The comprehensive use and efficient management of straw are significant for agriculture's green and low carbon transformation.This paper uses literature research and comparative analysis to systematically review t...The comprehensive use and efficient management of straw are significant for agriculture's green and low carbon transformation.This paper uses literature research and comparative analysis to systematically review the literature on comprehensive straw utilization and governance policy research in China over the past five years.The current literature has explored two major directions:regional and industrial policies and the main actors involved in the comprehensive use of straw.The research is complementary and fruitful concerning both micro and macro perspectives;however,the extant literature suffers from a lack of attention to straw intermediaries and enterprises and a lack of research across time.Therefore,this paper provides an outlook for future research.In the future,scholars should pay more attention to straw intermediaries and enterprises,conduct continuous observations of multiple regions over time to obtain panel data,and further test the heterogeneity of factors to obtain more scientific and valid results.展开更多

Then it used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to do the evaluation and found that the policy’s positive effect on the Dongguan green transportation development was average. Objective:This study aimed to explore the strategies used by acute care hospitals in implementing a national standard for comprehensive care.Methods:A qualitative descriptive study was conducted with 28 care professio...Objective:This study aimed to explore the strategies used by acute care hospitals in implementing a national standard for comprehensive care.Methods:A qualitative descriptive study was conducted with 28 care professionals(20 nurses,two doctors,and six allied health professionals)recruited from a broad range of Australian acute care hospitals.Data were collected using semi-structured interviews from March to August 2023.The interviews were audio-recorded,transcribed,and thematically analyzed.Results:Strategies for implementing the Comprehensive Care Standard(CCS)vary,even within a health service organization.We identifiedstrategies hospitals used regarding the implementation team and plan,communication,education and training,documentation system,patient care plan,networking,incentives and pressure,feedback,and reflectingand evaluating.Conclusions:This interview study sheds light on the various strategies adopted by hospitals in implementing the CCS,providing a practical foundation to inform implementation efforts both within Australia and internationally.展开更多

Women's rights are essential human rights recognized by the international covenants on human rights and protected in the constitutions and laws of countries.In the context of implementing the three-child policy in...Women's rights are essential human rights recognized by the international covenants on human rights and protected in the constitutions and laws of countries.In the context of implementing the three-child policy in China,women are facing pressures from childbearing and bringing up children as well as trying to have a career.It is clearly stipulated in Article 49 of China's Constitution"the mother is protected by the state,"the constitutional principle of equality of men and women shall be incorporated into the interpretation of this article,fully respecting women's subjectivity and equal rights and affirming the social benefits of childbearing and bringing up children.With the introduction of the three-child policy,the protection of women's rights shall focus on their reproductive rights,right to health,right to work and equal rights within the family.The system of women's rights is complex,relates to identity and must be open to the future.The state has the obligation to fully respect,actively promote and promote in a narrow sense the realization of women's rights.To better coordinate the implementation of the three-child policy and the protection of women's rights,we should introduce the concept of social gender equality,improve the system ofp ublic childcare services,home care leave and equal employment,and promote the implementation of relevant laws and policies with special attention being paid to women in rural areas and single mothers.展开更多
