Fast charging and high-power delivering batteries are highly demanded in mobile electronics,electric vehicles and grid energy storage,but there are full of challenges.The star-material Li_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) is demonstrated as a promising high-rate cathode material meeting the above requirements.Herein,we report the carbon decorated Li_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) (LVP/C) cathode prepared via a facile method,which displays a remarkable high-rate capability and long-term cycling performance.Briefly,the prepared LVP/C delivers a high discharge capacity of 122 mAh g^(-1)(-93% of the theoretical capacity) at a high rate up to 20 C and a superior capacity retention of 87.1% after 1000 cycles.Importantly,by applying a combination of X-ray absorption spectroscopy and full-range mapping of resonant inelastic X-ray scattering,we clearly elucidate the structural and chemical evolutions of LVP upon various potentials and cycle numbers.We show unambiguous spectroscopic evidences that the evolution of the hybridization strength between V and O in LVP/C as a consequence of lithiation/delithiation is highly reversible both in the bulk and on the surface during the discharge-charge processes even over extended cycles,which should be responsible for the remarkable electrochemical performance of LVP/C.Our present study provides not only an effective synthesis strategy but also deeper insights into the surface and bulk electrochemical reaction mechanism of LVP,which should be beneficial for the further design of high-performance LVP electrode materials. 展开更多

Construction of the ecological compensation mechanism is an important approach to put the“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Plan”into practice and improve the ecological environment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper constructs an ecological compensation mechanism for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on the footprint balance and footprint deficit after clarifying ecological governance objectives.First,this paper proposes to establish a uniform,hierarchical and classified supply mechanism of ecosystem services according to the classification of land resources,water resources and forest resources for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Then,the“Authority with Corresponding Responsibility”for the supply of ecosystem services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can be realized through a footprint balance and footprint deficit indicator circulation mechanism.Finally,the scientific and rational ecological compensation standard can be guaranteed through establishing the integrated governance mechanism for ecological compensation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and improving the“ecological compensation standard”.The results of this paper can provide sound theoretical support for effectively promoting the improvement of ecosystem services and human well-being in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. 展开更多

Compensation subject is governments at all levels and beneficiary within watershed. Compensation object is governments at all levels, eco-builder and victim within watershed. Compensation way in- dudes government-led and market-oriented and game-negotiation types. Compensation standard includes financial transfer payment, compensation between upstream and downstream of the watershed, rural environmental protection with collections of management fees and subsidies to co-gov- ernance, ecological migration and inter-basin section. O3-types layered cathode materials in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)suffer from the obvious lattice distortion induced by the complex phase transitions during Na^(+)intercalation/deintercalation process,leading to severe structural collapse and performance degradation.Herein,a series of high valence tantalum(Ta^(5+))doped Na(Ni_(0.4)Fe_(0.2)Mn_(0.4))_(1−x)Ta_(x)O_(2)(x=0/0.0025/0.005/0.01)secondary spherical particles are firstly developed,where Ta^(5+)doping enables the refined primary grain with a tightly stacked rod-like morphology.Comprehensive structural analysis via Neutron powder diffraction(NPD)and Synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction(SXRD)reveals an expanded NaO_(2)slab and a reduction in Na site vacancy.The potential charge compensation mechanism is further illustrated by X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),unveiling a partial reduction from Ni^(3+)to Ni^(2+)with Ta^(5+)doping.In situ X-ray diffraction(in situ XRD)suggests that the decorated sample undergoes a volume change as low as 0.8%,in contrast with the pristine one(1.5%).Thus,the optimized sample with x=0.005 retains an enhanced capacity retention up to 70.4%at 1 C after 300 cycles in half-cell and delivers a high energy density of 251 Wh kg^(-1)(0.1 C)and with a good capacity retention of 81.0%at 1 C after 200 cycles in full-cell.Our findings provide new insights into the mechanism of high valence Ta^(5+)doping in stabilizing layered oxides cathode materials for SIBs. 展开更多

Because of the rapid growth of new energy and the accompanying considerable uncertainty in the power market,the demand for flexibility in a power sys-tem has risen sharply.In the meantime,the market structure of auxiliary services has changed,resulting in market participants(MPs)benefiting less than expected from providing flexible services.To encourage MPs to provide flexibility,this study proposes a dynamic design framework for an auxiliary service compensation mech-anism.To evaluate the proposed framework,a case study is conducted,examining a peak-shaving service in Liao-ning province in northeast China.First,the operational status and limitations of the typical product,the peak-shaving service,in China’s flexibility auxiliary ser-vices market are analyzed.Then,taking into consideration the time value of the flexible products provided by the MPs,a dynamic mechanism for hierarchical compensation of flexibility auxiliary service costs is proposed,and a mathematical model aimed at optimizing the MPs’comprehensive income is constructed.The results show that,compared with the existing traditional mechanism,the proposed method can effectively guarantee fair remu-neration for the flexibility provider,while easing the tense supply-demand relationship in the flexibility market. 展开更多

A study was conducted to analyze the deformation mechanism of strongly weathered quartz schist in the Daliangshan Tunnel,located in the western Transverse Mountain area.A large deformation problem was experienced during the tunnel construction.To mitigate this problem,a support system was designed incorporating negative Poisson ratio(NPR)anchor cables with negative Poisson ratio effect.Physical model experiments,field experiments,and numerical simulation experiments were conducted to investigate the compensation mechanical behavior of NPR anchor cables.The large deformations of soft rocks in the Daliangshan Tunnel are caused by a high ground stress,a high degree of joint fracture development,and a high degree of surrounding rock fragmentation.A compensation mechanics support system combining long and short NPR anchor cables was suggested to provide sufficient counter-support force(approximately 350 kN)for the surrounding rock inside the tunnel.Comparing the NPR anchor cable support system with the original support system used in the Daliangshan tunnel showed that an NPR anchor cable support system,combining cables of 6.3 m and 10.3 m in length,effectively prevented convergence of surrounding rock deformation,and the integrated settlement convergence value remained below 300 mm.This study provides an effective scientific basis for resolving large deformation problems in deeply buried soft rocks in western transverse mountain areas. 展开更多

The control problems of chaotic systems are investigated in the presence of parametric uncertainty and persistent external disturbances based on nonlinear control theory. By using a designed nonlinear compensator mechanism, the system deterministic nonlinearity, parametric uncertainty and disturbance effect can be compensated effectively. The renowned chaotic Lorenz system subjected to parametric variations and external disturbances is studied as an illustrative example. From the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions for choosing control parameters to guarantee chaos control are derived. Several experiments are carried out, including parameter change experiments, set-point change experiments and disturbance experiments. Simulation results indicate that the chaotic motion can be regulated not only to steady states but also to any desired periodic orbits with great immunity to parametric variations and external disturbances. 展开更多

Under the impetus of the“Dual Credit”policy,traditional fuel vehicle manufacturers are confronted with significant pressure to meet new energy vehicle credit requirements.To address this challenge,these manufacturers are increasingly adopting the Original Design Manufacturer(ODM)strategy to collaborate with new energy vehicle enterprises,thereby acquiring credits and expanding their market presence.However,this strategic approach not only intensifies competition between new energy and traditional fuel vehicle markets but also reshapes the profit distribution between the two types of firms.Drawing upon the framework of the Dual Credit policy,this study establishes a Cournot game model to examine the strategic interactions between traditional fuel vehicle manufacturers and new energy vehicle producers.It further investigates the optimal production decisions under the ODM strategy and evaluates their implications for market dynamics and corporate profitability.The findings reveal that,although the ODM strategy heightens market competition,it leads to substantial profit improvements for both types of manufacturers compared to the alternative of directly purchasing credits,while also fostering the growth of the new energy vehicle sector.Moreover,the Case study demonstrates micro-level impact of the dual credit policy on enterprises’response strategies,offering valuable insights for policymakers and industry decision-makers. 展开更多

Resonant and nonresonant intermolecular vibrational energy transfers in Gdm- SCN/KSCN=1/1, GdmSCN/KS^13CN=1/1 and GdmSCN/KS^13C^15N=1/1 mixed crystals in melts and in aqueous solutions are studied with the two dimensional infrared spectroscopy. The energy transfers in the samples are slower with a larger energy donor/acceptor gap, independent of the Raman spectra. The energy gap dependences of the nonresonant energy transfers cannot be described by the phonon compensation mechanism. Instead, the experi- mental energy gap dependences can be quantitatively described by the dephasing mechanism. Temperature dependences of resonant and nonresonant energy transfer rates in the melts are also consistent with the prediction of the dephasing mechanism. The series of results suggest that the dephasing mechanism can be dominant not only in solutions, but also in melts (pure liquids without solvents), only if the molecular motions (translations and rotations) are much faster than the nonresonant energy transfer processes. 展开更多
