等并发症的发生。结果术后干耳时间为28~52 d,平均(33.39±2.76)d,术后完全上皮化时间30~58 d,平均(38.33±1.98)d。术后6个月复查时外耳道形态为圆形者(垂直径与水平径的差值在2 mm内)43例(95%),椭圆形(垂直径与水平径的差值>2 mm)者2例(5%),术后完成之际、术后2周、术后1个月、术后6个月外耳道口的横截面积分别为(2.76±0.42)cm^(2)、(2.76±0.42)cm^(2)、(2.67±0.41)cm^(2)、(2.63±0.40)cm^(2),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用电刀直接做耳甲腔成形术方法简单易行,术后外耳道口形态规则、美观,不易狭窄,能有效的匹配术腔通气。 展开更多

煅牡蛎标准汤剂“量-质”传递规律研究

综合运用现代分析方法,以出膏率、CaCO_(3)含量、CaCO_(3)转移率,以及同步热分析(TG-DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱为关键质量属性,揭示牡蛎药材-煅牡蛎饮片-煅牡蛎标准汤剂的“量-质”传递规律,为其质... 综合运用现代分析方法,以出膏率、CaCO_(3)含量、CaCO_(3)转移率,以及同步热分析(TG-DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱为关键质量属性,揭示牡蛎药材-煅牡蛎饮片-煅牡蛎标准汤剂的“量-质”传递规律,为其质量控制提供参考。选取15批牡蛎药材为原料,制备煅牡蛎饮片及煅牡蛎标准汤剂,计算煅牡蛎标准汤剂出膏率,采用络合滴定法测定三者CaCO_(3)含量,计算煅牡蛎饮片-标准汤剂CaCO_(3)转移率;采用TG-DSC研究三者的热分解特性及热效应特征,构建TG-DSC指纹图谱;采用FTIR建立FTIR指纹图谱,剖析三者化学基团的动态变化情况;采用HPLC测定三者的氨基酸成分,构建HPLC指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价。同时结合主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)探寻三者在FTIR特征以及氨基酸成分方面的异同。结果显示,15批牡蛎药材、煅牡蛎饮片及煅牡蛎标准汤剂CaCO_(3)含量分别为94.68%~97.79%、96.53%~98.41%、81.86%~90.21%,煅牡蛎标准汤剂出膏率为2.78%~4.94%,煅牡蛎饮片-标准汤剂的CaCO_(3)转移率为2.54%~4.42%;TG-DSC结果表明,三者有机质及CaCO_(3)分别在30~580℃、580~800℃范围内分解,且与药材、饮片相比,煅牡蛎标准汤剂中CaCO_(3)吸热峰提前,热稳定性显著降低;FTIR结果表明,三者主要成分均为方解石型CaCO_(3),牡蛎药材中主要存在O—H、C=O及CO_(3)2-基团,煅制后未见C=O基团;HPLC结果表明,所建立的指纹图谱平均相似度均在0.9以上,14种氨基酸成分可有效传递。此外,多元统计分析方法可有效将三者区分,筛选出7个FTIR差异波段、3种氨基酸差异成分。所建立的方法可用于煅牡蛎标准汤剂全过程的质量控制。 展开更多
