If teachers only use the traditional oral teaching method, the teaching effect is not ideal. Because the physics subject contains many experiments, if students cannot watch the experiment process, students thinking ability and practical ability will be affected. However, under the constraints of teaching conditions, some physics experiments cannot be carried out. With the help of virtual simulation experiment technology, under the virtual simulation experiment, the simulation degree is high and the operation is relatively simple, also has the advantage of safety and risk-free, to compensate for the deficiency of the traditional teaching methods. To a certain extent, also can innovate teaching methods, students can fully observe the physical phenomenon operation process, help students to master the corresponding knowledge. This paper explores the integration of simulation technology in Engineering Mechanics(EM)teaching in vocational colleges.A case study was conducted using the tensile test as an example,and digital resources,such as colored Mises stress nephograms,were obtained.These resources were integrated into the original curriculum to conduct teaching experiments.The results show that the use of digital resources significantly improved the quality of teaching in EM.The integration of simulation technology in EM teaching provides a promising direction for the improvement of vocational education and the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.The development and application of more simulation-based teaching cases should be studied by scholars. 展开更多

目的构建以病毒性肝炎为例的多路径交互式传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统并进行初步的教学效果论证。方法利用虚拟仿真技术,以护理流程为指导,设计开发以病毒性肝炎为例的传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统,并应用于护理本科生的实验教学,采用虚... 目的构建以病毒性肝炎为例的多路径交互式传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统并进行初步的教学效果论证。方法利用虚拟仿真技术,以护理流程为指导,设计开发以病毒性肝炎为例的传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统,并应用于护理本科生的实验教学,采用虚拟实验操作得分、人均操作次数、实验时长及学生的满意度进行评价。结果构建的多路径交互式传染病护理虚拟仿真实验系统以病毒性肝炎患者的诊疗和护理为背景案例,按照护理流程分为疾病诊断、入院护理、对症护理、出院护理4个模块。4个模块共包括14个交互任务,其中5个交互任务设置多条路径,呈现实时反馈的个性化、多样化实验流程。560名学生虚拟实验操作平均得分为(80.02±12.75)分,使用系统总次数为698次,人均使用1.25次,平均实验时长为(61.30±24.54)min,学生对系统的整体满意度(非常满意者占比)为96.96%。结论本研究所构建的实验系统具有良好的有效性和可行性,可为护理本科专业开展传染病护理学虚拟仿真实验教学提供借鉴。 展开更多

目的在基础医学实验基本技能课程中引入“线上+线下”“虚拟+现实”混合式教学模式,探究此模式在实验教学中的可行性。方法在同专业两个班级分别采用传统启发式教学法和混合式虚拟仿真实验教学法。传统启发式教学组以教师讲授、示范为主... 目的在基础医学实验基本技能课程中引入“线上+线下”“虚拟+现实”混合式教学模式,探究此模式在实验教学中的可行性。方法在同专业两个班级分别采用传统启发式教学法和混合式虚拟仿真实验教学法。传统启发式教学组以教师讲授、示范为主,再由学生进行实验操作。混合式虚拟仿真实验组分“基础学习-线下教学、进阶学习-线上教学、巩固学习-线下教学、拔高学习-线上教学”四个阶段,线上教学依托具体的虚拟实验项目进行学习和演练。通过课堂测试和问卷调查,比较两个班级学生的学习效果。结果混合式虚拟仿真实验组学生学习效果明显优于传统启发式教学组(P<0.05),且大部分学生认为混合式教学可提高学习能力和思维能力。结论在基础医学实验基本技能课程中实施“线上+线下”结合“虚拟+现实”混合式教学模式,实现了学与练并行,突破了时间与空间的限制,提高了学生学习效率与水平,培养了学生的学习兴趣和创新能力,对推动实验教学改革与创新具有重要意义。 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of virtual simulation experiment combined with picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in medical imaging practical teaching.Methods:97 students from the medical imaging class of 2022 were divided into two groups;the control group(n=48)was taught by the traditional teaching method,whereas the research group was taught by virtual simulation experiment combined with PACS(n=49).The teaching achievements and teaching effects of the two groups were compared to define the advantages of the two teaching modes.Results:Initially,there were no significant differences in the basic theory,image analysis,report writing,and differential diagnosis scores between the two groups of students(P>0.05);however,after 16 weeks of teaching,the scores of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pass rate of students in the study group(93.88%)was higher than that in the control group(81.25%);the scores of students in the research group in terms of clinical inquiry skills,X-ray/computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging(X-ray/CT/MRI)operation skills,and doctor-patient communication skills were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In medical imaging practical teaching,the application of virtual simulation experiment combined with PACS can effectively address several problems in the traditional teaching mode,including the single teaching method,the single teaching content,and the lack of innovation,and,at the same time,improve students’basic theoretical knowledge,X-ray/CT/MRI operation skills,consultation skills,and doctor-patient communication skills,thereby effectively improving the teaching quality and learning effect. 展开更多
