Methods: A total of 300 nurses working in community comprehensive care wards and 360 care managers working in B City in A Prefecture were surveyed using an anonymous self-administered questionnaire. Results: The highest percentage of responses regarding necessary collaborative activities with multiple professions in supporting hospital discharge were the same for Ns and CMs. The items regarding practice with the highest percentages were “relationship as a team” for Ns, and “user-centered awareness” for CM. While these professionals were willing to share information about their patients’ lives after discharge, the percentage of those explaining their expertise was low. It is thought that collaborative activities focusing on these aspects would lead to more appropriate discharge support.展开更多

Methods: patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to February of the following year for treatment of stroke were selected. This study included a total of 130 patients. All patients involved in this study received routine treatment and hospitalization, and were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan. There were 65 patients in each group. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into regular group and research group. The routine group adopted the traditional nursing routine, while the research group adopted early comprehensive rehabilitation and hospitalization. Summarize and discuss the application effect, advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of nursing systems. Results: (1) after comparison, the FMA score of the first group was lower than that of the last group, and the difference between the two groups was very significant (p0.05). (2) After hospitalization, the scores of the routine nursing team and the research team were higher than those of the research team, and the difference between the two groups was very significant, and the difference between the two groups was very significant. (3) The nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the research group, the former was higher than the latter (P.0.05). Conclusion: the combination of early comprehensive rehabilitation and hospitalization in the nursing process of stroke patients can improve the quality of nursing, shorten the distance between patients and patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families. Methods: In this study, 40 patients with severe pneumonia in the intensive care unit admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Dangyang People's Hospital from February 20, 2021 to December 20, 2021 were divided into groups by blind selection. Twenty patients were included in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical vital signs, improvement time of clinical symptoms, blood gas, length of hospital stay, degree of inflammation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups according to the actual situation. Results: After this analysis, compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly lower respiratory rate and heart rate, PaCO2, increased mean arterial pressure and PaO2, shortened clinical symptom improvement time and hospital stay, and significantly reduced IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α. Compared with the reference group, the overall nursing satisfaction was more recognized (P<0.05). The data between groups have the value of statistical validation reference. Conclusion: Comprehensive holistic nursing for ICU patients with severe pneumonia can comprehensively improve the indicators and symptoms, reduce the level of inflammation, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve nursing satisfaction, and can be widely used in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: This is an exploratory descriptive study with a quantitative approach, conducted from July to December 2012, in the city of Santa Cruz, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. A sample of 130 subjects chosen by drawn was calculated, and data collection was performed at their homes. Results: There were interviewed 130 people, 92 (70.8%) women and 38 men (29.2%), with a minimum age of 60 and maximum of 96 years, with a mean of 72.8, median of 72.0 and a standard deviation of 8.3. Regarding the quality of care ratings of the PHC team, 48.5% (n = 63) of respondents stated this to be good, while 32.3% (n = 42) rated this as fair. Conclusions: In this perspective, one of the most appreciated meanings that were given to comprehensive care by health care professionals refers to holistic knowledge of each patient, resulting in the non-fragmentation of care. Thus, it is noticed that comprehensiveness has some weaknesses that need to be corrected, which shows the need for education and training of professionals assigned to primary health care services.展开更多

The reference group mainly introduced the conventional nursing mode into the treatment. The experimental group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and it also introduced psychological and body position nursing interventions. It used the scoring method to check the changes of activities and movements of the patients in both groups before and after nursing, and evaluated the quality of life of the patients in both groups after nursing. The better the nursing effect if the score was high. Results: the score of the experimental group was higher, the patients' activity and movement ability were stronger, the quality of life was higher, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of comprehensive nursing into the treatment can effectively promote the recovery of autonomic function of hemiplegic patients after stroke, with obvious effect. Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula failure in patients in the hemodialysis room.Methods:82 patients with arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis...Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula failure in patients in the hemodialysis room.Methods:82 patients with arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis chamber treated in our hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method divided them into a control group and an experimental group of 41 cases each.The control group received general nursing intervention measures,while the experimental group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications(internal fistula failure,bleeding,thrombosis,infection),psychological emotions(SAS scale,SDS scale),quality of life(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,social function),and nursing satisfaction(very satisfied,basically satisfied,satisfied,dissatisfied)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group(4,9.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(29,70.73%);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group after intervention were both lower than those in the control group;the quality of life score(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,and social function)was all higher than those of the control group;the post-intervention nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(40,97.57%)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(29,73.17%);and the listed differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with hemodialysis ventricular arteriovenous fistula failure,comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety and stress,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and achieve better preventive effects.展开更多

Methods: in this paper, 86 cases of gallstone patients admitted to our hospital in recent one year were selected and their clinical data were studied. The specific time was from January 2020 to January 2021. All the included patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the reference group, with 43 patients in each group. Patients using basic care will be set as the reference group, patients using comprehensive care will be set as the research group, and the overall nursing effect will be compared and summarized finally. Results: compared with the reference group, the clinical indicators (operation time and hospitalization days) were shorter in the study group, and P < 0.05. The nursing job satisfaction of the research group (97.68%) was higher than that of the reference group (81.40%), P < 0.05. The incidence of complications in the former group (2.32%) was lower than that in the latter group (16.28%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the use of comprehensive nursing for gallstone patients can obtain higher recognition, effectively improve each index, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and has a high feasibility.展开更多

Methods: by random sampling, 68 patients who underwent rheumatic immunotherapy in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. Then 68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method. According to the research needs, the two groups of patients were treated differently. The control group provided routine nursing and the observation group provided comprehensive nursing. After the treatment, the treatment compliance and nursing quality evaluation of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: after the two groups of patients were given different nursing, the scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude of the patients in the control group were 18.45±2.61, 19.87±2.39, 20.74±2.35 and 19.87±2.27. The scores of patients in the observation group were 23.65±2.44, 24.07±2.22, 23.71±2.41 and 23.79±2.48, which were significantly higher than those in the control group. In the control group, the scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude were 18.45±2.61, 19.87±2.39, 20.74±2.35 and 19.87±2.27. The scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude of the patients in the observation group were 23.65±2.44, 24.07±2.22, 23.71±2.41 and 23.79±2.48, which were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of nursing quality. There was a general significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing has a significant impact on hormone therapy for patients with rheumatic immune diseases, which is mainly manifested in improving the treatment compliance of patients and enhancing the clinical nursing effect, and is worthy of wide clinical application.展开更多
Background Preeclampsia is a common disease in pregnant women,characterized by clinical manifestations such as hypertension and proteinuria,which not only seriously affect the safety of pregnant women,but also jeopard...Background Preeclampsia is a common disease in pregnant women,characterized by clinical manifestations such as hypertension and proteinuria,which not only seriously affect the safety of pregnant women,but also jeopardize the safety of the fetus,threatening maternal and infant safety.Currently,in addition to routine hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatments,auxiliary treatment methods such as exercise and diet are gradually gaining clinical recognition.Therefore,this study aimed to observe the effects of comprehensive nutrition care during pregnancy on weight control during pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 100 cases of preeclampsia patients in our hospital from August 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a nutrition group and a conventional group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine care,while the nutrition group received additional comprehensive nutrition care during pregnancy based on routine care.The weight control and blood pressure control during pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were observed.Results The weight control during pregnancy in the nutrition group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower after intervention,with the nutrition group significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia,placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage,and cesarean section in the nutrition group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nutrition care during pregnancy can effectively control weight and blood pressure levels in patients with preeclampsia,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.[S Chin J Cardiol 2024;25(3):156-161]展开更多

Methods: According to certain screening criteria, 100 outpatient patients in our hospital were included as the research objects, and the screening period ranged from March 2019 to March 2021. The patients were coded by computer and divided into two groups according to the requirement of 1:1 group to implement different nursing modes, namely the control group (routine nursing, n50) and the study group (comprehensive nursing, n50). The puncture success rate was taken as the observation index to analyze the application value of the two nursing modes, compare the quality of blood samples and nursing effect of the two groups, evaluate the nursing risk and summarize the application value of comprehensive nursing. Results: Compared with the puncture success rate of the two groups, the study group had a significant advantage, that is, the success rate was higher (P 0.05). Compared with the standard rate of blood samples in the two groups, the results showed that the study group had more advantages, that is, the standard rate was higher (P 0.05);Comparing the nursing effects of the two groups, the results showed that the study group had obvious advantages in nursing satisfaction and nursing risk incidence compared with the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions: For outpatient blood sampling patients, nursing interventions such as comprehensive nursing have important application value. This nursing model can improve the success rate of blood specimen treatment and puncture, promote nursing satisfaction and improve nursing safety, which is worthy of clinical thinking and reference.展开更多

文摘Objective: The purpose of this study was to clarify the collaborative activities and mutual recognition between community comprehensive care unit nurses (Ns) and care managers (CM) in supporting the discharge of the elderly from the hospital. Methods: A total of 300 nurses working in community comprehensive care wards and 360 care managers working in B City in A Prefecture were surveyed using an anonymous self-administered questionnaire. Results: The highest percentage of responses regarding necessary collaborative activities with multiple professions in supporting hospital discharge were the same for Ns and CMs. The items regarding practice with the highest percentages were “relationship as a team” for Ns, and “user-centered awareness” for CM. While these professionals were willing to share information about their patients’ lives after discharge, the percentage of those explaining their expertise was low. It is thought that collaborative activities focusing on these aspects would lead to more appropriate discharge support.
文摘Objective: to analyze the clinical role of taking comprehensive nursing as a nursing mode for patients with chronic nephritis. Methods: this study included 58 patients with chronic nephritis (January 2019-January 2020) as the study object, patients divided into equal two groups, grouping method is random digital table, apply routine care in the control group, apply comprehensive care in the observation group, the two groups of quality of life, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) rating and nursing satisfaction. Results: comparing the comprehensive quality of life scale (GQOLI-74) (P < 0.05), SAS scores (P < 0.05), higher health knowledge awareness score (P < 0.05) and significantly higher compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive care of chronic nephritis patients can improve their awareness of health knowledge, promote the significant improvement of anxiety and quality of life, and satisfy the nursing services provided by the caregivers.
文摘Objective: to summarize and investigate the effect of early comprehensive nursing rehabilitation on the nursing process of stroke patients with hemiplegia by drawing different nursing system diagrams. Methods: patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to February of the following year for treatment of stroke were selected. This study included a total of 130 patients. All patients involved in this study received routine treatment and hospitalization, and were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan. There were 65 patients in each group. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into regular group and research group. The routine group adopted the traditional nursing routine, while the research group adopted early comprehensive rehabilitation and hospitalization. Summarize and discuss the application effect, advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of nursing systems. Results: (1) after comparison, the FMA score of the first group was lower than that of the last group, and the difference between the two groups was very significant (p0.05). (2) After hospitalization, the scores of the routine nursing team and the research team were higher than those of the research team, and the difference between the two groups was very significant, and the difference between the two groups was very significant. (3) The nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the research group, the former was higher than the latter (P.0.05). Conclusion: the combination of early comprehensive rehabilitation and hospitalization in the nursing process of stroke patients can improve the quality of nursing, shorten the distance between patients and patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families. The nursing scheme is worthy of clinical application.
文摘Objective: To study and expound the clinical value and effect of comprehensive holistic nursing model in ICU patients with severe pneumonia. Methods: In this study, 40 patients with severe pneumonia in the intensive care unit admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Dangyang People's Hospital from February 20, 2021 to December 20, 2021 were divided into groups by blind selection. Twenty patients were included in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical vital signs, improvement time of clinical symptoms, blood gas, length of hospital stay, degree of inflammation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups according to the actual situation. Results: After this analysis, compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly lower respiratory rate and heart rate, PaCO2, increased mean arterial pressure and PaO2, shortened clinical symptom improvement time and hospital stay, and significantly reduced IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α. Compared with the reference group, the overall nursing satisfaction was more recognized (P<0.05). The data between groups have the value of statistical validation reference. Conclusion: Comprehensive holistic nursing for ICU patients with severe pneumonia can comprehensively improve the indicators and symptoms, reduce the level of inflammation, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve nursing satisfaction, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
文摘Objective: To assess comprehensive care in the elderly population, as well as the quality of care in Primary Health Care. Methods: This is an exploratory descriptive study with a quantitative approach, conducted from July to December 2012, in the city of Santa Cruz, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. A sample of 130 subjects chosen by drawn was calculated, and data collection was performed at their homes. Results: There were interviewed 130 people, 92 (70.8%) women and 38 men (29.2%), with a minimum age of 60 and maximum of 96 years, with a mean of 72.8, median of 72.0 and a standard deviation of 8.3. Regarding the quality of care ratings of the PHC team, 48.5% (n = 63) of respondents stated this to be good, while 32.3% (n = 42) rated this as fair. Conclusions: In this perspective, one of the most appreciated meanings that were given to comprehensive care by health care professionals refers to holistic knowledge of each patient, resulting in the non-fragmentation of care. Thus, it is noticed that comprehensiveness has some weaknesses that need to be corrected, which shows the need for education and training of professionals assigned to primary health care services.
文摘Objective: to understand the effect of coronary intervention therapy on heart function and quality of life in patients with heart disease. Methods: the 100 patients treated from 2019 from 12 to December 2020 were randomly divided into 50 control groups. The traditional care method is adopted, and the comprehensive care method is adopted for the treatment. The cardiac function scores and quality of life scores were compared in the two groups. Results: the cardiac parameters of the two groups were significantly different compared with the normal group, P 0.05;that of the treatment group (P 0.05), was significantly compared with the normal group. Conclusion: comprehensive nursing measures can improve the cardiovascular function and improve the quality of life.

Methods: 100 patients with breast cancer after operation in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the inpatient bed odd-even number. The reference group implemented basic nursing, while the practice group implemented mind map comprehensive nursing. The patients' satisfaction and complications after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: after nursing the patients with breast cancer after operation, the satisfaction degree of the patients in the practice group was better than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the practice group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of breast cancer patients after operation, the use of mind map comprehensive nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients, promote their recovery, reduce the risk of complications, and is worthy of promotion and use.
文摘Objective: to determine the clinical effects of several cases of severe pneumonia in children. Methods: 90 children with severe pneumonia from February 2020 to August 2020 were selected. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group was given essence care. The results showed that when the lung function indexes were consistent with the control group, the lung function of the education group was good, which was consistent with the control group (P < 0.05). The use of the most complex natural regimen in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia could improve their clinical symptoms, natural risk and utilization rate.
文摘Objective: to explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: 56 neonatal patients with RDS from January 2021 to 2 June 2022. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group performed comprehensive care. Compare oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure, parental satisfaction with care, duration of mechanical ventilation treatment, length of hospital stay, and phlebitis. Results: experimental group oxygen partial pressure was higher than the control group;carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than the control group;parents were more satisfied with nursing than the control group;mechanical ventilation treatment time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the complication rate such as phlebitis was lower, P <0.05. Conclusion: the effect of respiratory distress syndrome is effective.
文摘Objective: to observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods: patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted in our hospital from 2019 to March 2020 were taken as observation objects, and were divided into reference group and experimental group, with 36 patients in each group. The reference group mainly introduced the conventional nursing mode into the treatment. The experimental group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and it also introduced psychological and body position nursing interventions. It used the scoring method to check the changes of activities and movements of the patients in both groups before and after nursing, and evaluated the quality of life of the patients in both groups after nursing. The better the nursing effect if the score was high. Results: the score of the experimental group was higher, the patients' activity and movement ability were stronger, the quality of life was higher, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of comprehensive nursing into the treatment can effectively promote the recovery of autonomic function of hemiplegic patients after stroke, with obvious effect. This method is worthy of promotion.
文摘Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula failure in patients in the hemodialysis room.Methods:82 patients with arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis chamber treated in our hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method divided them into a control group and an experimental group of 41 cases each.The control group received general nursing intervention measures,while the experimental group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications(internal fistula failure,bleeding,thrombosis,infection),psychological emotions(SAS scale,SDS scale),quality of life(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,social function),and nursing satisfaction(very satisfied,basically satisfied,satisfied,dissatisfied)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group(4,9.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(29,70.73%);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group after intervention were both lower than those in the control group;the quality of life score(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,and social function)was all higher than those of the control group;the post-intervention nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(40,97.57%)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(29,73.17%);and the listed differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with hemodialysis ventricular arteriovenous fistula failure,comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety and stress,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and achieve better preventive effects.
文摘Objective: analyze the value of comprehensive nursing for patients with gallstones. Methods: in this paper, 86 cases of gallstone patients admitted to our hospital in recent one year were selected and their clinical data were studied. The specific time was from January 2020 to January 2021. All the included patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the reference group, with 43 patients in each group. Patients using basic care will be set as the reference group, patients using comprehensive care will be set as the research group, and the overall nursing effect will be compared and summarized finally. Results: compared with the reference group, the clinical indicators (operation time and hospitalization days) were shorter in the study group, and P < 0.05. The nursing job satisfaction of the research group (97.68%) was higher than that of the reference group (81.40%), P < 0.05. The incidence of complications in the former group (2.32%) was lower than that in the latter group (16.28%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the use of comprehensive nursing for gallstone patients can obtain higher recognition, effectively improve each index, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and has a high feasibility.
文摘Objective: to carry out perinatal comprehensive nursing intervention for parturients in natural labor and observe the effect of this kind of nursing. Methods: the parturients from February 2020 to February 2021 were taken as observation objects and divided into the first group (using basic nursing intervention) and the second group (using perinatal comprehensive nursing intervention). Results: In the comparison of natural childbirth rate and nursing satisfaction degree between the first group and the second group, the first group was 79.66% and 86.44% respectively, and the second group was 94.91% and 96.61% respectively (χ2 = 8.966, P = 0.000). There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the effect of perinatal comprehensive nursing intervention for parturients in natural labor is good, and this method can be popularized.
文摘Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on hormone therapy in patients with rheumatic diseases. Methods: by random sampling, 68 patients who underwent rheumatic immunotherapy in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. Then 68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method. According to the research needs, the two groups of patients were treated differently. The control group provided routine nursing and the observation group provided comprehensive nursing. After the treatment, the treatment compliance and nursing quality evaluation of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: after the two groups of patients were given different nursing, the scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude of the patients in the control group were 18.45±2.61, 19.87±2.39, 20.74±2.35 and 19.87±2.27. The scores of patients in the observation group were 23.65±2.44, 24.07±2.22, 23.71±2.41 and 23.79±2.48, which were significantly higher than those in the control group. In the control group, the scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude were 18.45±2.61, 19.87±2.39, 20.74±2.35 and 19.87±2.27. The scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude of the patients in the observation group were 23.65±2.44, 24.07±2.22, 23.71±2.41 and 23.79±2.48, which were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of nursing quality. There was a general significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing has a significant impact on hormone therapy for patients with rheumatic immune diseases, which is mainly manifested in improving the treatment compliance of patients and enhancing the clinical nursing effect, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
文摘Background Preeclampsia is a common disease in pregnant women,characterized by clinical manifestations such as hypertension and proteinuria,which not only seriously affect the safety of pregnant women,but also jeopardize the safety of the fetus,threatening maternal and infant safety.Currently,in addition to routine hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatments,auxiliary treatment methods such as exercise and diet are gradually gaining clinical recognition.Therefore,this study aimed to observe the effects of comprehensive nutrition care during pregnancy on weight control during pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 100 cases of preeclampsia patients in our hospital from August 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a nutrition group and a conventional group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine care,while the nutrition group received additional comprehensive nutrition care during pregnancy based on routine care.The weight control and blood pressure control during pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were observed.Results The weight control during pregnancy in the nutrition group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower after intervention,with the nutrition group significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia,placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage,and cesarean section in the nutrition group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nutrition care during pregnancy can effectively control weight and blood pressure levels in patients with preeclampsia,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.[S Chin J Cardiol 2024;25(3):156-161]
文摘Objective: to apply comprehensive nursing to hemodialysis and observe its effect. Methods: the patients in our department were divided into basic group and comprehensive group, and basic nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention were adopted respectively. Results: in the comparison of treatment compliance and complication rate between the basic group and the comprehensive group, the basic group was 78.04% and 14.63% respectively, while the comprehensive group was 97.56% and 4.87% respectively (χ2 = 6.197, p=0.000). There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion and comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of uremia is significant and worthy of clinical recommendation.

Methods: included in physical examination center in May 2019 to March 2021, the subjects of 40 patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, early diagnosis, random number table method is divided into research group and control group, each 20 cases, control group to carry out the routine nursing care, the team to carry out the comprehensive nursing, is two groups of patients with blood sugar and blood pressure levels to improve the situation and health behavior were assessed. Results: after nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and HPLP- II score was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing for hypertension and pre-diabetes patients in physical examination is helpful to improve the disease control effect and health behavior of patients.
文摘Objective: To carry out comprehensive nursing for outpatient blood collection patients, analyze the application effect of this nursing model, compare the puncture success rate and the influence on specimen quality. Methods: According to certain screening criteria, 100 outpatient patients in our hospital were included as the research objects, and the screening period ranged from March 2019 to March 2021. The patients were coded by computer and divided into two groups according to the requirement of 1:1 group to implement different nursing modes, namely the control group (routine nursing, n50) and the study group (comprehensive nursing, n50). The puncture success rate was taken as the observation index to analyze the application value of the two nursing modes, compare the quality of blood samples and nursing effect of the two groups, evaluate the nursing risk and summarize the application value of comprehensive nursing. Results: Compared with the puncture success rate of the two groups, the study group had a significant advantage, that is, the success rate was higher (P 0.05). Compared with the standard rate of blood samples in the two groups, the results showed that the study group had more advantages, that is, the standard rate was higher (P 0.05);Comparing the nursing effects of the two groups, the results showed that the study group had obvious advantages in nursing satisfaction and nursing risk incidence compared with the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions: For outpatient blood sampling patients, nursing interventions such as comprehensive nursing have important application value. This nursing model can improve the success rate of blood specimen treatment and puncture, promote nursing satisfaction and improve nursing safety, which is worthy of clinical thinking and reference.
