To improve the inconsistency in the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), a new method based on marginal optimization theory is proposed. During the improving process, this paper regards the reduction of consistency ratio(CR) as benefit, and the maximum modification compared to the original pairwise comparison matrix(PCM) as cost, then the improvement of consistency is transformed to a benefit/cost analysis problem. According to the maximal marginal effect principle, the elements of PCM are modified by a fixed increment(or decrement) step by step till the consistency ratio becomes acceptable, which can ensure minimum adjustment to the original PCM so that the decision makers’ judgment is preserved as much as possible. The correctness of the proposed method is proved mathematically by theorem. Firstly, the marginal benefit/cost ratio is calculated for each single element of the PCM when it has been modified by a fixed increment(or decrement).Then, modification to the element with the maximum marginal benefit/cost ratio is accepted. Next, the marginal benefit/cost ratio is calculated again upon the revised matrix, and followed by choosing the modification to the element with the maximum marginal benefit/cost ratio. The process of calculating marginal effect and choosing the best modified element is repeated for each revised matrix till acceptable consistency is reached, i.e., CR<0.1. Finally,illustrative examples show the proposed method is more effective and better in preserving the original comparison information than existing methods. 展开更多

Then, the weight model based on the maximal satisfactory consistency idea is suggested, and the consistency index is put forward. Moreover, the weight distributing value model is developed to solve the decision making misleading problem since the multioptimization solutions in the former model. Current demand in microbial identi-fication is how to compare unknown strains to the known one quickly, semi-automatically and accurately. In this paper, we present a software tool that allows flexibly microbial matching in a user-friendly way, by letting the users to customize comparison parameters including: in vitro transcription enzyme, mass tolerance,minimum fragment length, intensity threshold and corresponding weights. We provide three spectral scoring functions to compute the affin-ity between the species. Therefore, the precision of microbial comparison increases. To test and verify this tool, we employed experimental spectral data based on MALDI-TOFMS and the gene sequences of E.coli and Salmonella. Objective To establish a method for quantitative detection of the sulfate glycosaminoglycans ( GAG) content in extracellular matrix of in vitro cultured chondrocytes so as to evaluate the biological characteristics of epiphyseal, articular and rib chondrocytes. Methods Sulfate GAG content in extracellular matrix of three chondrocytes was measured by the modified dimethylmethylene blue (DMB) method. The changes of the toluidine blue (TB) stain of chondrocytes were observed by light microscope. Results Primary chondrocytes had the highest content of sulfate GAG in the extracellular matrix, ie, epiphyseal chondrocytes reached ( 70. 12 ± 7. 72 )μg/cm2, articular chondrocytes (92.00 ± 10.15) μg/cm2 and rib chondrocytes (80.61 ± 11. 40) μg/cm2, respectively. On the third pasage chondrocytes, epiphyceal chondrocytes decreased to (53.27 ± 9. 50 ) μg/cm2, articular chondrocytes to (63.88 ± 11.92) μg/cm2 and rib chondrocytes to (58.94 ±8.21) μg/cm2, respectively. This paper deals with the calculation of a vector of reliable weights of decision alternatives on the basis of interval pairwise comparison judgments of experts. These weights are used to construct the ranking of decision alternatives and to solve selection problems, problems of ratings construction, resources allocation problems, scenarios evaluation problems, and other decision making problems. A comparative analysis of several popular models, which calculate interval weights on the basis of interval pairwise comparison matrices (IPCMs), was performed. The features of these models when they are applied to IPCMs with different inconsistency levels were identified. An algorithm is proposed which contains the stages for analyzing and increasing the IPCM inconsistency, calculating normalized interval weights, and calculating the ranking of decision alternatives on the basis of the resulting interval weights. It was found that the property of weak order preservation usually allowed identifying order-related intransitive expert pairwise comparison judgments. The correction of these elements leads to the removal of contradictions in resulting weights and increases the accuracy and reliability of results. 展开更多

This paper employs uncertainty theory to deal with non-deterministic factors in problems of ranking alternatives. The concepts of uncertainty comparison matrix and uncertainty weights are proposed in this paper. It also gives the uncertain variable method to calculate uncertainty weights from uncertainty comparison matrices, which can be either consistent or inconsistent. The proposed uncertain variable method (UVM) is also applicable to interval comparison matrices and fuzzy comparison ma-trices when they are transformed into uncertainty comparison matrices using linear uncertainty distribution or zigzag uncertainty distribution. The proposed approach is computationally efficient as it consists of solving only inverse uncertainty distribution. At the end of this paper, five numerical examples are given to illustrate the method. 展开更多

江苏兴化里下河地区地表水季节性低溶解氧驱动因素及污染溯源

为探究里下河地区溶解氧的时空分布规律、主要驱动因素及污染来源,以江苏中部兴化里下河地区为研究对象,基于历史数据,采用GIS、聚类统计等技术进行可视化展示,结合相关系数矩阵开展驱动因素定量分析,并运用全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质... 为探究里下河地区溶解氧的时空分布规律、主要驱动因素及污染来源,以江苏中部兴化里下河地区为研究对象,基于历史数据,采用GIS、聚类统计等技术进行可视化展示,结合相关系数矩阵开展驱动因素定量分析,并运用全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱、光谱比对等方法开展污染溯源研究。结果表明:该地区溶解氧的季节性差异显著,夏秋季节河道水质溶解氧偏低;地表水污染来源主要分为2支,一支分布于兴化中北部地势低洼地区等,以溶解氧、氨氮、总磷污染为主;另一支集中于兴化东北片区,以高锰酸盐指数、化学需氧量、溶解氧等污染为主。趋动因素分析结果表明:水温、pH、浊度等水质因子是驱动溶解氧本底水平差异的自然因素;地形条件、水动力条件是驱动地表水溶解氧下降的客观因素;汛期强降雨造成的径流污染是驱动溶解氧突降的直接因素;溶解氧与主要污染指标仅在夏秋季表现为高度负相关,因此,夏汛期间农业、养殖等外源输入性耗氧及底质内源性耗氧是最主要的驱动因素。溯源结果表明:LDCN点位主要受生活污染影响,各支流水质基本处于Ⅳ~Ⅴ类水平,且与该点位具有高度同源性,是溶解氧下降的主要原因。结合图谱比对和非靶向筛查结果,支流4周边某企业可能存在雨污混排等问题,对LDCN点位产生直接影响,因此不排除其降低溶解氧水平的可能。另外,浮水植物水葫芦生长耗氧也是该点位出现低溶解氧现象的原因之一。 展开更多

文章将传统模糊层次分析法进行改进并应用于配电网电能表运行质量评价。模型将电能表运行质量采用准确率指标、故障率指标、可靠率指标,事件记录可靠性四类宏观指标进行评估并分别制定方案层指标。在数据的预处理工作之后通过专家打分... 文章将传统模糊层次分析法进行改进并应用于配电网电能表运行质量评价。模型将电能表运行质量采用准确率指标、故障率指标、可靠率指标,事件记录可靠性四类宏观指标进行评估并分别制定方案层指标。在数据的预处理工作之后通过专家打分法形成两两之间的成对比较矩阵,并基于反馈过程对主观性较强的评分权重进行调节;针对成对比较矩阵计算其最大特征值以及相应的最大特征向量,将该向量进行归一化处理得到各指标的评价权重,并基于最大特征值构建相关并进行一致性检验。最后采用所建立的模型对某地区配电网内电能表运行质量进行改进模糊层次评估,针对实际电能表的评估结果表明所建立的模型能够有效评价电能表的运行状态。 展开更多
