Xia et al.recently reported that during obesity-related psoriasis, saturated fatty acids(SFAs)are increased and promote neutrophil extracellular net(NET)release through the TLR-4-MD2/ROS signaling pathway, which in turn exacerbates psoriasis progression and diminishes the efficacy of current pharmacological therapies.Hence, this study helps elucidate how obesity exacerbates psoriasis and highlights NET inhibition as a potential complementary therapeutic strategy in obese psoriasis patients. 展开更多
