基于iCVD技术的超疏水光热复合防冰涂层

目的通过引发式化学气相沉积(iCVD)技术结合聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/纳米碳管(CNT)纳米复合材料制备具有纳米锥阵列的超疏水光热复合涂层,并研究其疏水性及抗结冰性能。方法将不同质量分数的CNT与PDMS混合以制备纳米复合薄膜,采用iCVD方... 目的通过引发式化学气相沉积(iCVD)技术结合聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/纳米碳管(CNT)纳米复合材料制备具有纳米锥阵列的超疏水光热复合涂层,并研究其疏水性及抗结冰性能。方法将不同质量分数的CNT与PDMS混合以制备纳米复合薄膜,采用iCVD方法在复合薄膜表面沉积纳米锥阵列。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和接触角测试仪对涂层的成分、形貌及润湿性进行表征。通过测试结冰延迟时间、冰黏附强度和光热融冰效应评估样品的抗结冰性能。通过冻融循环、耐酸碱和水滴冲击测试评估样品的耐久性。结果质量分数为2%的CNT与PDMS混合制备的纳米复合薄膜具有优良的光热效应。在薄膜表面制备纳米锥阵列涂层,其静态水接触角达到151.8°,滑动角低至2°,展现出优异的疏水性。凭借涂层的微纳结构和低表面能及光热材料的协同作用,在温度为−15℃、湿度为65%环境下,延迟结冰时间高达982 s,达到未沉积涂层样品的2倍,冰黏附强度低至9.8 kPa,达到未沉积涂层PDMS样品的20%以下。在冻融循环、水滴冲击测试、耐酸碱测试之后,复合涂层依旧具有超疏水性,展现出良好的化学稳定性和机械耐久性。结论在PDMS/CNT纳米复合材料上采用iCVD一步沉积纳米锥阵列涂层,所制备的样品具有良好的疏水性、光热和抗结冰性能,展现出在户外电力设施,如绝缘子等表面抗结冰方面的巨大应用潜力。 展开更多

地球物理改正对CRYO2ICE反演海冰表面积雪深度的影响

海冰表面积雪深度是重要的地球物理变量,也是基于卫星测高技术反演海冰厚度的关键参数.近年来,CRYO2ICE双星协同观测行动的实施为联合雷达与激光测高数据反演海冰表面积雪深度提供了新契机.然而,海洋动力学过程与固体地球效应会影响卫... 海冰表面积雪深度是重要的地球物理变量,也是基于卫星测高技术反演海冰厚度的关键参数.近年来,CRYO2ICE双星协同观测行动的实施为联合雷达与激光测高数据反演海冰表面积雪深度提供了新契机.然而,海洋动力学过程与固体地球效应会影响卫星测高观测精度,不同测高产品间地球物理改正模型的差异可能在积雪深度反演过程中引入偏差.为评估地球物理改正模型差异对积雪深度反演的影响,本文基于CRYO2ICE行动在北极地区获取的协同观测轨迹,系统分析了CryoSat-2 Baseline E与ICESat-2 ATL07高程产品中六种主要地球物理改正项的时空分布差异,并量化了这些差异对积雪深度反演的影响.结果表明,两种测高产品间海洋潮汐改正项差异最大,在近岸浅水区域空间异质性显著;逆气压改正存在显著的系统偏差,秋季表现尤为突出;固体地球潮汐改正整体偏差较小,但在近岸区域存在放大效应;长周期平衡潮、海洋负荷潮和地心极潮改正的差异相对较小.采用一致的地球物理改正模型后,冰间水道处海面高度异常观测的一致性得到改善,平均绝对偏差由0.8 cm减小至0.6 cm,标准差由8.0 cm减小至7.6 cm.对积雪深度反演结果的影响评估显示,逆气压改正差异的影响范围最大,相对影响超过5%的观测数据在一年冰和多年冰区域分别占62.9%和57.3%;海洋潮汐改正次之,相对影响超过5%的观测数据在一年冰和多年冰区域分别占55.0%和50.5%,在北冰洋边缘海域相对影响可达60%;其他改正项相对影响普遍小于5%.采用一致的改正模型后积雪深度的修正幅度显著增大,表明地球物理改正模型差异存在累积效应.研究结果为提高北极海冰厚度遥感反演精度提供了科学依据. 展开更多

芯片产业是国家安全和经济发展的重要基础,而集成电路(IC)反向工程(RE)作为分析芯片内部性能的手段,是芯片产业链中的重要环节。RE包括从扫描电子显微镜(SEM)逐层采集芯片图像、识别器件、提取栅极网表、推断其功能等步骤,而将电气元件... 芯片产业是国家安全和经济发展的重要基础,而集成电路(IC)反向工程(RE)作为分析芯片内部性能的手段,是芯片产业链中的重要环节。RE包括从扫描电子显微镜(SEM)逐层采集芯片图像、识别器件、提取栅极网表、推断其功能等步骤,而将电气元件和金属线从IC图像背景中分割出来是识别器件等步骤的前提。然而,传统图像分割方法因为缺乏专家经验的学习,不能适应IC图像复杂多变的电路情况。为此,提出一种HE-UNet方法,用于提取IC图像中的金属线与过孔。HE-UNet包含3个步骤:首先,利用U-M2网络提取芯片图像的含噪特征;其次,利用霍夫圆检测算法去除过孔周围的噪声;最后,利用边缘检测池化去除远离过孔的噪声。在尺寸为1024×1024像素的IC图像上进行实验,结果表明,HE-UNet可以有效完成金属线和过孔的分割,其平均交并比(mIoU)为98.24%,平均像素准确率(MPA)为99.11%,均优于对比方法。 展开更多

孟鲁司特钠联合雾化ICS/LABA对反复喘息性支气管炎患儿气道高反应性的影响

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合雾化吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)/长效β2受体激动剂(LABA)对反复喘息性支气管炎患儿气道高反应性的预防效用。方法:选择2023年4月至2025年4月乐从医院收治的94例反复喘息性支气管炎患儿,随机分为两组。两组均应用常规... 目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合雾化吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)/长效β2受体激动剂(LABA)对反复喘息性支气管炎患儿气道高反应性的预防效用。方法:选择2023年4月至2025年4月乐从医院收治的94例反复喘息性支气管炎患儿,随机分为两组。两组均应用常规对症治疗,对照组另外采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组应用雾化ICS/LABA联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后炎性指标水平、治疗前后气道高反应性风险、治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后炎性指标低于对照组,一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))下降20%需要激发药物的浓度(PC_(20FEV1))高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合雾化ICS/LABA治疗反复喘息性支气管炎的效果较好,可有效改善患儿临床症状与机体炎性状态,还能降低其气道高反应性风险,联合用药治疗并不会增加患儿不良反应发生风险,值得推广应用。 展开更多

Background:Biliary stent placement during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is important for drainage in common bile duct(CBD)strictures,while the stent length is associated with many stent-related complications.We aimed to develop an artificial intelligence(AI)model for stent length selection during ERCP.Methods:Images of the patients who underwent ERCP and were diagnosed with CBD strictures were collected.Training involved identifying and delineating the duodenoscope,CBD and guidewire,calculating the pixel distance of the target guidewire and determining the required biliary stent length based on the diameter of the duodenoscope.The performance of the model,accuracy for length calculation and the assistance for endoscopists were validated using the testing set.Results:A total of 794 images from 431 patients were included and data augmentation was conducted.The mean intersection over union(mIoU)for duodenoscope,CBD and guidewire were 90.46%,84.79%and 84.64%,respectively.The accuracy in identifying the strictures was 97.58%(121/124).The accuracy for stent length calculation achieved 85.95%(104/121)with an error margin of±1 cm.The mean absolute error(MAE)and mean relative error(MRE)of the AI model was 0.81 cm and 0.13,respectively.The AI model could reduce approximately 202 mGycm^(2)of the radiation exposure for each patient.It significantly improved both MAE and MRE for less experienced endoscopists(P=0.01 and P=0.02,respectively).Conclusions:The AI model could accurately identify duodenoscope,CBD and guidewire,enabling accurate strictures identification and stent length selection. 展开更多

GNSS imaging of vertical crustal deformation in Chinese mainland derived from decade-long continuous GNSS measurements

To characterize the spatial patterns of vertical crustal movement of Chinese mainland,GNSS imaging technology was applied to map the tectonic deformation of the region.In this study,the vertical crustal velocities inferred from GNSS data for Chinese mainland over two decades were rigorously estimated.First,by analyzing the vertical displacement time series from continuous GNSS stations and environmental load data,we found that the annual and semi-annual vertical displacements are highly correlated.This indicates that the vertical seasonal variations on the ground surface are mainly caused by environmental loading.After removing the seasonal variations caused by environmental loads from the GNSS time series,we applied an improved PCA technique to filter out common mode errors.Next,we estimated the optimal noise models for the filtered time series and derived the vertical velocity field of Chinese mainland.Finally,we employed an empirical Spatial Structure Function(SSF)to image the tectonic deformation of Chinese mainland.This method effectively mitigates issues with abrupt circular arc-shaped boundaries in GNSS imaging caused by sparse station networks.The imaging results show that vertical crustal deformation in Chinese mainland generally ranges from-3 to 3 mm/yr,with significant spatial variability.The central and northern parts of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau are identified as primary subsidence zones,indicating that plate boundaries and tectonic compression continue to shape the crustal movement in these regions.The major uplift zones are located in northern and central China,likely linked to regional tectonic activity and plate compression.Subsidence deformation in parts of eastern China appears to be influenced by human activities. 展开更多

Self-supported nanoarrays have emerged as a promising alternative electrocatalyst for alkaline H_(2)O splitting,owing to their accessible active sites and strongly coupled interfaces with current collectors for improved mass transfer and stability.Herein,self-supported crystalline/amorphous NiO/Ni(OH)_(2)nanosheet arrays on nickel foam(NF)are fabricated via an in-situ dissolution-deposition hydrothermal growing of Ni(OH)_(2)nanosheets without additional metal sources assisted by a common Lewis base,EDTA,followed by a rapid calcination at 300℃in air.The as-prepared EDTA-NF-12 h exhibits high OER and HER performance under alkaline conditions,requiring 235 mV and 158 mV,respectively,to reach 10 mA cm^(-2),and the decent performance can be maintained for 24 h without obvious degradation.The dual interfaces,i.e.,the dense crystalline/amorphous interfaces within the NiO/Ni(OH)_(2)nanosheet arrays,as well as the intimate interfaces between nanoarrays and NF,both serve as reaction active sites,facilitate electron transfer,and endow the catalyst with high activity and stability.Furthermore,by applying EDTA-Ni^(2+)and other Lewis bases with varying basicities instead of EDTA,the interfaces with the NF substrate are found to promote the formation of crystalline/amorphous interfaces within the nanosheets.This study offers appealing opportunities for tailoring the electrocatalytic performance of self-supported electrodes via dual interface engineering. 展开更多

Synergistic performance and yield improvement of embedded RRAM product through process optimization in 40 nm CMOS platform

To address the challenges of complexity,power consumption,and cost constraints in traditional display driver integrated circuits(DDICs)caused by external NOR Flash and SRAM,this work proposes an embedded resistive random-access memory(RRAM)integration solution based on a 40 nm high-voltage CMOS logic platform.Targeting the yield fluctuations and stability challenges during RRAM mass production,systematic process optimizations are implemented to achieve synergistic improvements in RRAM performance and yield.Through modifications to the film sputtering and pre-deposition treatment,the withinwafer resistance uniformity(RSU)of the oxygen-deficient layer(ODL)thin film is improved from 11%to 8%,while inter-wafer process stability variation reduces from 23%to below 6%.Consequently,the yield of 8 Mb RRAM embedded mass production products increases from 87%to 98.5%.In terms of device performance,the RRAM demonstrates a fast 4.8 ns read speed,exceptional read disturb immunity of 3×10^(8) cycles at 95℃,10^(3) write/erase endurance cycles for the 1 Mb cells,and data retention of 12.5 years at 125℃.Post high-temperature operating life(HTOL)testing exhibits stable high/low resistance window.This study provides process optimization strategies and a reliability assurance framework for the mass production of highly integrated,low-power embedded RRAM display driver IC. 展开更多

IC10 alloy is a promising material for the applications of engine turbine blades.Fabricating and repairing of the turbine blades urgently need a sound joining technique for the IC10 alloy.The traditional transient liquid phase(TLP)bonding method is difficult to achieve isothermal solidification,which tends to form brittle eutectic phases.In this study,a novel Al/BNi2 composite filler was designed.This new type of composite filler facilitates the diffusion of elements to completely dissolve or disperse the brittle eutectic structure of continuous large blocks in the TLP joint,thereby improving the room-temperature mechanical properties of the joint and increasing its average shear strength by 20%to 550 MPa.Effect of Al content and bonding temperature on microstructure and mechanical strength of the IC10/Al/BNi2/IC10 joint was investigated.Microstructure evolution mechanisms of the traditional TLP bonding method(with a pure BNi2 filler)and the novel TLP bonding method(with the Al/BNi2 composite filler)were put into comparison.The TLP joint of the new filler achieved a maximum room temperature shear strength of 570 MPa(3 wt.%Al,1100℃,2 h). 展开更多

IC厌氧反应器广泛应用于化工、医药、造纸等行业的废水处理。本文基于Fluent仿真模拟软件平台,聚焦于布水均匀性、混合性能两个方面,对新研发的锥式IC厌氧反应器布水系统与传统的碗式布水系统进行定性、定量的对比研究。研究得出,在反应器底部2.0 m体积范围内,锥式布水系统的质量加权平均流速、质量加权流速方差、湍流动能及湍流强度4项评估指标的数值分别为0.215 m/s、0.0619 m^(2)/s 2、0.0006747 J/kg、1.63,均优于传统碗式布水系统的0.134 m/s、0.1257 m^(2)/s 2、0.0005463 J/kg、1.08,且差距显著。因此,相对于传统的碗式布水系统,锥式布水系统具有更好的布水均匀性及混合性能,可有效防控活性污泥在反应器底部的堆积、加强活性污泥循环流动,具有较好的工程推广意义。 展开更多

智能压实系统(ICS)的沥青路面压实均匀性实时识别与控制研究
