Water quality is a pressing issue affecting the sustainable development of lakes.To elucidate the spatial and temporal characteristics of water quality in Bos ten Lake,China,this study constructed a comprehensive wate...Water quality is a pressing issue affecting the sustainable development of lakes.To elucidate the spatial and temporal characteristics of water quality in Bos ten Lake,China,this study constructed a comprehensive water quality index(CWQI) based on key water quality indicators,utilizing water quality data collected from 17 sampling sites spaning from 2011 to 2019.Key water quality indicators were determined using factor analysis,and the spatial and temporal characteristics of key water quality indicators and the CWQI were examined using multivariate statistical analysis.The key water quality indicators included pH,chemical oxygen demand(COD),water transparency(SD),NO3-,total dissolved solids(TDS),Cl-,SO42-,and electrical conductivity(EC).Furthermore,the contribution rates of all water quality indicators to the water quality were quantitatively elucidated using the SHapley Additive explanations(SHAP) values,thereby validating the factor analysis outcomes.Among the eight key water quality indicators,the COD had the most significant influence on the water quality of Bos ten Lake.The water quality condition of Bosten Lake has remained at Class Ⅲ from 2011 to 2019(CWQI ranging from3.19 to 3.90).The water quality of Bos ten Lake was characterized by distinct regional differences that arose from hydrodynamic processes within the lake and upstream water quality.The southwestern region exhibited the best water quality(mean CWQI of 3.47),whereas the northwestern region exhibited the worst(mean CWQI of 3.58).It is crucial to acknowledge that alongside the increase in industrial and agricultural effluent discharge monitoring,a series of ecological restoration projects for the lake basin have been initiated.Over time,the water quality of Bosten Lake showed gradual improvement(improvement rate of CWQI at 0.05/a).This study provides a critical scientific basis for enhancing the understanding and effective management of water quality in the Bosten Lake Basin through a comprehensive analysis of its spatial and temporal evolution and driving mechanisms.展开更多
Underground space resources are important for the purposes of urban sustainable development and are a significant means by which to realize three-dimensional urban development.A reasonable and scientific evaluation of...Underground space resources are important for the purposes of urban sustainable development and are a significant means by which to realize three-dimensional urban development.A reasonable and scientific evaluation of underground space resources is the foundation for the rational use of land resources and urban planning.On the basis of the geological conditions used by preceding researchers,this study adds the analysis of two influencing factors of social and economic value,alongside existing facilities and protection needs.The evaluation index is quantified and the comprehensive quality evaluation system of underground space resources is constructed.Finally,taking the Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an example,the evaluation of underground space resources is carried out.The results show that for shallow underground space,the comprehensive quality of underground space resources development in Nanshan District is generally high.Nantou,Nanshan and Yuehai streets are recommended as areas to actively develop underground space,whereas the Qianhai and Houhai areas are recommended to be used with caution in the development and construction of their underground space.In addition,this study also provides a reference for the purposes of underground space planning in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen.展开更多

This study investigated the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,volatile flavor components,microbial communities,and sensory evaluation of high-temperature Daqu(HTD)during the maturation process,and a standar...This study investigated the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,volatile flavor components,microbial communities,and sensory evaluation of high-temperature Daqu(HTD)during the maturation process,and a standard system was established for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD.There were obvious changes in the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and volatile flavor components at different storage periods,which affected the sensory evaluation of HTD to a certain extent.The results of high-throughput sequencing revealed significant microbial diversity,and showed that the bacterial community changed significantly more than did the fungal community.During the storage process,the dominant bacterial genera were Kroppenstedtia and Thermoascus.The correlation between dominant microorganisms and quality indicators highlighted their role in HTD quality.Lactococcus,Candida,Pichia,Paecilomyces,and protease activity played a crucial role in the formation of isovaleraldehyde.Acidic protease activity had the greatest impact on the microbial community.Moisture promoted isobutyric acid generation.Furthermore,the comprehensive quality evaluation standard system was established by the entropy weight method combined with multi-factor fuzzy mathematics.Consequently,this study provides innovative insights for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD during storage and establishes a groundwork for scientific and rational storage of HTD and quality control of sauce-flavor Baijiu.展开更多

The Yongding New River is essential for the water supplies of Tianjin.To date,there is no comprehensive report that assesses the year-round water quality of the Yongding New River Main stream.Moreover,little attention...The Yongding New River is essential for the water supplies of Tianjin.To date,there is no comprehensive report that assesses the year-round water quality of the Yongding New River Main stream.Moreover,little attention has been given to determining a combined weight for improving the traditional comprehensive water quality identification index(ICWQII)by the game theory.Seven water quality parameters were investigated monthly along the main stream of the Yongding New River from May 2018 to April 2019.Organic contaminants and nitrogen pollution were mainly caused by point sources pollution,and the total phosphorus mainly by non-point source pollution.Dramatic spatio-temporal variations of water quality parameters were jointly caused by different pollutant sources and hydrometeorological factors.In terms of this study,an improved comprehensive water quality identification index(ICWQII)based on entropy weight or variation coefficient and traditional CWQII underestimated the water qualities,and an ICWQII based on the superstandard multiple method overvalued the assessments.By contrast,water qualities assessments done with an ICWQII based on the game theory matched perfectly with the practical situation.The ICWQII based on game theory proposed in this study takes into account not only the degree of disorder and variation of water quality data,but also the influence of standard-exceeded pollution indicators,whose results are relatively reasonable.All findings and the ICWQII based on game theory can provide scientific support for decisions related to the water environment management of the Yongding New River and other waters.展开更多
Actinidia arguta is a berry fruit with high nutritional values.To evaluate the comprehensive quality,the fruit weight,titratable acid(TAC),soluble solids(SSC),vitamin C,mineral elements,and taste value of67 accessions...Actinidia arguta is a berry fruit with high nutritional values.To evaluate the comprehensive quality,the fruit weight,titratable acid(TAC),soluble solids(SSC),vitamin C,mineral elements,and taste value of67 accessions of A.arguta were measured,and sensory attributes including olfactive intensity,juiciness,sweetness,sourness,and astringency were assessed.Cluster analysis was carried out based on mineral elements,and principal component analysis(PCA)was used for comprehensive score ranking.The result demonstrated that fruit weight ranged from 3.5 g to 24.2 g,SSC ranged from 11.94%to 20.56%,TAC ranged from 0.15%to 1.20%,and vitamin C ranged from 3.51 g/kg to 230.76 g/kg(fresh weight)among the tested samples.There were significant differences in sourness,sweetness,bitterness,and umami among the 67 accessions based on electronic tongue analysis,and this result was rapidly and objectively characterized by the sensory assessment.The dendrogram was obtained and clustered the accessions into two major clusters,and five principal components were extracted by PCA.Overall,the information provided by this study identified the 10 best germplasm resources for fresh-eating and processing fruits.It can provide theoretical reference for nutritional efficacy evaluation and food development of A.arguta.展开更多

Because expert opinions are based on information and judgment criteria, determining their weight may lead to uncertainty.. Therefore, an improved AHP method had been developed. The process of the improved AHP method involved four key procedures. The weights of pollution factors were completely related to the objective monitoring data through the standardization of these procedures. The environmental comprehensive quality of water and sediment of Xuanwu Lake, Nanjing, China had been evaluated. The environmental quality comprehensive indices (EQCI) of the water in 1991-1995 and 1996-2000 were 3.32 and 1.85, respectively, indicating that the water quality improved. The EQCI of the sediment in 1995 and 2000 indicates that the sediment contamination decreased from 1995 to 2000. Such results agreed with the fact that the lake had been under comprehensive control. However, with the classical AHP method, the EQCI of the sediment in the northwestern part of the lake may have indicated that sediment contamination increased from 1995 to 2000. The discrepancy may have resulted from the judgment difference of the experts. The improved AHP method can avoid arbitrariness of subjective judgment and can reflect the real influential factors of environment pollution in different periods or regions.展开更多

In the western Sichuan Basin,the Permian Qixia Fm grained dolomite reservoirs are currently the new focus of natural gas exploration and development.The Qixia Fm is characterized by developed dissolved vugs and fractu...In the western Sichuan Basin,the Permian Qixia Fm grained dolomite reservoirs are currently the new focus of natural gas exploration and development.The Qixia Fm is characterized by developed dissolved vugs and fractures,low matrix porosity and strong heterogeneity,so evaluation faults tend to occur if reservoir effectiveness is evaluated by means of the traditional porosity evaluation,and the consequently the predicted gas well productivity is more deviated from the actual measurement.In this paper,the characteristics of Qixia Fm reservoirs in this area were firstly analyzed.Then,the method and criterion of the effectiveness evaluation of Qixia Fm reservoirs in the western Sichuan Basin were established by means of numerical simulation and special logging data processing.And the following research results were obtained.First,surface porosity of matrix pores and secondary dissolved vugs calculated based on the special processing of conventional logging and electric imaging logging can be used to evaluate the reservoir properties of reservoirs.Second,deep and shallow dual lateral logging in combination with electric imaging logging and Stoneley wave energy data can be used to evaluate the filtration capacity of reservoirs.Third,the criterion of effective Qixia Fm reservoirs is established,including storage coefficient〓〓0.6,deep lateral resistivity<5000 U$m,surface porosity>0.6%,Stoneley wave attenuation 10% and comprehensive reservoir evaluation index 0.25,and the evaluation criterion can well characterize reservoir quality and gas well productivity.The field application results of this evaluation method and evaluation criterion indicate that the coincidence rate of reservoir effectiveness has increased from 70%to over 90%.Thus,the technical difficulties related to the heterogeneous carbonate reservoir effectiveness evaluation are basically solved.Besides,they provide a basis for the determination of production test layer selection,completion engineering and development scheme so as to cut down the natural gas exploration and development cost.展开更多

Methods: from March to July 2021, 800 students who studied the comprehensive experimental courses of histology and embryology were randomly divided into the control group (conventional teaching mode) and the observation group (mixed teaching mode). The statistical differences in the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (learning interest, autonomy, professional belief, thinking ability and humanistic quality) of the two groups of students before and after teaching were compared, and the statistical differences in the satisfaction degree of the two groups of students and teachers with the teaching process were compared. Results: the scores of the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (interest in learning, humanistic quality, professional belief, thinking ability and autonomous learning) of the students in the two groups were increased. the scores of comprehensive quality of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after teaching, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (86.00%) was higher than that of the control group (71.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of mixed teaching model in the comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology can comprehensively improve students comprehensive quality and improve students satisfaction with the teaching process.展开更多

文摘In order to better implement the“Three-Dimensional Education”and cultivate high-quality nursing talents,the integration of ideological and political education into the pathogen biology curriculum promotes curriculum reform and application.This article explores the use of various teaching methods and means in the teaching process of pathogen biology under the guidance of ideological and political education,aiming to stimulate students’learning interest,cultivate their autonomous learning ability,independent thinking,problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities,and thus improve their comprehensive qualities and medical professional literacy.

文摘The Yongding New River is essential for the water supplies of Tianjin.To date,there is no comprehensive report that assesses the year-round water quality of the Yongding New River Main stream.Moreover,little attention has been given to determining a combined weight for improving the traditional comprehensive water quality identification index(ICWQII)by the game theory.Seven water quality parameters were investigated monthly along the main stream of the Yongding New River from May 2018 to April 2019.Organic contaminants and nitrogen pollution were mainly caused by point sources pollution,and the total phosphorus mainly by non-point source pollution.Dramatic spatio-temporal variations of water quality parameters were jointly caused by different pollutant sources and hydrometeorological factors.In terms of this study,an improved comprehensive water quality identification index(ICWQII)based on entropy weight or variation coefficient and traditional CWQII underestimated the water qualities,and an ICWQII based on the superstandard multiple method overvalued the assessments.By contrast,water qualities assessments done with an ICWQII based on the game theory matched perfectly with the practical situation.The ICWQII based on game theory proposed in this study takes into account not only the degree of disorder and variation of water quality data,but also the influence of standard-exceeded pollution indicators,whose results are relatively reasonable.All findings and the ICWQII based on game theory can provide scientific support for decisions related to the water environment management of the Yongding New River and other waters.

文摘Actinidia arguta is a berry fruit with high nutritional values.To evaluate the comprehensive quality,the fruit weight,titratable acid(TAC),soluble solids(SSC),vitamin C,mineral elements,and taste value of67 accessions of A.arguta were measured,and sensory attributes including olfactive intensity,juiciness,sweetness,sourness,and astringency were assessed.Cluster analysis was carried out based on mineral elements,and principal component analysis(PCA)was used for comprehensive score ranking.The result demonstrated that fruit weight ranged from 3.5 g to 24.2 g,SSC ranged from 11.94%to 20.56%,TAC ranged from 0.15%to 1.20%,and vitamin C ranged from 3.51 g/kg to 230.76 g/kg(fresh weight)among the tested samples.There were significant differences in sourness,sweetness,bitterness,and umami among the 67 accessions based on electronic tongue analysis,and this result was rapidly and objectively characterized by the sensory assessment.The dendrogram was obtained and clustered the accessions into two major clusters,and five principal components were extracted by PCA.Overall,the information provided by this study identified the 10 best germplasm resources for fresh-eating and processing fruits.It can provide theoretical reference for nutritional efficacy evaluation and food development of A.arguta.

文摘The relative importance of each pollution factor in analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method comes from pooling expert opinions in general. Because expert opinions are based on information and judgment criteria, determining their weight may lead to uncertainty.. Therefore, an improved AHP method had been developed. The process of the improved AHP method involved four key procedures. The weights of pollution factors were completely related to the objective monitoring data through the standardization of these procedures. The environmental comprehensive quality of water and sediment of Xuanwu Lake, Nanjing, China had been evaluated. The environmental quality comprehensive indices (EQCI) of the water in 1991-1995 and 1996-2000 were 3.32 and 1.85, respectively, indicating that the water quality improved. The EQCI of the sediment in 1995 and 2000 indicates that the sediment contamination decreased from 1995 to 2000. Such results agreed with the fact that the lake had been under comprehensive control. However, with the classical AHP method, the EQCI of the sediment in the northwestern part of the lake may have indicated that sediment contamination increased from 1995 to 2000. The discrepancy may have resulted from the judgment difference of the experts. The improved AHP method can avoid arbitrariness of subjective judgment and can reflect the real influential factors of environment pollution in different periods or regions.

文摘College physical education located at the last stage of school physical education, it is not only related to comprehensively promote and enhance the overall quality of students’ physical and mental quality education, but also related to the quality of higher education and the implementation of personnel training ' tness activities. However, for a long time, due to the historical and social impact of many factors, college physical education work is far from being universally recognized. College physical course consists of theoretical physical education class and sports practical classes composed of only two courses in order to achieve common development goals college physical education. At present, although the theory of physical education teaching experts made a number of proposals for reform, but did not form a complete teaching system, which leads to the problem of teaching the theory of college sports programs still cannot get solved. We studied sports teaching evaluation system, describes the theoretical basis for building efficient sports teaching appraisal system, and analyzes the constituent elements of the evaluation system.

文摘In the western Sichuan Basin,the Permian Qixia Fm grained dolomite reservoirs are currently the new focus of natural gas exploration and development.The Qixia Fm is characterized by developed dissolved vugs and fractures,low matrix porosity and strong heterogeneity,so evaluation faults tend to occur if reservoir effectiveness is evaluated by means of the traditional porosity evaluation,and the consequently the predicted gas well productivity is more deviated from the actual measurement.In this paper,the characteristics of Qixia Fm reservoirs in this area were firstly analyzed.Then,the method and criterion of the effectiveness evaluation of Qixia Fm reservoirs in the western Sichuan Basin were established by means of numerical simulation and special logging data processing.And the following research results were obtained.First,surface porosity of matrix pores and secondary dissolved vugs calculated based on the special processing of conventional logging and electric imaging logging can be used to evaluate the reservoir properties of reservoirs.Second,deep and shallow dual lateral logging in combination with electric imaging logging and Stoneley wave energy data can be used to evaluate the filtration capacity of reservoirs.Third,the criterion of effective Qixia Fm reservoirs is established,including storage coefficient〓〓0.6,deep lateral resistivity<5000 U$m,surface porosity>0.6%,Stoneley wave attenuation 10% and comprehensive reservoir evaluation index 0.25,and the evaluation criterion can well characterize reservoir quality and gas well productivity.The field application results of this evaluation method and evaluation criterion indicate that the coincidence rate of reservoir effectiveness has increased from 70%to over 90%.Thus,the technical difficulties related to the heterogeneous carbonate reservoir effectiveness evaluation are basically solved.Besides,they provide a basis for the determination of production test layer selection,completion engineering and development scheme so as to cut down the natural gas exploration and development cost.

文摘Objective: to analyze the specific effect of mixed teaching model on students comprehensive quality in the process of comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology. Methods: from March to July 2021, 800 students who studied the comprehensive experimental courses of histology and embryology were randomly divided into the control group (conventional teaching mode) and the observation group (mixed teaching mode). The statistical differences in the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (learning interest, autonomy, professional belief, thinking ability and humanistic quality) of the two groups of students before and after teaching were compared, and the statistical differences in the satisfaction degree of the two groups of students and teachers with the teaching process were compared. Results: the scores of the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (interest in learning, humanistic quality, professional belief, thinking ability and autonomous learning) of the students in the two groups were increased. the scores of comprehensive quality of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after teaching, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (86.00%) was higher than that of the control group (71.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of mixed teaching model in the comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology can comprehensively improve students comprehensive quality and improve students satisfaction with the teaching process.
