Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received d...Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the patients’psychological states before and after nursing.Patient satisfaction with nursing was analyzed using a nursing satisfaction survey scale.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation and control groups were 98.33%and 83.33%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary micro-nodules can effectively relieve their psychological pressure and improve nursing satisfaction,demonstrating clinical value.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elde...Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion.展开更多

Methods: A quasi-experimental design was employed, involving 60 pregnant women with GDM who were purposively selected and randomly allocated into experimental and control groups, each comprising 30 participants. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing interventions and pregnancy monitoring, while the control group received standard nursing care. Data collection was conducted using demographic questionnaires, pregnancy indicators, and maternal-infant outcome measurement tools. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Results: The findings indicated significant improvements in fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, amniotic fluid index, and neonatal birth weight in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, no statistically significant differences were observed in body mass index (BMI) or pregnancy weight gain. Comprehensive nursing interventions were associated with a significant reduction in maternal complications, including polyhydramnios, postpartum hemorrhage, and preeclampsia, as well as neonatal complications such as neonatal pneumonia, macrosomia, and hypoglycemia. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing interventions have a positive impact on maternal and neonatal outcomes in pregnant women with GDM.展开更多

BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore...BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch treatment.METHODS Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of this.Before and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different groups.In addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the soft scale index and plaque index in the Obs group were much lower(P<0.05).The compliance(90.24%)and satisfaction(95.12%)in the Obs group were greatly higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT-based CNI mode greatly improved the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method during arch expansion in treating patients with OOA and enhanced the therapeutic effect of arch expansion and the oral health of patients,improving the patient compliance.展开更多
BACKGROUND Ischemic stroke(IS)is a widely recognized disease characterized by high preva-lence,mortality,morbidity,disability,and recurrence rates.It ranks prominently in terms of mortality,constituting 60%-80%of stro...BACKGROUND Ischemic stroke(IS)is a widely recognized disease characterized by high preva-lence,mortality,morbidity,disability,and recurrence rates.It ranks prominently in terms of mortality,constituting 60%-80%of stroke cases.AIM To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing care on the quality of life and swallowing function in individuals diagnosed with IS.METHODS This study comprised 172 patients with IS admitted to our hospital between February 2018 to March 2021.The participants were divided into two groups,namely the control group(n=80)receiving routine care and the research group(n=92)receiving comprehensive care.Various assessment scales,including the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA),National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS),European stroke scale(ESS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Barthel index(BI),and the motor func-tion assessment scale(MAS),were employed to evaluate the improvement in swallowing function,neurological deficits,clinical outcomes,anxiety,depression,daily living activities,and motor function before and after care.Furthermore,the study compared the occurrence of adverse reactions during the nursing period,life quality before and after the intervention,rehabilitation compliance,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.RESULTS After the nursing intervention,the research group exhibited significantly improved SSA and NIHSS scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,both groups demonstrated significant reductions in SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05),with the research group showing more obvious advantages(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the research group displayed significantly better ESS,BI,and MAS scores(P<0.05),coupled with a lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Additionally,the research group demonstrated markedly higher levels of life quality,rehabilitation compliance,and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing effectively improved swallowing function,quality of life,and patient satisfaction,high-lighting its clinical significance.展开更多

BACKGROUND In patients with liver failure(LF),the high rate of secondary infections,which are associated with poor prognosis,highlights the clinical significance of understanding the underlying risk factors and implem...BACKGROUND In patients with liver failure(LF),the high rate of secondary infections,which are associated with poor prognosis,highlights the clinical significance of understanding the underlying risk factors and implementing targeted intervention programs.AIM To investigate risk factors for secondary infections in patients with LF and evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing interventions.METHODS This retrospective study included 64 patients with LF,including 32 with and 32 without secondary infections.A questionnaire was used to collect data on age;laboratory parameters,including total and direct bilirubin,prothrombin time,blood ammonia,and other biochemical parameters;invasive procedures;and complications.Patients with secondary infections received comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing care,whereas those without secondary infections received only routine nursing care to compare the effect of nursing intervention on outcomes.RESULTS The infection rate,which was not associated with age or complications,was significantly associated with biochemical parameters and invasive procedures(P<0.05).The infection rate was 61.6%in patients who had undergone invasive procedures and 32.1%in those who had not undergone invasive procedures during the hospital stay.The infection rate was also significantly associated with the type of LF(P<0.05),with the lowest rate observed in patients with acute LF and the highest rate observed in those with subacute LF.The nursing satisfaction rate was 58.3%in the uninfected group and 91.7%in the infected group,indicating significantly higher satisfaction in the infected group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In patients with LF,the rate of secondary infections was high and associated with biochemical parameters and type of LF.Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction.展开更多
BACKGROUND Programmed comprehensive nursing was adopted for intensive care unit(ICU)children following severe cardiac surgery to improve respiratory function and delirium incidence.AIM To explore how programmed compre...BACKGROUND Programmed comprehensive nursing was adopted for intensive care unit(ICU)children following severe cardiac surgery to improve respiratory function and delirium incidence.AIM To explore how programmed comprehensive nursing impacts respiratory func-tion and delirium incidence in ICU children post cardiac surgery.METHODS Between January 2022 and January 2024,180 pediatric patients from the Chil-dren’s Hospital of Nanjing were admitted to the ICU after cardiac surgery and randomly grouped.The control group comprised 90 patients and received routine nursing care.The observation group comprised 90 patients and received program-med comprehensive nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing care until discharge.Their respiratory function,incidence of delirium,and clinical outcomes were compared.The memory state and sleep quality of both groups were com-pared.RESULTS The incidence of delirium was 5.56%in the observation group when admitted to ICU,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%;P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated higher peak expiratory flow rate,respiratory frequency,deep breathing volume,and tidal volume in the ICU compared with the control group.Additionally,the observation group showed higher sleep depth,sleep latency,night awakening,return to sleep,and sleep quality com-pared with the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Programmed comprehensive nursing in ICU patients following severe cardiac surgery can reduce the impact on respiratory function,improve sleep quality,and alleviate postoperative delirium,showing significant promise for clinical application.展开更多

Methods: One hundred and forty-eight elderly patients with diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 74 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood sugar levels, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results: After the intervention, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) (t = 7.729), 2 hours postprandial glucose (PPG) (t = 8.343), and HbA1c (t = 6.929) levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.001). The observation group (71/95.95%) had a higher compliance rate than the control group (54/72.97%) (χ^(2)=14.877, P < 0.001). The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (73/98.65%) was higher than that of the control group (56/75.68%) (χ^(2)=17.451, P < 0.001). Conclusion: In caring for elderly patients with diabetes, comprehensive nursing intervention effectively reduced patients’ blood sugar levels and improved treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.展开更多

BACKGROUND The complexity and refractory of brain glioma requires treatment that should involve a multidisciplinary approach to improve quality of care and fulfill patients’needs.AIM To explore the effects of compreh...BACKGROUND The complexity and refractory of brain glioma requires treatment that should involve a multidisciplinary approach to improve quality of care and fulfill patients’needs.AIM To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications,psychological state and quality of life in patients with brain glioma.METHODS A total of 106 patients with confirmed brain gliomas admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital between January 2019 and May 2021 were selected by random sampling.They were categorized into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 53 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing in addition to conventional nursing and patients in the control group were given conventional nursing.The overall incidence of postoperative complications including limb dysfunction,high fever and epilepsy was compared between the two groups.The mental status was evaluated in the two groups before and after intervention using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Quality of life was assessed and compared using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire between the two groups before and after the intervention.RESULTS After intervention,the overall incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group(7.55%)than that in the control group(20.75%)(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after intervention,scores of SAS and SDS decreased in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).In contrast,quality of life increased in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and it was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression and improve quality of life in patients with brain glioma.展开更多

Methods: A total of 100 cases of CFS patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group which were treated with elongated needle puncture of ST 36 and CV 6 plus nursing and oral ackninistration of Shiquan Dobu Tong (十全大补汤 Decoction of Ten Powerful Tonics) separately. Acupuncture and medication were given once daily, with 7 sessions being a therapeutic course, 4 courses altogether. Results: After 4 courses of treatment, of the two 50 cases in treatment and control groups, 4 (8.0%) and 2 (4.0%) were cured, 37 (74.0%) and 16 (32.0%) experienced marked im- provernent, 6 ( 12.0 % ) and 19 (38.0 % ) had improvement, 3 (6.0 % ) and 13 (26.0 % ) tailed, with the total effective rates being 94.0% (47/50) and 74.0% (37/50) respectively. The total effective rate and markedly effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05, 0.01). Conclusion; Deep puncture of Zusenli (ST 36) and Qihai (CV 6) with elongated needle combined with comprehensive nursing has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.展开更多

The samples were divided into 40 cases of reference group and 40 cases by computer table method. The research group was given basic nursing, comprehensive nursing + basic nursing, and the improvement of quality of life, compliance during nursing, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of samples were required. Results: compared with the reference group, the emotional, physical and other quality of life scores of the research group were higher after intervention, P < 0.05, and the difference was larger;the sample symptom score of the reference group was higher after intervention, P < 0.05, the difference was larger than that of the reference group. The sample compliance and nursing satisfaction of the reference group were lower, P < 0.05, the difference was large. Conclusion: the application of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing urostomy for bladder tumor surgery is very effective, which can improve their physical, emotional and other functions, and at the same time help to improve the compliance of patients during treatment, and patients prefer this nursing content, which is worthy of wide clinical application.展开更多

The patients were numbered in the computer system and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room, while patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention in the operating room. The indexes of hand surgery, intraoperative infection rate, quality of life, intraoperative complications and hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: after comprehensive medical intervention in the operating room, the operation preparation time and operation time of patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. At the same time, the frequency of intraoperative infection, the frequency of complications such as hypothermia and gastric relaxation were significantly reduced, and the postoperative quality of life was significantly improved in group A and group B;In the hospitalization index, the postoperative hospitalization time of the patients is shorter, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function is shorter, and the postoperative pain degree is lighter. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (p0.05). Conclusion: the whole-course nursing in the operating room of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can effectively shorten the preparation time of the operating room, improve the operation efficiency and help the clinic to perform the operation quickly. Quality of life score, neurological function score, job recognition, mobile time after operation, postoperative hospital stay and surgical complication rate of osteoarthritis were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: the score of quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the score of neurological function was lower than that of the control group, the degree of job recognition was higher than that of the control group, the time of postoperative activity and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group, and the rate of surgical complications of osteoarthritis was lower than that of the control group, there were significant differences, P < 0.05. Conclusion: comprehensive nursing for patients with osteoarthritis surgery has a definite effect, which can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients, improve the quality of life and neurological function score of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and is highly recognized by patients.展开更多

Methods: According to certain screening criteria, 100 outpatient patients in our hospital were included as the research objects, and the screening period ranged from March 2019 to March 2021. The patients were coded by computer and divided into two groups according to the requirement of 1:1 group to implement different nursing modes, namely the control group (routine nursing, n50) and the study group (comprehensive nursing, n50). The puncture success rate was taken as the observation index to analyze the application value of the two nursing modes, compare the quality of blood samples and nursing effect of the two groups, evaluate the nursing risk and summarize the application value of comprehensive nursing. Results: Compared with the puncture success rate of the two groups, the study group had a significant advantage, that is, the success rate was higher (P 0.05). Compared with the standard rate of blood samples in the two groups, the results showed that the study group had more advantages, that is, the standard rate was higher (P 0.05);Comparing the nursing effects of the two groups, the results showed that the study group had obvious advantages in nursing satisfaction and nursing risk incidence compared with the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions: For outpatient blood sampling patients, nursing interventions such as comprehensive nursing have important application value. This nursing model can improve the success rate of blood specimen treatment and puncture, promote nursing satisfaction and improve nursing safety, which is worthy of clinical thinking and reference.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the patients’psychological states before and after nursing.Patient satisfaction with nursing was analyzed using a nursing satisfaction survey scale.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation and control groups were 98.33%and 83.33%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary micro-nodules can effectively relieve their psychological pressure and improve nursing satisfaction,demonstrating clinical value.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion.

文摘Objective: To examine the effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: A quasi-experimental design was employed, involving 60 pregnant women with GDM who were purposively selected and randomly allocated into experimental and control groups, each comprising 30 participants. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing interventions and pregnancy monitoring, while the control group received standard nursing care. Data collection was conducted using demographic questionnaires, pregnancy indicators, and maternal-infant outcome measurement tools. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Results: The findings indicated significant improvements in fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, amniotic fluid index, and neonatal birth weight in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, no statistically significant differences were observed in body mass index (BMI) or pregnancy weight gain. Comprehensive nursing interventions were associated with a significant reduction in maternal complications, including polyhydramnios, postpartum hemorrhage, and preeclampsia, as well as neonatal complications such as neonatal pneumonia, macrosomia, and hypoglycemia. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing interventions have a positive impact on maternal and neonatal outcomes in pregnant women with GDM.
文摘Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing breast surgery in oncology surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing breast surgery were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received perioperative comprehensive nursing.The effects were observed.Results:The study group had lower negative emotion scores and complication rates than the control group,and higher range of motion of the affected shoulder joint and quality of life than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oncology breast surgery is often accompanied by adverse psychological emotions during the perioperative period.To ensure surgical efficacy and postoperative recovery,comprehensive perioperative nursing measures can effectively prevent and develop complications,improve shoulder joint range of motion,and promote recovery.

文摘BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch treatment.METHODS Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of this.Before and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different groups.In addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the soft scale index and plaque index in the Obs group were much lower(P<0.05).The compliance(90.24%)and satisfaction(95.12%)in the Obs group were greatly higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT-based CNI mode greatly improved the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method during arch expansion in treating patients with OOA and enhanced the therapeutic effect of arch expansion and the oral health of patients,improving the patient compliance.

文摘BACKGROUND Ischemic stroke(IS)is a widely recognized disease characterized by high preva-lence,mortality,morbidity,disability,and recurrence rates.It ranks prominently in terms of mortality,constituting 60%-80%of stroke cases.AIM To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing care on the quality of life and swallowing function in individuals diagnosed with IS.METHODS This study comprised 172 patients with IS admitted to our hospital between February 2018 to March 2021.The participants were divided into two groups,namely the control group(n=80)receiving routine care and the research group(n=92)receiving comprehensive care.Various assessment scales,including the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA),National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS),European stroke scale(ESS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Barthel index(BI),and the motor func-tion assessment scale(MAS),were employed to evaluate the improvement in swallowing function,neurological deficits,clinical outcomes,anxiety,depression,daily living activities,and motor function before and after care.Furthermore,the study compared the occurrence of adverse reactions during the nursing period,life quality before and after the intervention,rehabilitation compliance,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.RESULTS After the nursing intervention,the research group exhibited significantly improved SSA and NIHSS scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,both groups demonstrated significant reductions in SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05),with the research group showing more obvious advantages(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the research group displayed significantly better ESS,BI,and MAS scores(P<0.05),coupled with a lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Additionally,the research group demonstrated markedly higher levels of life quality,rehabilitation compliance,and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing effectively improved swallowing function,quality of life,and patient satisfaction,high-lighting its clinical significance.

文摘Hu et al explored the impact of comprehensive nursing model on swallowing function and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.They divided 172 patients into the control group(routine care)and the research group(comprehensive care),and used standard scales to evaluate the swallowing function,neurological deficit,anxiety and depression,daily living ability,and exercise of the two groups of patients before and after care.Changes in indicators of function,quality of life,and compliance.The results showed that compared with the control group,patients in the study group achieved significant improvements in various indicators,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher satisfaction with care.These data suggest that the comprehensive nursing model can significantly improve the swallowing function,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with ischemic stroke.In the future,the development of comprehensive nursing models needs to focus on technological innovation,humanized services,continuing education and training,multi-disciplinary collaboration,optimal allocation of resources,standardized practice and evaluation,etc.,in order to improve nursing effects and promote the improvement of medical service quality.
文摘BACKGROUND In patients with liver failure(LF),the high rate of secondary infections,which are associated with poor prognosis,highlights the clinical significance of understanding the underlying risk factors and implementing targeted intervention programs.AIM To investigate risk factors for secondary infections in patients with LF and evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing interventions.METHODS This retrospective study included 64 patients with LF,including 32 with and 32 without secondary infections.A questionnaire was used to collect data on age;laboratory parameters,including total and direct bilirubin,prothrombin time,blood ammonia,and other biochemical parameters;invasive procedures;and complications.Patients with secondary infections received comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing care,whereas those without secondary infections received only routine nursing care to compare the effect of nursing intervention on outcomes.RESULTS The infection rate,which was not associated with age or complications,was significantly associated with biochemical parameters and invasive procedures(P<0.05).The infection rate was 61.6%in patients who had undergone invasive procedures and 32.1%in those who had not undergone invasive procedures during the hospital stay.The infection rate was also significantly associated with the type of LF(P<0.05),with the lowest rate observed in patients with acute LF and the highest rate observed in those with subacute LF.The nursing satisfaction rate was 58.3%in the uninfected group and 91.7%in the infected group,indicating significantly higher satisfaction in the infected group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In patients with LF,the rate of secondary infections was high and associated with biochemical parameters and type of LF.Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction.
文摘BACKGROUND Programmed comprehensive nursing was adopted for intensive care unit(ICU)children following severe cardiac surgery to improve respiratory function and delirium incidence.AIM To explore how programmed comprehensive nursing impacts respiratory func-tion and delirium incidence in ICU children post cardiac surgery.METHODS Between January 2022 and January 2024,180 pediatric patients from the Chil-dren’s Hospital of Nanjing were admitted to the ICU after cardiac surgery and randomly grouped.The control group comprised 90 patients and received routine nursing care.The observation group comprised 90 patients and received program-med comprehensive nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing care until discharge.Their respiratory function,incidence of delirium,and clinical outcomes were compared.The memory state and sleep quality of both groups were com-pared.RESULTS The incidence of delirium was 5.56%in the observation group when admitted to ICU,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%;P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated higher peak expiratory flow rate,respiratory frequency,deep breathing volume,and tidal volume in the ICU compared with the control group.Additionally,the observation group showed higher sleep depth,sleep latency,night awakening,return to sleep,and sleep quality com-pared with the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Programmed comprehensive nursing in ICU patients following severe cardiac surgery can reduce the impact on respiratory function,improve sleep quality,and alleviate postoperative delirium,showing significant promise for clinical application.
文摘Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving blood glucose levels and treatment compliance in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods: One hundred and forty-eight elderly patients with diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 74 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood sugar levels, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results: After the intervention, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) (t = 7.729), 2 hours postprandial glucose (PPG) (t = 8.343), and HbA1c (t = 6.929) levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.001). The observation group (71/95.95%) had a higher compliance rate than the control group (54/72.97%) (χ^(2)=14.877, P < 0.001). The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (73/98.65%) was higher than that of the control group (56/75.68%) (χ^(2)=17.451, P < 0.001). Conclusion: In caring for elderly patients with diabetes, comprehensive nursing intervention effectively reduced patients’ blood sugar levels and improved treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
文摘Objective:To assess the management effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood donation services in blood stations.Methods:Sixty-four individuals who donated blood at a blood station between September 2021 and September 2023 were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 32 each.The first group received comprehensive nursing management,while the second group received routine nursing management.Blood donation indexes and observational indexes such as adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The total blood donation volume and qualified blood donation volume were higher in the first group than in the second group.The amount of discarded blood and the rate of blood discards were lower in the first group compared to the second group(P<0.05).Additionally,the adverse reaction rate in the first group was lower,the blood donation comfort scores were higher,the psychological state scores were lower,and the quality of care scores were higher than those in the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management can improve the efficiency of blood donation,reduce the rate of blood discards,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate negative psychological states of blood donors,and enhance both the comfort level of blood donation and the quality of care provided.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of a comprehensive nursing model on patients with Moyamoya disease who underwent intracranial and extracranial revascularization surgery.Methods:110 cases were divided into control and observation groups with 55 cases each.The control group received routine perioperative care,and the observation group received perioperative care along with comprehensive nursing care.The two groups’disease cognition levels,anxiety,symptoms,daily living ability scores,and postoperative complication rates were compared.Results:The anxiety score and total postoperative complications of the observation group upon discharge were lower than that of the control group,and the disease cognition level and daily living ability upon discharge were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the comprehensive nursing model in conjunction with perioperative care for patients undergoing surgery can effectively improve their anxiety,strengthen activities of daily living,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
文摘BACKGROUND The complexity and refractory of brain glioma requires treatment that should involve a multidisciplinary approach to improve quality of care and fulfill patients’needs.AIM To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications,psychological state and quality of life in patients with brain glioma.METHODS A total of 106 patients with confirmed brain gliomas admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital between January 2019 and May 2021 were selected by random sampling.They were categorized into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 53 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing in addition to conventional nursing and patients in the control group were given conventional nursing.The overall incidence of postoperative complications including limb dysfunction,high fever and epilepsy was compared between the two groups.The mental status was evaluated in the two groups before and after intervention using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Quality of life was assessed and compared using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire between the two groups before and after the intervention.RESULTS After intervention,the overall incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group(7.55%)than that in the control group(20.75%)(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after intervention,scores of SAS and SDS decreased in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).In contrast,quality of life increased in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and it was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression and improve quality of life in patients with brain glioma.
文摘Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of deep puncture of Zusanli (足三里 ST 36) and Qihai (气海 CV 6) with elongated needle combined with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) so as to provide new way and effective method for CFS. Methods: A total of 100 cases of CFS patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group which were treated with elongated needle puncture of ST 36 and CV 6 plus nursing and oral ackninistration of Shiquan Dobu Tong (十全大补汤 Decoction of Ten Powerful Tonics) separately. Acupuncture and medication were given once daily, with 7 sessions being a therapeutic course, 4 courses altogether. Results: After 4 courses of treatment, of the two 50 cases in treatment and control groups, 4 (8.0%) and 2 (4.0%) were cured, 37 (74.0%) and 16 (32.0%) experienced marked im- provernent, 6 ( 12.0 % ) and 19 (38.0 % ) had improvement, 3 (6.0 % ) and 13 (26.0 % ) tailed, with the total effective rates being 94.0% (47/50) and 74.0% (37/50) respectively. The total effective rate and markedly effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05, 0.01). Conclusion; Deep puncture of Zusenli (ST 36) and Qihai (CV 6) with elongated needle combined with comprehensive nursing has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.

Methods: the samples of this study were 80 patients with bladder tumor surgery (concurrent urostomy) in our hospital. The operation time in our hospital was from May 2019 to May 2021. The samples were divided into 40 cases of reference group and 40 cases by computer table method. The research group was given basic nursing, comprehensive nursing + basic nursing, and the improvement of quality of life, compliance during nursing, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of samples were required. Results: compared with the reference group, the emotional, physical and other quality of life scores of the research group were higher after intervention, P < 0.05, and the difference was larger;the sample symptom score of the reference group was higher after intervention, P < 0.05, the difference was larger than that of the reference group. The sample compliance and nursing satisfaction of the reference group were lower, P < 0.05, the difference was large. Conclusion: the application of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing urostomy for bladder tumor surgery is very effective, which can improve their physical, emotional and other functions, and at the same time help to improve the compliance of patients during treatment, and patients prefer this nursing content, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
文摘Objective: To evaluate the effect of stoma comprehensive nursing in reducing postoperative complications of newborn enterostomy. Methods: from October 2018 to March 2020, 84 newborns undergoing enterostomy in our hospital were included in the study. All the subjects were randomly divided into control group (n = 42, routine nursing) and experimental group (n = 42, stoma comprehensive nursing). The postoperative complications and use time of ostomy bag of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with newborns in the control group, the total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower, and the use time of ostomy bag was longer, with significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of stoma comprehensive nursing for newborn enterostomy has ideal effect, can prolong the use time of ostomy bag, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of wide application.
文摘Objective: to explore the effect and value of comprehensive nursing in operating room for laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. Methods: a total of 60 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected according to the research inclusion exclusion criteria, and all patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection. The patients were numbered in the computer system and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room, while patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention in the operating room. The indexes of hand surgery, intraoperative infection rate, quality of life, intraoperative complications and hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: after comprehensive medical intervention in the operating room, the operation preparation time and operation time of patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. At the same time, the frequency of intraoperative infection, the frequency of complications such as hypothermia and gastric relaxation were significantly reduced, and the postoperative quality of life was significantly improved in group A and group B;In the hospitalization index, the postoperative hospitalization time of the patients is shorter, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function is shorter, and the postoperative pain degree is lighter. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (p0.05). Conclusion: the whole-course nursing in the operating room of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can effectively shorten the preparation time of the operating room, improve the operation efficiency and help the clinic to perform the operation quickly. At the same time, comprehensive medical intervention during the operation can reduce the incidence of infection and complications during the operation, which is conducive to rapid postoperative rehabilitation. After comprehensive nursing, the postoperative quality of life of the patients was significantly improved, and the postoperative indicators were significantly improved. The clinical effect is good and worthy of promotion.

文摘Objective: To carry out comprehensive nursing for outpatient blood collection patients, analyze the application effect of this nursing model, compare the puncture success rate and the influence on specimen quality. Methods: According to certain screening criteria, 100 outpatient patients in our hospital were included as the research objects, and the screening period ranged from March 2019 to March 2021. The patients were coded by computer and divided into two groups according to the requirement of 1:1 group to implement different nursing modes, namely the control group (routine nursing, n50) and the study group (comprehensive nursing, n50). The puncture success rate was taken as the observation index to analyze the application value of the two nursing modes, compare the quality of blood samples and nursing effect of the two groups, evaluate the nursing risk and summarize the application value of comprehensive nursing. Results: Compared with the puncture success rate of the two groups, the study group had a significant advantage, that is, the success rate was higher (P 0.05). Compared with the standard rate of blood samples in the two groups, the results showed that the study group had more advantages, that is, the standard rate was higher (P 0.05);Comparing the nursing effects of the two groups, the results showed that the study group had obvious advantages in nursing satisfaction and nursing risk incidence compared with the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions: For outpatient blood sampling patients, nursing interventions such as comprehensive nursing have important application value. This nursing model can improve the success rate of blood specimen treatment and puncture, promote nursing satisfaction and improve nursing safety, which is worthy of clinical thinking and reference.
